Beautiful & peaceful home oasis getaway!
We stayed at this property prior to a conference and loved it! The home and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Knowing we would be eating out during the conference, we chose to cook/grill dinners on site. The kitchen, grill, and deck area were perfect for happy hour and dinners in. The pool, hottub, waterfall features and landscaping made you feel like you were in a secret garden.... Marking morning coffee, midday sun, and stargazing at night extra peaceful.

PMI was over the top easy to deal with and the house was AMAZING!! Our plans unexpectedly changed while we were on the island and I reached out to see if it was possible to check in days early. Within house, they had the house ready and we got the go ahead to check in. The house was in perfect location, 8 mins from a beautiful public beach and 5 mins from a shopping plaza.The pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless!! I would recommend PMI and this house specifically to ANYONE going to the island.

Exactly as BEAUTIFUL as the pictures.
Extremely impressed with the description and visual accuracy of the property, it looks exactly like the pictures. The property was exceptionally clean and organized from the parking stall to the seating bench at the back of the pool. The manager provided a quick run through of the amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool, BBQ grilling outside, and the space. This is a quiet neighborhood and it’s also close to shopping at Wailea. We loved sightseeing all the way to La Perouse to Kula. We have our friends and family already asking us about our stay based on the pictures. Our family will be back again. Mahalo PMI Maui!!!

Our stay at 485 Kumulani was amazing. PMI staff made our check in simple and even called us as the home was available a little early to 4pm check in. The home is very unique, updated and clean. Once we picked up a few groceries, everything else was made available on site. The landscaping is top shelf with the lava rock pool, spa and waterfalls. The home is located about 5 minutes Keawakapu beach and is great for the kids as the waves weren’t too big. Great house just outside Wailea
Ideal family vacation rental in quiet neighborhood and close to the Wailea shops and beach. Kitchen is well stocked and we found everything we needed for the beach as well - umbrellas, chairs, and plenty of toys for the kids. We had a wonderful time and definitely would come back. Only negative experience was the lawn crew that showed up unannounced on Memorial Day afternoon while we were in the pool requiring us to retreat inside the house for an hour and half.

Paradise
This house is wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood yet a short drive to many beaches. The backyard is a paradise. The grounds are meticulous and beautiful. Having space to spread out and be outside in a private setting was fabulous. The pool ,hot tub and deck space allowed 6 of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The big bonus is that you can watch the sunset from the deck! The property management was very responsive and friendly. I would most definitely rent this place again

Perfect for vacation
Location is perfect. It is quiet and very close to Ulua beach. It has a very nice pool and hot tub where we had a lot of fun. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I definitely will book it again next time.

We had an amazing and beautiful stay at this house. It’s a comfortable size for a family and is more spacious than the pictures show. The backyard feels like you have a private resort - so beautiful l, private and well taken care of. We spent a lot of time there! The house is very well taken care of and appointed. Everything you need is there and everything works. Great location. Comfortable beds too! We could not have been happier and are sold on renting a house instead of a traditional resort the next time we head to Maui. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Awesome pool, house, and location
This is the perfect house for a family! The location is excellent, quiet, and very close to many beaches, restaurants, and other areas of interest. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING...endless fun for the whole family. House was clean and well-equipped both for staying in and going to the beach. Hosts were excellent and very responsive to all of our requests. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

The property description was accurate down to the last detail and the photos really do the house justice! The house was very clean and we appreciated one of the property managers stopping by for a quick hello and introduction to the features of the house. My friends and I enjoyed having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler to take to the beach.

Amazing Home!
Staying at this property did not disappoint! The home was spacious, newly remodeled, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. My family and I loved our stay here. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The property is in the best location and is absolutely beautiful—it’s your own private little oasis. We loved the outside shower which came in so handy after our trips to the different beaches that are just right down the way. The host was kind and readily available if needed. We’re already talking about coming back and this is definitely where we’d want to stay again.

