Unit was excellent. Location was very good. Short walk to pool. Amenities of unit good. Only negative was thatbeach chairs all had broken straps except for one. Made it difficult to carry them. Without the straps couldn't carry on back.

A Very Happy Place
Absolutely spotless condo in a perfect location. a short walk down the hill from the patio to the pool entrance. Sun all day on the patio as it faces southwest. The property is extremely clean and taken care of.

Perfect for families
We have stayed at a number of units at Kamaole Sands and this one has been our favourite. The unit had everything we needed, the furniture on the lanai was comfortable, and you can’t beat the location across from the pool. We were unsure of the location at first, perhaps it would be noisy by the pool, but we absolutely loved it! It wasn’t noisy at all, and it was nice to be able to see when the pool was quiet and busy, we used this to our advantage and had the pool pretty much to ourselves during our stay.

The Condo was a fantastic place to stay for our family in Maui. The Unit was very well appointed with nice furniture and artwork. The Induction Stove was nice, after getting used to it, and the refrigerator's Ice Maker was incredible. The beach chairs, towels, and beach toys were a nice accessory and one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Our Son loves building Sand castles. The Unit has a great Lanai and is close to the pool. PMI Maui made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The Key-less Entry was great! No lost keys in the sand! We hope to be back someday!

Everything as promised. This is the best of the four units we have rented at Kamaole Sands.
Unit is updated, kitchen very will stocked, quiet quality mini-split AC units in BOTH the LR and BR ... yes both rooms. Along with the large quiet ceiling fans this unit cools in minutes for those of us not used to the warm weather lol.
The Management Company used by the owners of this unit was recommended by friends. They were excellent and professional. We had zero issues with the booking process or the unit.
The owners must spend time at their unit as the place is in perfect condition and in need of nothing.
We made good use of the rolling cooler, umbrella and two of the four beach chairs provided. Beach toys are also available for those with young children.
If the pool is important to you, your in luck as this ground floor unit is the closest unit in the entire complex to pool entrance (by use of back door).

After many years of visiting resorts on Maui we have settled on Kamaole Sands only in units managed perfectly by PMI Maui. This unit is like a dream - renovated to an exceptionally high standard and attractively decorated. Located near the swimming pool, it has a view of the ocean. Awesome stay.

The Condo we rented had been renovated and was just perfect. We loved the fact that it was on the ground floor and that when you looked out the window the gardens were pristine and it overlooked the pool. Everything you needed to take to the beach, which wasn't very far away, was provided. I would recommend this property and we will definitely stay there again at Kamaole Sands.

Third Times a Charm at 3-106
We LOVE our time at Kamaole Sands and have come back to this specific unit each time. The location within the complex is PERFECT. It has everything you need and more. We had a minor “issue” with the deadbolt on the door and PMI handled it promptly. Highly recommend this whole complex and others managed by PMI Maui. Just don’t want to recommend it TOO much because we want to come back!

Great short stay
We decided to extend our Hawaii vacation by two nights but the condo where we’d been stay was unavailable, so we switched to this unit at Kamaole Sands and were happy we did. They were able to accommodate us on short notice (booked the night before) and allowed us to check in an hour early. That gave us time to catch the Wednesday live music at the pool and my daughter got a short lesson from the hula dancers, which she loved. The condo itself was very clean and more updated than where we’d been staying. The location was perfect for us, directly across from Kam III beach, where we spent a full day swimming, making sand castles, and boogie boarding, and where we twice had sea turtles swim right past us. Everything we needed for the beach was provided - towels, chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and toy buckets and shovels for the kids. When we got to the beach, I found me that the beach umbrella base was broken and detached, so we had to make do with just the top part. I sent a note to the management and they responded quickly to say they’d drop off a new base later that day, which they did. We weren’t able to use it as we had our flight the next morning, but the responsiveness was appreciated nonetheless. The only negative I can think of is that the check-in process is more like a hotel than some other places we’ve stayed (requires going to the office and signing some papers, giving ID and credit card, etc), so it takes a bit longer (about 25 minutes in my case as there were three groups ahead of me). But everything else about the stay was great, and we’d love to stay again if we make it back.

We had a great time here. It has a homey and comfortable feel. Have two bathrooms was very useful. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, storing food and all condiments.

Perfect condo at Kamaole Sands
We just returned from a two week vacation, staying in condo 3-106. I have stayed in other condos at Kam Sands and this is by far the best one we have rented. Perfect location, extremely clean, plenty of beach items and every amenity one could ask for. We left many extra toys, spices, beach mat, coolers, etc and can only hope the next guest can put these to use and enjoy their stay as much as we did. Furthermore, Matt from PMI is wonderful to book through, very communicative, and provides superior service. We are sad to be back home but can't wait to return and will be booking 3-106 for our next visit!

