Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Luxury Condo – Incredible Views – Great Mgmt. Company
I can’t say enough about this property. It was by far the best rental unit we have ever stayed in. The unit looks new inside and exactly matches the online photos. The overall building is in great shape, very clean, and in a great location. From the balcony, we could see whales breaching in the distance, incredible sunsets, and a group of turtles swimming in the water directly in front of the unit. Beaches on both sides of the unit are fantastic and are an easy couple-minute walk. Directly in front of the unit is a large grass area with lawn chairs reserved for the condo complex. Chairs were always available. The unit came with four beach chairs and two umbrellas. I recommend you bring 12x (or better) binoculars and plan to snorkel in front of the unit if you want to swim with the turtles. PMI was easy to work with and always quickly responded to my questions.

Really Nice Condo in a Great Location
We've made several visits to Kihei and this was one of the best. The condo was spacious enough for four adults, well furnished, and equipped with the essentials. From the sixth floor lanai, you can watch all of the water activity, including lots of turtles on the reef below. The property is a one minute walk to the beach, and just across the street from lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. There's great snorkeling at the nearby Wailea and Makena beaches, as well as on the reef right in front of the condo. The property management (PMI) representative, Matt, did a great job of proactively communicating with us and answering questions. The unit was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly.

Everything was great!! From the beds to the air conditioner in the rooms. From the sunsets from the balcony to the electric shades if you needed some tv time.
The kitchen has plenty of stuff to make a proper meal. And there are about three grocery stores across the street and then Safeway is not far at all.
The beach is literally a 3 min walk and you are not crossing any streets to get to it...very much in your backyard.
Never ran out of hot water. Laundry was great to have. Over all the property is well kept. Every morning you would see people working on the pool, green space and parking lot .

Wonderful Trip
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is amazing with such a good view! The beach is right outside and the property had boogie boards, chairs, coolers so you could enjoy the beach. The property was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend staying at this condo.

Excellent location and very nice accommodations
Booked this property for my wife’s birthday, we were not disappointed.
Beach, snorkeling, stand-paddle, restaurants, groceries all within arms-reach. Easy to access and plenty of parking as well.
