Fantastic Home Away from Home
Fantastic ground floor unit. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the lanai. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed to make our meals at the condo. We had one small maintenance issue during our visit and PMI was onsite and fixed the problem within 10 mins. Exceptional customer service

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. They had beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, sand castle toys and much more. The condo was also fully equipped with all the necessary things to make cooking and washing convenient. Highly recommended!

Our family trip
Everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Kids loved it aswell. Been at Kamole Sands a number of times. It’s always the go to place in Kihei!

Great for families!
Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. Beach chairs, boogie boards, all the kitchen utensils we needed (except a wine corkscrew) were there for us. Our kids loved the property and the lanai was great! Will be back for sure!

Second time in this unit for us
This is a great unit. Just looking at the picture wants me to re-book for another visit. It has the larger lanai and nice outdoor furniture. All of the appliances work great and this time they have added a Ninja blender. The only small issue with this unit is that it is situated where the elevator lands and sometimes people are noisy at night. That would not prevent me from renting here again, just something to keep in mind. I love the ground floor unit as you can just walk from your lanai to the pool. The grounds on this resort are impeccably kept.

Roomy condo, enjoyable stay
We loved the location of Kamaole Sands, and the condos are roomy and larger than they appear in pictures. The availability of the extra bathroom and pull out bed in the living room is wonderful.
However please be aware that the bedroom is right by the elevator, and the portable air conditioner in the bedroom is quite loud. Between the air conditioner switching on and off all night, and people getting in and out of the elevator at night and early in the morning, you may be challenged if you’re a light sleeper.

R&R in the sun
We love the Kamaole Sands and were so glad to be able to spend three weeks as a couple here again. This ground floor unit was wonderful with a large lanai, quick access to three barbecue areas. Matt and Tonya are always so helpful and responsive. We keep coming back and contacting them whenever we plan a trip to Maui.

This was a fantastic stay. Everything was handled so smoothly.
This was not our first time at this property and we will stay again as it’s a family favorite with easy beach access and familiar spots of interest. Renting from this management company was fantastic. They are on site. I was amazed that there was a request section in the app and in less than half an hour, they had handled it while I was out!

Our stay was very nice at your property...the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The condo was clean and adequately equipped. However, we felt the linens on the bed need to be updated and the living room furniture, as well.
We had a wonderful time taking in the sights and celebrating our daughters wedding while there! Maui is truly paradise!

Worth every penny!
We loved this rental! It came with everything we needed plus more. It was extremely clean and easy to access using the mobile app. The travel sized shampoo and conditioner also smelled amazing. Only thing is that we wished it had more beach towels since we went almost everyday and didn't want to do laundry that often. Everything about this unit was convenient to use and easy to access including the parking spot. We loved the location of the condo and courtyard access too!

The Kamaole Sands complex was amazing. Perfect location in Kihei and beautifully maintained. The unit we stayed in was very nice and also well maintained. It had everything that we needed including beach gear. PMI, the property mgmt company, was very quick, (same day), to respond to a request. The only concern we had was the bed. The mattress was too firm for us. We would likely stay in this unit again, especially if the mattress was replaced. Thank you for a great first time visit to Maui.

We loved our stay!
We had such a wonderful vacation to Maui. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with great access to the pool AND beach. We loved the beach right across the street, perfect for kids to play around and boogie board, and the snorkeling was great- we saw sea turtles every single time we went out. The customer service from Matt at PMI Maui was exceptional. He was prompt, efficient and accommodating to our every need. I highly recommend booking through him as we will surely be booking with him again for our next vacay.

Overall a nice condo!
This condo is close to Kam 3 beach, is well appointed and was very comfortable.
The only feedback I would give is very minor but I will mention it........turning the TV on/off was not an easy task even though there were was trial and error every time.

Wonderful Family Condo
We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands! This condo had everything we needed in terms of beach equipment, kitchen amenities, and lunch men’s. It was clean & well kept. It looked recently updated. The walk out lanai was handy for grilling & pool access.

This was our second stay at this wonderful condo. Love the location of this unit. Centralized ground floor was an easy walk to both the pool and the beach. PMI property management was easy to work with and very responsive. Unit was clean and we enjoyed the extra large lanai and beach gear provided. If we return to south Maui we would stay here again.

Another wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands. Perfect location for a laid back month on Maui. Having snow down to 6000’ on the mountain was fun (for a day). Unit 7-105, on the ground floor with a lanai overlooking the beautiful grounds is exactly what we like - we’ll be back next year.

Lovely convenient facility
Great stay - enjoyed the garden access, and convenience to pool, fitness an bbq areas. Front door and bedroom backs on the elevator so morning noise was regular. The air conditioning is on a short timer - it wasn’t powerful enough to cool effectively in short bursts before the timer clicked it off. All that aside, was pleased with the suite and would recommend to friends.

