The Grand Champion Villa's are known for its great location within Wailea. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Phenomenal accommodation at a reasonable price.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great Spot in Wilea
We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, updated and in a great location with a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. We also had great communication with management. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely condo for family trip
Condo is very clean and space is as pictured. Well stocked for cooking, beach trips, plenty of towels etc. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. A great stay and we would definitely book with PMI again.

Beautiful place, highly recommend!
The proximity to the pool and hot tub was ideal! It was great walking to the shops and about a 25 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great condo!
Wonderful condo rental. Very clean and beautifully decorated unit. There were plenty of beach items in the unit for use during our stay: umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards etc. We were very pleased.

Family Trip to Wailea, Maui
Thank you to PMI Maui for providing the perfect accommodations in Wailea for a family getaway. Grand Champions 174 easily accomodated our family of 7. The property was in the perfect location for visiting beaches and restaurants in Wailea and Kihei. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony during our morning coffee and late afternoon cocktail. I would not hesitate to use PMI Maui again to secure travel accommodations. The process was easy and their on-line app and staff were very helpful and informative.

Perfect vacation rental
The property manager was so quick to respond with inquiries. The rental property was spotless, well organized. Basically everything that you would look for is there. The location is perfect, few minutes away from Wailea Shops and beaches. I would definitely go back there given the chance.

Home was located in a great area, nearby the shopping mall and a whole bunch of other places. Near some great beaches as well.
