Beautiful Location across street to Beach, Boat Tours
I have booked directly with PMI Maui before and they do not disappoint! The pictures of 10-214 were accurate and the view of the ocean from the Lanai provided whale watching right from the condo! Matt is excellent to work with, extremely accommodating. Kamaole Sands is a gated property providing a sense of privacy and security. The large pool and hot tubs were great alternatives to the ocean, plenty of grills (cleaned daily) as well. The flowers and grounds are immaculate - providing a garden setting. With beach chairs provided in the condo, sunsets are just a walk across the street. Kam 2 and 3 are great beaches and Kihei Boat Ramp is a block away for easy access to snorkel and whale watch tours. Coconuts is really close for delicious Mahi fish sandwiches or tacos.

Perfect Condo in Kihei
Excellent location, directly across the street from the beach! Amazing view from the lanai! Updated, modern yet comfy condo! Fully stocked with everything from beach towels, to boogie boards and beach chairs to laundry soap and everything in between. Just bring your food, drinks and swimsuit and you will have an amazing time!

Best location in Maui!
We would definitely come back and stay again. Everyone and everything about our stay here was perfect. The location was perfect for us as we are very much beach goers so we just walked across the street and we were there. We were also close enough to town to walk in and do some shopping and have drinks and breakfast or lunch! We had a wonderful experience! We will be back!

Wonderful 2+ Week Stay
We have stayed in Kamaole Sands for years and 10-214 is one of the nicest units. It was immaculate and easy to keep clean and had a great view of the fountains (and a good slice of the ocean). PMI Maui was amazing. They handled our COVID-related change of dates without a hiccup and no extra charge. A small repair was handled quickly and expertly. We will rent with them again for sure. The appliances are all top of the line for a rental. Do note that the only oven is a Microwave/Convection combo. The kitchen is very well equipped. Only cautionary note is the lack of storage in the bedrooms due to several locked owner's closets and no dressers. Lots of beach equipment and a comfortable lanai.

Great location, great unit! Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands in 10-214. The view was beautiful to wake up to each morning. We slept comfortably. We appreciated the stock and availability of bedding, linens and towels. The Queen sized Murphy bed in the living area was comfortable. The unit was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We liked the updated and remodeled look of this unit and the AC. We did not want for anything during our stay. The beach and beach access is just across the street.
We would stay again in this unit as well as highly recommend this unit to others.

Modern, comfortable, convenient stay across the street beach
My family of 5 adults loved our stay at this property. It is modern, well equipped w/ kitchen appliances and beach equipment (towels, coolers, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas etc...). There are 2 AC units in the unit and fans in each room which made for a very comfortable environment in the Hawaii heat. The patio has a stunning view of the ocean and beautifully manicured property. Check in was easy, property managers very responsive and easy to contact, and the location is ideal - on the quieter side of the island (north is much more busy), next to so many restaurants, and across the street from a beautiful cove/beach where turtles hand out in the reefs. Highly recommend this property!

Great Holiday
Our family spent the Christmas break in Kihei at Kamaole Sands. This was not our first time at Kamaole Sands but this was by far the nicest unit we stayed in. Building 10 is great and to wake up and see the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and the beach.
Only suggestion would be to have a booster so the access to WIFI is better in the master bedroom.
We hope to return in the future.

Great Vacation Spot!
This unit is wonderful! The location and space are beautiful and convenient. The rental company is communicative. The view is impeccable. We LOVED our stay so much. The only issue we had was a lack of internet or phone service in the master bedroom, but besides that, things were perfect! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful relaxing get away
The condo was immaculate! It had everything we needed for a wonderful week long stay. The kitchen was well set up nothing we were missing. It was clean, the ac was wonderful kept the condo at a perfect temperature. The fans in each room were also extremely nice while we were sleeping. The view from our balcony was stunning. The property management company was wonderful and helped answer our questions in less that 6 hours for most but never more than 24. Being our first time using Air B&B this was helpful. We can’t wait to go back and stay here :)

This is our second time at Kamaole Sands. We absolutely loved this condo! Very spacious, everything was new and it has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the fountains. The Lanai is a bit small but we were fine with it. The unit is so close to the ocean. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into this remodel. Everything is at your fingertips. We will definitely be back!

We spent 10 days in suite 10-214 and really loved everything about the suite. It was probably our 8th time staying at Kamole Sands and it was head and shoulders the nicest suite we had stayed in. The suite boasts modern conveniences, beautiful decoration and great location.

Awesome Family Vacation Spot
Kamole Sands was in a great location, across the street from the beach, room came with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more! On the grounds was a gorgeous pool, kid pool and 2 hot tubs! It was a perfect place for our family of 8 to stay and hang out! The room had AC too which was a life saver for the kids! Definitely would go back next time in Kehei!

Perfect stay
This was our first time staying in a condo on Maui and we absolutely loved it. The condo had everything we need from kitchen to bathroom and even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. We loved having access to the boogie boards and lanai had a great view of the ocean. Only complaint is that the ceiling fan stoppped working for us....but they had a back up fan in the closet. We would certainly stay here again!
