Perfect location and Amazing Accomodations
This ground floor unit is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly like the pictures and as described. It is very newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows, even the pull out, are very comfortable. There are two air conditioning units that work very well and allow you to maintain different temperatures in the bedroom vs the main area. The lanai is a nice size and has very comfortable seats. The unit is well stocked and they provide high end bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs a beach cooler and boogie boards. It is in a great location. The pool is close, it is walking distance to shops and restaurants, the beach is across the street with a cross walk right there so safe and easy to get to. You can walk along the beach to many different beautiful beaches. They have tennis and pickle ball courts, you can rent racquets if needed. Amazing sunsets from the lanai. Check in is professional and easy, parking is very close to the unit. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. There is an activity desk in the pool area, some of the activities they book are at a lower rate than you can book them directly for. We did a helicopter tour and snorkel tour through them and they were both cheaper and great tours. The property manager Matthew from PMI Maui was very attentive and helpful. New appliances including washer and dryer. Our family loved everything about this unit and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

A Peaceful Oasis
The unit was the perfect location for our girls to play and explore while we relaxed on the lanai. It was a short stroll to the pool and close to a BBQ area, but also felt private and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, so meals were easy to prepare. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained and we loved that it was a 1 minute walk to the beach across the street. Booking and check in were smooth, and we had no issues with our stay. We would definitely recommend Kamaole Sands! This was our second time to the property and I would stay there again.

Beautiful Lanai Experiences
We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands 2-103. The lanai was private but had a wonderful expansive view of the grounds and provided a great meeting place for all of our family of 10. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return if we are able!

Another Pleasant star in 2-103 Kamaole Sands
This was the second time we have stayed in this unit for the month of November. Although it is a little dated, it was very clean and suited our needs just fine. We enjoyed being on the ground floor close to the BBQ. A few things that were missing or needed replaced were taken care of immediately by Matt and Tonya. We have already booked again for next year!

Paradise
Three weeks in paradise ! everything we needed and wanted in this unit. clean and welcoming. Well-appointed in the complex.
The Easy access and short walks to the three local beaches. And amenities.
Grounds were wonderfully manicured. Pool areas very clean. There seemed to be an issue on the weekends with some people who were not staying at the complex somehow knowing the code and accessing the pool area for use.
There is a small gym, although some of the equipment was either not working or needed some form of maintenance.
All in all, a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent property in a great location
This apartment is exactly as described. No surprises, well, only pleasant ones. It’s a home away from home in a peaceful garden setting, with the pool complex close by. I was without a car, but that didn’t matter, with the beach across the road, a bus stop minutes away, even a grocery store ten minutes walk away. The property itself was very well equipped.
I had one small issue, I contacted the management company, they were instantly responsive, turned out not to be an issue at all, just a misunderstanding on my end, but the response time was impressive.
Overall, I’d happily stay here again and would recommend others to do so.

Excellent Property
Our family rented three seperate condos in the Kamaole Sands resort - and this was by far the best of the three. It has easy access from the front (parking lot) as well as the back (lanai/patio). The lanai is huge and accommodated our group of 12 for dinners and drinks multiple times. All of the amenities are in perfect working order and nearly everything you could need is provided - including some spices, sauces, ice machine, etc.
The only things I would suggest you bring are your own water bottles for bringing to the beach, and maybe some tea towels for cleaning up spills. Other than that, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers were made available for the beach. Cooking utensils are stocked and BBQs are open to the public (12 of them).
Its a short walk to the beach, and only steps away from the pools and hot tub. Definitely worth being on the ground floor. 10/10 would stay again.

I have been very please with PMI. Our original reservation was April 2020, PMI was very generous in the timeline we had to use our credit.
Check in and check out was easy, I liked that we got to pick our own down code. We had some questions about the property and PMI was very responsive. Kam Sands has a great resort feel, centrally located in Kihei and close to the best beaches.

