Another Wonderful Stay at Kamole Sands!
We had another wonderful stay at Kamole Sands! The unit was such a nice surprise, we had originally booked another unit but it was sold and we had to make a last minute change. We were unsure of the fact that this unit was not on the part of the property with the grounds, but to our surprise it ended up making our experience even more enjoyable! We loved sitting on the lanai and having an ocean view. This unit had easy access to the stairs so it made parking and entering the unit super easy. It was well equipped with everything you need and had great and comfortable furniture. The location at Kamole is so perfect with access to an amazing beach across the street and a quick drive to some of our other favorite beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay in this unit and at Kamole Sands again!

The condo was spacious and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen layout was super nice and functional. Location and view great as well. Overall great place to spend our month.

Maui Vacation
We had a fabulous time in Maui. The unit was exactly as described and there was also beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. I liked all the information that was provided through the app. Check in and access to unit was was seamless and I had no problems throughout our stay. We are planning on returning next year.

Perfect Vacation Rental
The suite was renovated, clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedroom air conditioning worked great. The property landscaping was immaculate and the beach is right across the street. There were plenty of beach supplies including towels, chairs, umbrella, body boards and a cooler bag which were greatly appreciated. The rental company communication was excellent including easy check-in and check-out. I would recommend this suite to friends and family.

Great location and well equipped!
We had a great two week stay at this property and an overall pleasant experience. The condo had almost everything we needed - the cooler was damaged but we made ended up using an insulated grocery bag instead. The AC did the job, and the furniture was comfortable. The only thing I wish the parking spot assigned wasn’t so far away - it was about 10-12 spots away from the elevators on the opposite end of the building- so it also wasn’t near the stairs closest to the unit. But when we arrived and the day we left there were spots by the elevator open so we just parked there to unload and load the car. There was a sound in the bedroom that sounded kinda like a cell phone on vibrate that went off periodically and sounded like it was coming from the owner’s closet- but we didn’t find it disruptive or annoying enough to reach out to the management company.

Excellent condo
The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities that a family of 4 could have wanted. The beach towels were a welcome site, as buying beach towels on Maui is a pain in the butt. The king sized bed was very comfortable and I was told by my 6 and 10 year old boys that the hide a bed sofa was really comfortable as well. The view of the ocean from the balcony the first morning we were there was amazing. We enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing Condo
The condo was AMAZING! Great ocean view from the lanai and the beach was just across the street!! Everything was as pictured, newly updated, clean, and had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends!

Fantastic, modern, beach views, spacious!
Absolutely fantastic and one of the best condos we’ve stayed at! We especially appreciated all the modern appliances, the view of the ocean from the lanai, the well stocked kitchen, and the spaciousness of the unit. The beach was a <5 minute walk away and we saw several turtles while snorkeling there :) We would love to visit again and will definitely recommend Kamaole Sands by PMI to our friends & family.

All you could ask for!
This place was clean and comfortable. Good location to everything and a short walk to pool, beach, and parking lot. The owners checked in throughout the stay via the app and when I called to tell them the body board broke they offered to bring me a new one right away. The whole stay and process was smooth and I would totally stay in that unit again!

My family and I love the condo in Kihei. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained. There were even beach toys and chairs for us to us, and the beach was right across the street. Of course, Makena and Big Beach were only 5-10 minutes away. The complex itself was quiet and clean. At night, it seemed like we were the only ones staying there. Our only regret was we had to leave to return to the mainland. Oh well. We’ll be back!

So impressed
Our experience was great. While paying the$60 resort fee was not my favourite, I have to commend Kamaole Sands on the condition, maintenance and security of the complex. Check in and out was quick and hassle free. The condo itself was clean and as advertised. The location across from Kam3 beach and south end of Kihei strip was super convenient for walking and car trips.

Immaculate, comfortable, convenient. This has to be the best condo in Maui. The location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants and shops yet steps away from the beach or the pool. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed.