Stunning and perfect oasis
Photos almost don't do this spot justice. Everything was immaculate, beautiful, and readily available. Its a great location away from the business of the city but a very short drive to the beach and places to eat. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with when needed and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house
The house was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of space, very clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, quite neighborhood. The yard was very well landscaped and maintained and the pool and lanai were awesome. Some problems with the spa and WIFI but Tonya was very responsive and had the issues fixed. I highly recommend this property.

PMI Maui is a great company to rent from
PMI Maui was an incredible host. We had many unfortunate circumstances occur during our trip (big fire on the island etc.) and PMI Maui went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They genuinely care about the guests and the house. It was very personal and lovely. I would gladly rent from them again.

Great location and awesome place to stay. We had 7 adults and 1 baby and it was a great floor plan for socializing and quiet time. Sunsets were amazing from the back yard and coffee on back porch could not be beaten!!! Everything you would need for cooking including great size grill outside. My family and I (7 members in all) had the pleasure of staying in this house from March 23 to 30, 2019. The outside of the house was quite deceiving as there was nothing that stood out to our view but once we entered the house I'm sure our jaws dropped. What a beautiful house! Big open main area, gorgeous, well equipped kitchen, large window with sliding door overlooking the backyard, 4 well-sized bedrooms, two of which were very spacious. The lanai was huge and offered a lovely view of the sunsets we enjoyed so very much. The backyard itself was absolutely stunning... hot tub and pool with waterfall shaped out of rock. Everything was pristinely clean from the inside of the house and its contents to the backyard. And the backyard was also beautifully appointed with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and comfortable sitting area. The outside shower was also a big plus! The only downside we found was that a third bathroom would have been most helpful for a family of 7... perhaps even an outdoor toilet. Overall...a magnificent property that we will reminisce about for years and would eagerly return to given the chance.

Here’s the Real Review
This is a great property and we would likely rent this place again. Some things to be aware of are: There was often not enough hot water for 5 people, especially if someone was washing their clothes with hot water in the morning. The second large bedroom only has a levolor blind as a door right off of the kitchen so privacy could be an issue. Other than that, it was a wonderful place. Loved the open concept architecture, the hot tub and pool, and the availability of cable TV. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless.

Private Oasis in Maui
We just stayed at this house for a week, it exceeded our expectations and was an amazing place! The location is great, just a quick drive to many beaches, restaurants and stores. The house comes well stocked with all the paper products, detergent for both dishwasher and washing machine, full kitchen with every small appliance you can imagine. The fridge had every condiment imaginable. The frying pans were not the best and I mentioned it to Matt, he had new frying pans on our front porch the same day! The backyard is really your own oasis, with the full deck, outdoor furniture, and amazing pool and hot tub. They have pool towels, pool toys and everything you need for a day at the beach(chairs, cooler, boogie boards). You feel very
secluded with the gorgeous landscape, they have done an outstanding job to ensure the feeling of privacy. The only concern I could see is with small children, the pool and hot tub is entirely made with rock, there are a lot of sharp jagged areas. You would just need to keep a close eye on them entering and exiting. We would definitely come back and stay in this same house!!

Beauty location in Maui
Wonderful accommodations with an excellent property management company. No complaints what so ever. The pool is not heated so it is a bit chilly in February... but the hot tub is fine. The house was well stocked. Any issues were immediately dealt with. The house is not on or within walking distance to the beach, but it is only a short drive (5 - 10 minutes).

A complete package with the right amenities in the heart of Wailea, with quick access to beaches, shopping and hiking. The house itself is amazing - large, well equipped and clean. The grounds are well maintained, luxurious and has everything one needs to spend the day there.
The only reason I have given it a 4 is for the location - the property is right next to a busy street which has lots of traffic in the morning and late afternoon, and two dogs next door that are left outside and make quite a racket if disturbed by anything. Both are annoyances and nothing to do with the house itself (which again, is amazing).
