Beautiful, spacious and extremely clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The only negative would be the pull out bed. Clearly, for 2 adults this is not sufficient. The mattress falls through slats and should only be recommended for children. Needed to put mattress on the floor the following nights, which was just ok. Other than that would highly recommend this place.

We loved it!
The condo was situated very close to beach and pool. All of our guests were able to enjoy the facilities, due to the close proximity to the unit. Condo was spacious, clean and met our expectations. Kitchen utensils/ cookware and dining ware had everything we needed for a party of 10. We absolutely recommend this unit for a large group!

Family vacation
House was great, with plenty of room. We loved that each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach supplies were great (plenty of chairs, umbrellas and towels). Very close to the pool. The only two drawbacks is that the deck was a bit noisy with the street traffic and the grill didn’t operate well.

Blew away our expectations. Beautiful space!
I stayed here with nine other people. Mostly adults and two children under 12yrs. All of us really enjoyed this space. The rooms are large and comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom and a lot of privacy. The space had a well stocked kitchen and the house was very clean. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The community is beautiful and the pool was amazing! Our familia will be back.

So much space!
Perfect location in Wailea with lots of space to spread out within the property. This high end property was great for our family with the perfect amount of sleeping and relaxing space. The kitchen has huge and has everything you need. Unlike some rentals, this house came with everything you need for your stay, including dish soap, toiletries, etc. which was such a gift to not have to buy those things while in Hawaii. The neighborhood is secure and requires a passcode and the pool area was very nice. We would stay here again!

Spectacular Hoolei Rental!
We will definitely come back to stay at Hoolei! This is a beautiful and very spacious property that is great for families. The pool and amenities are wonderful as well. And it is just a short walk to beautiful Wailea beach. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs, towels, and coolers available at the rental when we arrived. PMI Maui was very helpful in preparing for our visit and also provided clear instructions for Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out, TV, etc. The rental is as it appears in the listing, plus more!

HO'OLEI #24-3 Condo
Beautiful and perfect location with the best beaches so close. Had all the supplies needed. The only downside to this condo was it is located close to the main street so lots of traffic noise and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have all ever slept on. Barely any blankets and hard as a rock. For as nice as the condo was, we were very disappointed in that area. The Pool area is better than some resorts and the condo was super clean! If the beds were better this would have been 10/10 but for the beds alone I would say more like a 7/10. Lots of space for 8 of us, bedrooms were super quiet!

Ho’olei 24-3 is a wonderful condo for family vacationing. Well appointed and located, the site offers beautifully landscaped grounds and a wonderful pool area.
The management team is responsive and ensured all questions were immediately addressed. Travelling with a young family...this unit more than met all needs and wants ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Maui Wedding
Our family of 6 was very happy with our Maui villa. Everyone had their own space and is very large for all to gather. It was nicely furnished, clean and in beautiful area. Great pool area, and close to the beach. The lanai was a bit noisy due to the road so close, but we pretended it was the waves of the ocean. We loved how the doors opened to bring the outdoors inside.

Peaceful Villa
What an amazing find this was! The house was as described! It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras and we loved having a grill! The location was so convenient for us as we were visiting Maui for a convention right across the street. The property manager was available when I had questions. We would definitely recommend this house!

Ho’olei Haven
This is the second time we’ve rented a unit at Ho’olei through PMI and each time has been perfect. Our expectations are always met through the excellent customer service provided by Matt and Tonya at PMI. The units are amazing and the location can’t be beat. The on-site pool is amazing and was used quite frequently due to the winds on the beaches during our stay.
Do not hesitate to book a unit at Ho’olei because you will not be disappointed.

This condo was very roomy and convenient to Wailea beach. Nice pool on location. We enjoyed our stay. You should not leave unwrapped food out at night on counter because bugs will get into it.

Spring Break with Family
We had a wonderful time despite what was going on at the time - Covid 19. The property was just as pictured - beautiful and spacious. Was very quiet area. Everything was clean and well maintained. The outside patio lights didn't work, and they had someone there quickly to remedy the problem. Everyone was so nice and friendly and very helpful. The walk to the beach was quick. Had a shopping center not that far from the property and a good restaurant (Mulligan's) not far away either. I would definitely recommend the property.

Best rental EVER
The pics of this house don’t do justice. This home was beautiful, it was everything and more. Tonya was great! The cleaning crew was awesome. We had shopped after getting off the plane, the rentals wasn’t ready yet so she mentioned coming and using the fridge, sure enough when we got there it was ready for us an hour or more before check in. The house was closer than I thought to the beach. It’s a gated community so it feels like your luxury. The house feels like luxury. Our overall stay in Maui was perfect!

AWESOME THRIVING WAILEA
We enjoyed a week at this fantastically appointed condo in Hawaii. Everything was perfect, the parking, the furniture, the reception. We enjoyed dining at Monkey Pod just up the street. Grand Wailea is right across the street as well as great public beach access. My kids surfed every day.

Great Experience
We really enjoyed staying in this unit. 2 families of 4 with young kids, the rooms worked out perfectly. Everything was clean and well stocked and Matt was great to work with. Close to the pool, which is very nice at this complex. Only downside is the traffic noise from the lanai, but it wasn’t that bad and couldn’t be heard from inside when the doors were closed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beyond our expectation!
This place is absolutely beautiful. It met all of our needs plus more. We had 7 adults and we stayed comfortably here and had plenty of room. The location was great. Close to shops, beaches and pool without the crowding you get with hotel stays. Would definitely recommend this property especially to families with large numbers!