We love Maui
This place is well located within walking distance of the beach and as close to the main eateries of Kihei. Kihei is less touristy than the more northern areas. It is well appointed and clean.
My only recommendation would be to switch the dryer door around: it opens in opposition to the washer. This gives a large head about an inch of clearance with an armful of laundry. Check the patio closet before the last day. There are beach chairs and snorkel gear. This is an older set of condominiums, but they are updated and clean.

Dream vacation
This was a dream vacation for us and this rental was perfect. We loved to sit on the lanai in the morning. The views were beautiful. Wonderful to have the beach right across the street.

Really impressed!
This condo is fabulous! My wife was really really impressed. Everything is new and well equipped with top notch cooking equipment! The lanai had a beautiful view of Kam III beach. The Kamaole Sands complex is breath taking. We had a minor situation with the ensuite bathroom sink. It was not traying well. We called the contact phone# we were given and we received an immediate call back and they had someone come to fix it promptly.

Unit was remodeled and very nice. Everything worked great. Property Mgr was responsive and courteous. No problems experienced. Split A/C units were effective and rare for this property. I am a former Island Properties Realtor for Coldwell Banker and sat at this complex several times in 2015. GREAT unit compared to most at this mature complex.

Had a great time. One thing I would suggest to the owners. The ensuite shower leaks at the bottom...obviously something to do with the seal. It doesn’t matter which way the shower head is turned. Other than that it was a great visit, the place is big, the pool is great, it is well maintained .

You had us at Aloha!
What an amazing vacation rental property! This place could not have been cleaner more accommodating or more beautiful! From the immaculate bedroom and bathrooms to the gorgeous kitchen... 9-210 was awesome! There was no extra clutter... everything that was there was purposeful and decorative... the bedding, the towels, the washer and dryer, the beach equipment, the kitchen utensils... everything was new and easy to find/use. The Kamole Sands development might not be the newest, most beautiful development but this remodeled unit was spectacular! Almost forgot to mention... Kan III Beach, which is across the street, is among the most beautiful beaches in all of Maui!

Great stay!
We stayed here for a week with a baby and we couldn't recommend it enough. The condo was clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed including a pack n play, a booster seat and beach toys for our daughter. It was right across from the beach and we even had a view of the water. Only minor complaint was that it was next to a small road that was surprisingly quite noisy at night. It wasn't an issue if the windows were closed or if you were in the bedroom. Customer service was great. I received a response to my questions almost immediately.

Very Very nice. I Have stayed in this complex before and this is one of the nicest units I have seen. Its brand new-everything. Paint, furniture, bathrooms and Kitchen. They have the unit very well stocked, 3-4 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and even sunscreen. All you will need is food. PMI was great to deal with. Full of information, great follow up and exceeded all our expectations. This unit has a great ocean view (not all do) and is a very short walk to the beach. A great property. We slept 4 ppl no problem. The sofa bed is brand new and comfy. The big plus is 2 full bathrooms so there is never any waiting.

Exactly as Described
This newly renovated unit looks exactly like the photos you see. It's spacious, bright and has all the amenities you would need to make this your home away from home. Although my husband and I did not do any cooking, the kitchen was well equipped to make multi course meals. There is no dining table but the kitchen island is plenty big to use as dining table. Beach gear such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, mats, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys for kids are available to use. Two full bathrooms are very useful if you have more than 2 guests. My husband and I each have our own baths as we were the only ones. The washer and dryer may be the originals because they are not in line with the other new appliances. Nonetheless, we used it everyday so we were able to pack light. Did not use the sofa bed but the king sized bed in the room was super comfy. Even more so than our bed at home. AC in both the bedroom and the living area if it gets too hot. The ocean view from the lanai is a bonus! We also attend the maitai party down by the pool on Wednesday and it was fun. The grounds are immaculate. All trees and landscaping are perfectly manicured. There are a few restrictions that guests must adhere to per Kamaole Sands: there is a quiet time in the evening; there is a posted sign to not use dryer on certain hours of the day as the dryer vent is not open; and garbage chute also has times/hours posted. Not a big deal for us during our stay but just be aware of it.
