Perfect Kamaole Sands condo
Well located, well appointed and wonderfully maintained condo in Kamaole Sands facing the ocean. The property is in South Kihei, which has a more locals vibe, but still plenty of options for visitors, and is directly across from one of the nicer beaches on the island. Would definitely stay again!

Wake up to ocean views and sound of birds
We had a great time at `Kamaole Sands 10-215`. The property was clean and well furnished. Location was great for the price. We would wake up to cool breeze, ocean views and sound of birds everyday. We would be back.

Perfect Location and Interior
The only reason I would hesitate to leave a glowing review for this listing is that I would very much like it to be available for when I want to rent it again! Really, everything about it is amazing. You are so close to the Kam 3 beach (and a very short walk over sand or park to Kam 1 or 2), and on the southern end of the Kihei commercial strip, which means it is an easy walk to pick up food from 801 or Maui Fish n' Chips or Penny's Pizza, but you aren't surrounded by a crazy level of development. The views from the lanai and primary bedroom of the sunset are also terrific. From some of the pictures, we were concerned that the lanai was a bit small, but it was actually very spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to eat every meal out there.

The interior of the rental was also fantastic. The furniture is all very comfortable, and the layout meant there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to spread out in their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped (including a Ninja blender for mixed drinks and an enamel-coated cast iron pan that is perfect for searing the Snake River Wagyu steaks available at the local supermarket), and previous guests have left behind a nice assortment of spices (we added a few, too). There are also beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach bags/coolers, and sand toys. Wow!

Seriously, this place is a find. I really recommend it.

Wonderful place to escape to!
Our stay at Kamaole Sands 10-215 was terrific! The unit has a killer view over the lawn and fountains out to the ocean, from inside the unit and on the deck. It was VERY well equipped in the kitchen with spices, oils, and good cooking utensils (pots, pans, knives, etc). Very quiet. We never heard our neighbors above, below beside us. Solid construction. Very clean too. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit. It is everything they advertise and more!

Great condo with wonderful view
This condo is very special. It has extra seating due to its exceptional layout. Two bedroom on one level. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen with good quality items. We needed a topper on the mattress and Matt and tonya organized that. We had a couple who had never been to Maui. They were so pleased with this unit and kam sands

2 Great Weeks
We had another wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands and this unit was perfect. It was supplied with lots of beach toys, boogie boards, beach mats, even a collapsible wagon to carry them all to the car. The kitchen was supplied with all staples and condiments and high quality cooking utensils and appliances. Washer and dryer were full size (usually they are smaller, apartment size). The condo was well appointed, renovated, and extremely clean. PMI was very easy to work with, highly responsive to questions and queries, and their use of a code lock system for access (instead of getting keys on check in) is a “best practice” allowing for easy check-in and check-out, as well as enabled easy access over the two weeks for all family members to come and go independently. We gave visited Maui 10 times in the last 13 years and have worked with PMI the last two times. We have experienced high variability in costs and conditions of rental condos - their units are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are by far the best.

A Time to Relax and Reconnect: Feb 17 - March 5, 2019
Peaceful, relaxing, rejuvenating and beautiful. Four words that enveloped us as we became accustomed to our vacation unit 10-215 at Kamaole Sands. Prior to our arrival we were well prepared for our arrival by PMI MAUI. The unit was very clean and up to date with utensils and appliances....and roomy. The view over Kamaole Beach 3, the palm trees and the ocean with the evening sunset from both the lanai and the master bedroom is imprinted in our cameras and our memories. This was not our first visit to KS but will be the most memorable, and to us deserves a heartfelt recommendation to both family and friends.
Well done to both the owner and manager. We hope to return.