Best unit at Kamaole so far for us!
We could not be happier with our stay in this unit. Matt and Tonya were excellent. There was an issue with some building maintenance and they handled it perfectly so not to interrupt our vacation more than necessary. The unit was absolutely perfect. Great amenities, clean, really comfortable bed (and I’m 7.5 months pregnant so that’s important), furniture in the main room was also super comfortable, location couldn’t be better situated between the beach and the pool. Loved being ground floor. Highly recommend this unit! Can’t wait to come back :-)

Our vacation was wonderful. The Kamaole Sands condo was excellent. There were a couple items in the condo with dead batteries etc. but these were righted immediately the same day we contacted the property managers. The beach is awesome across from the condo (Beach #3) and the grounds were gorgeous.

Gorgeous place
This is a perfect location to stay. The place is clean and well equipped. With ground floor back to the pool just makes it so convenient to walk out and jump in the pool! Walking to beach III is within minutes. Air conditioning is just a bonus. I would recommend this is definitely a place to rent.

Lovely place to stay when visiting Maui
Stayed at this unit for a week while vacationing in Maui. Great location, with numerous beaches within walking distance of the property and plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and other beaches/resorts within a five-mile radius. The unit itself was clean and well-kept, with plenty of beach towels, chairs, and toys available for use. Really enjoyed the patio, which led directly out onto the complex’s courtyard and pool area. Only complaints are minor ones: The unit’s fixtures and decor are a bit dated, and the AC unit in the living room is on a four-hour timer (an annoyance for anyone who might be sleeping on the sofa bed). Overall, though, this was a great rental and would recommend to anyone (especially families) looking for a low-key, kid-friendly place to stay in Maui.

Loved Our Stay at our Suite 103 at Kamaole Sands
The suite was everything we could have asked for. Property was clean and nicely furnished. We loved the larger Lanai. When we had concerns about anything at all the property managers quickly returned our call. We would definitely recommend the property and would like too return next year to the same unit Most often we ate our meals at "Home" but enjoyed appys at the Five Palms and Dinner at Fred's. The convenience of the location is very good.

Lovely unit!
This was our 3rd stay at Kamaole Sands and this has been our favourite unit so far; we will definitely re-book. It was clean, bright, modern and well equipped with everything you may need. The large lani was a huge bonus and gets the afternoon sun. This unit is also well located close to the pool, bbq pits and beach, yet tucked away in a quite area. The booking was easy and ongoing communication / inquiries were answered right away! You'll love it here!

This walk put unit is paradise. Located steps away from the pool and with views of the ocean from the lanai it is perfect for breakfast and lounging. The unit comes equipped with everything you need for the beach even a boogie board. Kitchen has everything you need. The pull out bed needs replacing but that's a minor thing.

....just one power ball win from staying there full time.
Our rental unit in every way bettered our expectations. It has all the pluses: good location(so close to the beaches and restaurants), beautiful view, really well landscaped and kept grounds. The unit has all conveniences you can thing of and than some.
Anything we could think of was there for our enjoyment. Also our neighbors were so friendly and helpful in showing us around.
We felt very safe and welcome.
In short: most excellent Maui holiday we could have asked for.

We really enjoyed our stay in 2-103 this unit was very well maintained . It was just the two of us but we could have very easily shared this space with another couple given the amount of room provided in this suit. The property itself is laid out very well . Everything was a short walk away . Not to mention the prestine grounds everything seemed to have just been trimmed cut or maintained. The location of Kalamole Sands was convenient from our prespective right across the street from the beach meant if we didn't want to have a 'beach day' we could enjoy the pool or the great lani we had without having constant sand being present. It was a nice surprise to have beach chairs , water toys , and snorkel gear available at our unit as well. Our suit was nicely stocked however we found it could have used a juice container and some of the plastic containers provided had no lids. Not a big problem just a little inconvenient . All in all we had a great time in Maui and the Kamaole Sands had a lot to do with our positive experience. Mahalo !

Great. It was on occasion difficult to get access to the barbeques. The owners should consider keeping one barbeque pod open until 6 oclock that would give singles some access.This would accomadate all.