Perfect garden entry close to pool with lots of green space
Had a fantastic stay at Kamoele Sands. The service when needed was incredibly fast.
I would stay here again and bring the whole family if possible. If you could get aa bunch of the garden entry units rather than a patio it would be a hoot.
I would come back in a heartbeat when we do come back and would recommend it especially to families with young kids as well as elderly. It's in great condition is is kept modern.

Overall a very pleasant experience. All amenities that you could want. We visited several other units that friends were staying at and this one is definitely the best bang for your buck. Location is what sells it. I would happily stay here again. Only thing I would look at is getting new soft coolers (the ones there were leaking) and servicing the AC unit. It didn’t blow nearly cold enough for my husband. No AC in bedroom. The location doesn’t get tons of sun so this wasn’t a big deal for me but in mid August I suspect it could be bothersome.

Great stay at Kamaole Sands
You can't beat the location of this resort, the beach across the street is as good or better than any on the island. You can walk easily to a few restaurants, and a bit of shopping. The resort is beautifully landscaped, well maintained and up to date. Kihei is always the sunniest part of the island, with the most protected water and least wind. This condo is great because of the ground floor location. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, the bathrooms are newly renovated as well.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped condo. Second stay and my daughter and in-laws spent their vacation in this unit. Manager is very quick to take care of any problems. Across the road from a beautiful beach and enjoyed the pool as well.

I would stay here again
We stayed her five nights in 2017. I had stayed at the Kamaole Sands several times before, but not in a long time. This unit is located in a really nice spot near the pool of the complex. The unit is accurately described in the online ad and we were pleasantly surprised to see lots of beach gear and toys available. Notably the outdoor patio or lanai is about twice the size of most other ground floor units at Kamaole Sands, a nice bonus.

Great room rental
We had chosen this condo because it was on the main level and easy access to the pool and the bbq's. It was an awesome condo and well maintained. We enjoyed the water toys provided and the kitchen is well stocked. I highly recommend this condo. The only downside is that the pool has a few rules that seemed a bit extreme, but overall still very nice pool and kids pool.

Amazing Condo!!
This condo is fully equipped, it is clean. Location is prefect.
We enjoyed being on the ground level and the larger Lanai is a ++.

Beautiful Garden Unit
We are owners at Kamaole Sands and rented 7-105 for my mom who had joined us for a family event on Maui. The unit is beautifully furnished and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well appointed and the outdoor patio is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Loved it & so did my mom! She enjoyed every minute of her stay!

This ones a Winner!!
New kitchen with quality small appliances, lots of dishes, cutlery and partly stocked with essentials and cleaning supplies. King bed comfortable, walk in shower and nice updated living room furniture. Lots of beach gear, snorkeling stuff, water shoes etc/ coolers in good condition. Loved the coded door lock which eliminated worrying about keys. Doe not have a small safe for passports etc but property seems very safe.

We had two condos in this resort and both were very nice. The grounds here are beautiful and well maintained. They had plenty of BBQ though not sure why but the BBQS were not very hot so the cooking took a little longer.

Maui Spring Break Holiday
First family holiday with my wife (32) Me (35) and 10 month daughter. We had a great holiday and the experience from renting the unit to any questions that we had leading up to our trip and during were answered right away. The unit we were in was perfect for a small family and the location in the building could not have been better. First floor unit for a little child is perfect and easy to access the grounds/pool and easy access to the beach. The whole experience was great and look forward to booking again in the not to distant future.

Family Vacation!
My husband and I with our 3 young boys stayed at their condo. It was well equipped and the manager was very helpful, he made sure that we had a playpen and a booster seat for our youngest boy. We had a small issue with the sink, but a quick call to Matt and he was there right away to fix it, without any interruption to our holiday. We loved the location, you can walk to shops and the beach. Definitely would return again!

Escape from the Rains
We have been coming to Kamaole Sands for many years. The complex is perfect for our growing family. The suite was recently remodeled and the grounds, as always, are well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit.

Superlative!
We highly recommend staying in this particular condo! It is very clean, convenient and contains everything a vacationer needs! There are no unwelcome odors, cracks or critters. The unit is exactly as it appears, except there is a new pull-out couch in place of the rattan one shown. The plush garden view from the large lanai is spectacular in December, as the grounds of Kamaole Sands are very well kept! The shoreline walks along Kam beaches and nearby Waila beaches are marvelous. KS is located conveniently close to stores and restaurants but far enough away from the honky-tonk that these areas often include. We appreciated Marc's timeliness and helpfulness before our visit and his availability, should it have been necessary, during our stay.
