If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Great family stay
Nice, spacious, and clean condo close to restaurants and beaches. The kids loved playing in the pool and watching birds from the balcony. The unit is well decorated and supplied boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. We had everything we needed and enjoyed recharging in the living room between excursions.
My only complaint is that the window A/C units are a bit loud but they work well and cool the unit down quickly.
We loved our stay here, and loved Maui, and would not hesitate to return!

Family vacation
Great location. Worked really well for our adult family of 4. Plenty of beach gear and towels. Excellent washer and dryer and good decor and kitchenware. Would go back

Great stay for golf vacation!
This property was very nice and matched the description/pictures on the listing. Views are fantastic and only a short walk down to the shops or ocean walkway. The property manager was very responsive. There was an issue with the shower and they came to fix is ASAP the next morning. Would highly recommend for family (or golf) vacation!

Great comfortable place to stay!
We had a great vacation! They quickly responded to any questions we had and despite a major fire that happened in Maui, we were safe and able to help others at a local church shelter. It waS nice and clean and had so many beach supplies from towels to chairs and even toys. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful place
First, I would like to say that the communication was terrific from the beginning. The check-in process was clearly defined as well as the layout of the complex. The condo looked amazing upon entering the unit. It was noticeably very clean and well maintained. The condo was also furnished with most everything you would need in the kitchen. The only issues we had with the unit was there seemed to be ant problem. We had tiny little ants crawling on stuff in the kitchen and it definitely was a negative for us. Also, the use of one ply toilet paper is a little off-putting. We would however absolutely stay here again and have no problem recommending the condo to anyone.

Amazing experience, I know sand is hard to deal with so it was unfortunate to see some of the beach chairs covered in sand and someone left their swim shoes in one of the chairs so maybe before a new guest checks in to open up the chairs and clean them out as well. But overall great and clean experience and would definitely stay again

Rental #160 was absolutely perfect! The view with the ocean and mountain in the background made eating breakfast and dinner so enjoyable. The condo had great beach accessories, from a beach umbrella, cooler, chairs to boogie-boards. The condo and property was extremely clean and maintained. Not only was the property inviting, but the guards at the entry were so helpful and friendly. We had a very late departure flight and for a reasonable charge, Mathew was very kind accommodating to our request of a late checkout time. Overall, our experience and accommodations were top rate, that we will be booking with PMI Maui in the future!