Perfect Location At Kamaole III Beach in Kihei
This condo is perfect for a family of 4. It's perfectly equipped inside and out. Plenty of pillows, bedding etc. Bring or buy locally your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for bathing and you'll be set. (4) Beach towels and (4) bath towels are provided and you can throw them in the clothes washer to freshen them up as needed. The kitchen is well equipped and you'll be hard pressed to need anything for meal prep/cooking/BBQ as it's all there. The coffee maker has a reusable mesh filter, so no need to buy filters. There is also a Keurig K-cup machine if you choose. (4) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 12 pack cooler, roll up sand matt, (2) boogie boards, and a large sack of kids sand toys are kept on the lanai for use. The unit was clean when we arrived and PMI was a pleasure to deal with. In addition to the epic turtle sightings at Kamaole III Beach we made a lot of family memories on this trip.

Loved this unit at kamaole sands! The walk out lanai was gorgeous and perfect for our 4 year old to run around. Fully equipped w everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be back as this is our favorite condo complex and unit in Kihei. And beach 3 across the street for sunsets is amazing!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands many times in the past and this was the nicest condo we have rented. It was clean and updated. This ground floor condo was directly across from the pool and near the BBQs. It is a short walk to the beach and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The kitchen was nicely stocked and not with the typical dull knives, bad frying pans and awful wine glasses found in most rentals. They provided nice beach towels and beach chairs too. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed in late spring 2018 for two weeks. The location is very good, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants nearby. A long walk or short car ride to grocery shopping and more restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable beds, bbqs available, and we liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the pool, bbqs and beach chairs etc. Grounds were well maintained. Nicely furnished— not fancy but comfortable. Property management staff were very polite and reacted quickly to an issue we had (our fault). The only complaint would be that the sheets were part or all polyester which isn’t comfortable in a hot environment. Otherwise we were very satisfied

An ideal family condo in paradise
We are a family of four with two small children and we loved this condo! It was extremely clean and had an ideal location as the lanai was right above the pool area which we all loved especially my kiddos. The lanai was very comfortable with the cieling fan as it was our end of the day hangout spot with the extended family. Kitchen was well equipped and included all the necessary tools for the BBQ as well. If my family and I return to Maui I will most definitely attempt to stay at the particular unit once again. Truly a 5 star condo for small families with kids.

We stayed in the condo for two weeks at he end of June for our wedding. This condo was perfect for hosting guests with the large kitchen and oversized lanai. We were the only ones that had a nice lamp set up and even a ceiling fan on the lanai so we could enjoy the evenings with our out of town guests. There was an abundance of condiments in the fridge which was awesome and saved us a lot of money. This condo is well stocked with everything. One of the reviews mentions it was too hot in the bedroom but we didn't find that at all. There is a huge ceiling fan and a massive floor fan that kept us very comfortable all night. Tonya and Matt from PMI were great. We had a small issue with a dresser drawer and they dealt with it immediately! We've been coming to Hawaii the last 13 years and Kamole Sands and this unit is the best we've experienced through vrbo.

We stay at Kamaole Sands every year for the last 10 years, and this is our first stay in 3-106. The access to the pool is great, and a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the pool and playing soccer in the open grass area in the middle of complex. Always enjoy our time at Kam Sands.

What you see in the photos is what you get. A condo that is clean, well maintained with comfortable furniture and bedding. The tropical gardens provide a serene view from the lanai and you are only a few minutes from the beach. Tennis courts are on the property and golf courses are nearby. Some shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can spend more time on the lanai enjoying your vacation.

Stayed for 4 nights with my mom in February. The place was nicely furnished, provided beach chairs, towels and a cooler for trips to the beach. Condo is nicely located across the beach and there are several more nearby. You must open doors and turn on fans early as there is no A/C and it can get hot during the day but otherwise everything was great. Back veranda is also near the pool which is very convenient as well. Many restaurants within walking distance as well.

Loved the location, which was near snorkeling and the resorts at Wailea for fine dining. The unit was very clean and well managed and we appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella too! Thanks again for the great accommodation!

Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed your condo very much. It was easily accessible from the parking area. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai overlooking the pool and gardens. We felt very safe and secure being on the ground floor. The kitchen was furnished so well with condiments, utensils, etc. It was clean and the property was neatly manicured. It was just across from the beach. We went and watched the sunset each evening. I would recommend this condo to friends and relatives. The only suggestion I would make is to purchase/update new pillows and linens.

Brilliant Family Holiday @ Kamaole Sands in Kihei.
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying for 12 days @ Kamaole Sands #3-106. The unit was clean and fully equipped to meet our needs. Our kids loved being close to the beautiful pool. Most mornings we would try a local beach to snorkel and always found turtles and tropical fish. Boogie boarding and local surfing were also a blast! There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. My daughter enjoyed the shopping in Wailea and Kaanapali. Experiencing the view from the Haleakala Crater was amazing, even mid day as we did not go for the sunrise. Many awesome memories! Thanks!
