If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay for golf vacation!
This property was very nice and matched the description/pictures on the listing. Views are fantastic and only a short walk down to the shops or ocean walkway. The property manager was very responsive. There was an issue with the shower and they came to fix is ASAP the next morning. Would highly recommend for family (or golf) vacation!

We had an excellent stay at this condo. Great for our family, tons of room, clean and well stocked with necessities and beach items. Hosts were very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.

Condo was nice.
The condo was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen and the beach toys! The layout of the patio was a bit difficult for our group but everything else worked smoothly. It was nice to have hoses to rinse our car nearby the unit.

Great comfortable place to stay!
We had a great vacation! They quickly responded to any questions we had and despite a major fire that happened in Maui, we were safe and able to help others at a local church shelter. It waS nice and clean and had so many beach supplies from towels to chairs and even toys. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful place
First, I would like to say that the communication was terrific from the beginning. The check-in process was clearly defined as well as the layout of the complex. The condo looked amazing upon entering the unit. It was noticeably very clean and well maintained. The condo was also furnished with most everything you would need in the kitchen. The only issues we had with the unit was there seemed to be ant problem. We had tiny little ants crawling on stuff in the kitchen and it definitely was a negative for us. Also, the use of one ply toilet paper is a little off-putting. We would however absolutely stay here again and have no problem recommending the condo to anyone.

Pleasant stay
The rental was clean and and well maintained. The main thing to note are the doors to all rooms and the bathroom are slatted, so there is very little noise privacy. Turning on the a/c in the bedrooms helped block outside sounds when we were putting our 1 yr old down for his naps but we were still up and chatting with our friends. Other than that it was great.

The condo was even better than the pictures! Clean, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could ask for! It was quiet and relaxing, but located with easy access to restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this place!

Rental #160 was absolutely perfect! The view with the ocean and mountain in the background made eating breakfast and dinner so enjoyable. The condo had great beach accessories, from a beach umbrella, cooler, chairs to boogie-boards. The condo and property was extremely clean and maintained. Not only was the property inviting, but the guards at the entry were so helpful and friendly. We had a very late departure flight and for a reasonable charge, Mathew was very kind accommodating to our request of a late checkout time. Overall, our experience and accommodations were top rate, that we will be booking with PMI Maui in the future!

Amazing experience, I know sand is hard to deal with so it was unfortunate to see some of the beach chairs covered in sand and someone left their swim shoes in one of the chairs so maybe before a new guest checks in to open up the chairs and clean them out as well. But overall great and clean experience and would definitely stay again

Great location
The location was great, the house was full equipped which was wonderful. Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping in waliea. The rooms were great size. But if you have 8 guests, please ask for a bed topper for the pull out sofa bed. My kids could feel every spring in the bed and we could not ever close the bed the whole trip. Also we went to bed every night at 9:00 and they people below would bang in the roof of their place as if we were making noise (kinda rude! )... but the place was great for a family!!!
