This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

GREAT stay in Kihea!
We absolutely LOVED the condo - it was newly renovated, very clean, fresh and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a perfect location - steps to the park/beach to watch the sun set and the turtles and whales feeding! Staff was wonderful and we will definitely be back! Excellent experience. 5 out of 5 stars!

We love staying at Kam Sands 9-307. The condo is in good shape and well cared for. The location is so close to the beaches and lovely walks - either up to Wailea or through Kihei. The kitchen is equipped to cook and a BBQ is close. The management is extremely attentive should anything go awry. We look forward to going back.....

Well appointed home away from home.....
We love this property and the management group. It's super clean, it's up to date and all items are well kept. We even requested a few extra kitchen items from the property management group (to make it even we loved the kitchen so much we cooked in more!) and the next day all items were delivered! We highly recommend this condo for it's location, cleanliness and modern appeal.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The host provided us with clear and concise instructions ahead of time that prepared us for our arrival. Getting there and checking in was a breeze and we were given everything we needed from our designated parking slot, gate code access to fitness center/pool, wifi password, etc. The condo is located in a beautiful resort that offers activities like hula dancing and whale talks in certain days, which all info is given during check-in. Upon arriving at our condo, the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked and furnished with everything we possibly needed during our stay (laundry detergent, beach towels, and beach chairs just to name a few). We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second full bathroom which my husband and I were able to enjoy our own separate bathrooms (always a plus!). There is also a lovely, private, and very spacious lanai, which we spent a lot of time lounging in, that overlooked a view of the beach on your right. We also took advantage of the amenities the resort had to offer such as the fitness center and pool. This resort is located in Kihei, which is about 25 minutes from Kahului airport, 10 minutes from Wailea, 30 minutes from Paia, 40 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanaapali, and 60 minutes from Haleakala Summit. Driving around everywhere in Maui did not seem long though since there are scenic views all around and we loved taking them in. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Maui!

We'll be back!
This was our first time staying in a condo while on Maui. We usually stay at the Andaz in Wailea when we visit but wanted to try something with a bit more living space now that we have a 4 year old. It was great! The location was perfectly situated in between fancy Wailea and the cute beachy town of Kihei. Loved having both options to explore. We also loved the lanai where you could see the ocean and that the beach was an easy 5 minute walk away. The unit comes with everything you would need to get to the beach (chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc.). The unit was very clean and also well appointed. This rental worked great for our family of 3 and we will be back for future stays!

Paradise!
This condo was exactly as described. Updated, clean, well stocked and convenient. Beautiful accents and wonderful Lanai with partial ocean view.
Amenities like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella was nice touch.
Comfortable master bed, updated bathrooms and beach towels were well appointed.
