The condo has ocean views from every window and great beach access as it is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Best condo in the complex!
This was our third or fourth time staying at this condo. With the new owners, it is been upgraded very nicely. Super good views of the ocean from all windows in the kitchen and main room. (The windows were pretty dirty, and need to be cleaned more often.) the condo is super close to good restaurants and of course overlooks the beach, so no complaints there! A couple of things to be aware of our, early morning, traffic buses trucks whatever because you are definitely close to everything. Also, we were woke up several times during the night from homeless people on the street being noisy but anywhere in this area you’re going to get that. we never did feel threatened by them.. overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just a walk across the street to the beach!

Good value for a beachside property
Good location, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Unit is a bit on the smallish side but it is well stocked and cleaned. It looks exactly like the photos.

Exactly as shown!
We were totally happy with the property and the location which was close enough to walk to many of the shops, restaurants, etc. People have mentioned the road, and while yes, it would be ideal to not have the road in between the unit and the beach, it was really not a big deal. The ease of getting to the beach in a literal minute from door to sand was exactly what we wanted, and it was really nice to have ocean views from every room.
The unit was clean and well appointed (including a nice selection of beach chairs and toys, towels, etc., all in good condition). The unit was very nicely furnished/decorated and very comfortable for 4 adults.
We had some issues with the air conditioning going out on a few times, and a burst sprinkler that sent up a geyser right next to the dining room/patio a few different times, but we were extremely happy with the responsiveness from the management company and felt like they were doing everything in their power to resolve the issues. Things happen, and the real test is in the response, and we were very satisfied. A few nights before we were to leave the AC went out again, but it was right around the same time as the devastating fires on the island began, so it was completely understandable that addressing the issue was absolutely not a priority, however they still communicated with us. We appreciated that during all the chaos during the peak of the fires, we were allowed a late checkout.
We hope for the best for the residents of Maui moving forward, and are supporting from afar through donations. Maui has a special place in our hearts and remains in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.

Beautiful, well-equipped condo in a great area
My family was lucky enough to find this great condo right across from Kamaole Beach 1. This beautiful, well-equipped condo was perfect for my family of 4. It even had some nice beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel equipment.
Within walking distance to many great restaurants, including the best fish tacos in Maui! Having the key pad was great because you never had to worry about forgetting your key.
I would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay!

Just as advertised!
This was a great spot to stay w my family of 4. If they didn’t want to go to the beach, all I had to do was walk across the street. Walking distance to restaurants and fully stocked w lots of beach toys/chairs ect.

Kamaole Beach Club Review
We had a wonderful experience. Place was perfect - right across from the beach plus had a pool. My kids (5 and 9) were most excited about all of the small gekkos outside in the complex. Everything was clean, had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs and boogeyboards were a bonus - used them every day of our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect condo!!! Right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, next door to an ABC store, less than 5 minute walk from tons of shops and restaurants. The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. I would stay here again and again.

Excellent Vacation Condo
Great location across from the beach, close to lots of food choices, and VERY clean. This condo has pretty much everything you need in a vacation rental. AC works amazing and there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, lots of snorkeling gear, and more. We would definitely stay here again. Great Beach Getaway
This property location was fantastic. Great view of the ocean and within walking distance to everything in the cute town of Kihei. There was a bit of traffic noise but I am used to city noise so our group was not bothered by it.

A gem in the heart of Kihei
Our family of 4 (includes 2 older teens) stayed for 1 week. The condo is well appointed with items to use during your stay including beach chairs, umbrella boogie boards and cooler. The condo’s location is directly across from the beach and a short walk to the convenience store, restaurants and gift shops. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The best
There is a cute little notebook inside the unit with handwritten reviews and recommendations from other people who have stayed. Be sure to read and write your own review!
Our complaints are minor. Be sure not to stuff the kitchen trash bags too much. The trash bags provided are not equipped to handle a lot of pressure. The WiFi seemed to work fine downstairs but had a weaker signal upstairs. This impacted ability to use the TVs in the rooms. Additionally, we had some issues with the TV in the living room with the volume levels but definitely could have been user errors.
Overall this was a great stay and fit all of our needs for 4 full days. We would definitely come back and stay in this unit again!

Beautiful condo excellent location
We reviewed hundreds of rentals before choosing this one (it was exhausting) looking for the best Overall place to celebrate our return to Maui for our 25th anniversary. With two grown children we wanted great beach access, central location to tour the island and comfortable accommodations like home. We we so pleased when we arrived to find everything we hoped for and more. The beach across the street was perfect for swimming, playing, boarding, snorkeling etc. We visited almost every beach on the island and overall enjoyed this one the most.
Everything you need from stores, restaurants, shopping etc available on Kihei road not far from the condo. Close proximity to the road creates road noise, but by night time it’s quiet. Perfect place for a vacation!

Our family of four had a wonderful vacation at this rental! We loved being so close to the beach and our rental had everything we could’ve needed and more! The management was amazing and great to work with too. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect location and launching off point to explore Maui
We particularly enjoyed being close to the beach - just a quick walk across the street. There are also a ton of places to walk to for food and drinks. The Texaco ABC store next door was packed with pretty much everything we needed - good food, liquor store, gift shop, etc. We have stayed at a few places in Maui and this tops the list. There was some that commented on the street noise, but we didn't find that to be bothersome whatsoever, and also gave us a good spot to do some people watching.

Great Condo Central Location
Condo has been updated so it feels new and clean. AC worked well, pretty shutter windows, updated everything. 2 outdoor patios with ocean in front of you. The condo has everything you need from beach towels, to chairs, etc. Full kitchen supplies including condiments they leave in fridge. So go to condo first before you shop.
Only things of note- hot water heater is small so hot water lasts about 15 mins.
It is a busy street so it can be noisy at night and starting at 5 am. The beach is busy so Area is busy. If you want more quiet or private- not the spot. Pillows on bed a bit flat.
Other than that- good place. Roomy and great for a few couples or a small family. Rental agency very helpful and flexible.
Pool is small, and not too warm. We didn’t care because we were here for ocean

Great condo with a great location
The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was great for everything we did. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach across the street, sunrise at Haleakala, snorkeling, and all of the hiking. The condo is centrally located to get to wherever you want to go.

One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. You get what you pay for. Really homey place with privacy and good space. We arrived early and were kindly invited to go inside around 2 pm.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo!

Awesome stay
Another great stay. It has changed hands and is under a management company who were amazing to deal with and sorted out a very minor issue we had with our smoke detector. Matt came by that same day and replaced it along with new batteries for the air codntironee controller. They kept ya updated with the replacing of the parking lot and even a nice gift in Christmas Day. Great stay!

Eight days in Maui, October 2018
Our condo was beautifully furnished and very well stocked. They really thought of everything we needed in terms of the beach equipment and day trips for sightseeing. We had a fabulous time and spent hours at the beautiful beach directly across the street. it was centrally located for everything we wanted - great food, lots of shopping, etc. I highly recommend this home to others thinking about spending time in paradise!!
