Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The best experience ever!
Beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo, perfect for a couple, single.
There is a fantastic view of the garden and ocean—a paradise indeed! We had our meals at the large lanai. My husband and I were delighted with Mathew's magnificent service. Thank you! We will be back.

Clean, modern condo
Updated modern condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Extremely well stocked kitchen and really the whole condo. Only suggestion for improvement is to increase lighting on lanai to be able to enjoy dinner and evening cards/board games since it is the only table to use.

Excellent Home Away from Home!
I loved everything about this condo. It was immaculate upon arrival. It’s newly renovated and very tastefully appointed. The kitchen had everything to cook in or use the property grills. I met up with extended family on this trip. The Murphy bed made it great for grandkid sleepovers. The lanai was spacious with a lovely view of the grounds and ocean. Location in Kihei was great. Easy walk to beach and shops/eateries.

Great Place to Stay!!
This condo was great! From the time we checked in, it was a great experience! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was so nice to be right next to the beach. The pool and hot tub was a great way to relax and it was close to food and shops.

Beautiful updated Maui condo
My wife and I recently spent two weeks at this beautifully updated condo at Kamaole Sands. The condo was a last minute replacement to our scheduled unit that had been recently sold. Matt at PMI Maui did a fantastic job securing this unit and it was a real gem! The condo itself was immaculate and well equipped. The ocean view from the lanai was gorgeous. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and Matt once again came through with a replacement within hours. I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated every thing PMI Maui did in making this condo available. We have already booked for next year.

This property is amazing!! The lanai is oversized and its ocean view was lovely - looked forward to morning coffee and evening sunsets from here every day. The condo is super well stocked with kitchen appliances/items as well as beachy things (chairs,umbrella, boogie boards). Don't hesitate to book this condo - its beyond gorgeous, clean and perfect for a family holiday!!

Laze on the lanai at Kamaole Sands
What a great place! The rental was new and spotless, in a great location and totally comfortable for our small family of 3! I would absolutely return next time we go to Maui.

Great vacation!
Kamaole Sands is a beautiful property near great beaches and many restaurants. Kihei is centrally located on the island for daily adventures.

Loved the unit. It was in great shape and we’ll kept. It was well stocked with items for the beach; beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards...etc. Large deck which easily accommodated a family of 4. Would definitely stay there again. Entire condo complex is in a great location and is well maintained.

Very nice. Amenities were good. Concern was the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, mask & snorkel, flippers) were tired. Also patio chairs were very uncomfortable - we dragged the dining room chairs out instead. Need a Bluetooth music device.

Overall Service was excellent. Minor issue with Wi-Fi being sporadic, however every effort was made to correct. Service provider attended twice in a very timely manner. Resort amenities are top rate.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo was very clean, updated and equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking meals. We just loved the large lanai - we ate all our meals outside. And it was a great place to just relax and read with a great view of the ocean/watch the sunsets. We thought the condo might be quite noisy because it was right next to the complex driveway. But we were never disturbed by traffic noise at all. And we really loved that we were within walking distance to all the Kamaole Beaches I-III, as well as shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

nice location (across street from a good beach/walking distance to several others via beach view access) Ocean view from lanai was a bit distant but pleasant (about like picture). Unit was clean, pretty, and included all the basics. Washer/dryer in unit were especially helpful. Facility fee ($35) was not expected but not unreasonable (nice pool, hot tubs, exercise room, ping pong table, newpaper, computers in lobby) Cable was basic with no guide or instructions.
