Delightful Maui Vacation
Kamaloe Sands is very large condo complex in the heart of Kihei. This condo is ideal as it is in building 10 which is angled toward the water but set back enough that there is no road noise. The view at sunset is perfect from the master bedroom and deck. The beds were comfortable and the environment spotless and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with high quality cookware and utensils. Overall, highly recommended.

Great spot great view.
Our third time at Kamaole Sands and this room was the best so far, the other times we only had a one bedroom. This condo was so well equipped with everything that we needed. The kitchen was the best we have had in a rental unit. My only con would be limited plastic dishes if you wanted to eat down at the barbecues or take glasses down to the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the vicinity to the beach. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that but would also book through PMI again. Matt was prompt with reservations and any emails or concerns we had. A great vacation.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t by the fact that there were portable air conditioners only on the 2 bedrooms. My son was sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room and could hardly sleep due to the heat, despite of many fans. The location was excellent! The beach is across the street and is really nice. Also close to restaurants, just walking distance. The pool was amazing, with warm water and also has a jacuzzi. The condo is well equipped with pretty much everything you will need. Plenty of towels and beach accessories. It has a great lanai as well. The parking is also very convenient, with assigned parking. Check in and out were easy. I will definitely stay here again, although will ask if there is a 3rd portable air conditioner.

Lovely Condo with a Great View
We stayed for almost 2 weeks in this delightful condo. It was comfortable, well equipped and convenient to everything in South Maui. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room with a view!!
What a fantastic condo! It was well stocked in the kitchen, lots of dishes, pots, pans. Everything you need! Lots of beach gear as well. Very comfortable furnishings, great location. And the view from the lanai is fantastic. I had to call Matt for something and he tended to it right away! I would absolutely stay here again. The entire resort was fabulous.

A wonderful place to stay
We loved this property location and the condo. The location is right across from Kam III so an easy walk to the beach, shopping snd restaurants. We also used the Maui bus this time which was easy to use and there is a bus stop close by. The BBQ’s are well maintained and the view of the ocean is perfect. We were able to watch whales from our lanai. Our only “complaint” would be that the fountains are beautiful but quite loud. We looked forward to 9:01 when they turned off.
The condo was great. The building is closest to the beach and yet not far from the pool. The lanai had great furniture for relaxing and also a ceiling fan to keep cool. The kitchen was well equipped (except could have used better BBQ tools). The view from the master bedroom looks like a painting. We found the A/C units in the bedrooms quite loud so used only the ceiling fans which worked well. A closet contained all the beach equipment we needed. There was extra bedding and towels as well as a washer/dryer unit.
I had contact with PMI prior to our vacation and they answered all my questions quickly. They were great to deal with and I would definitely rent with them and stay in this condo again. We had a wonderful experience and amazing vacation in paradise.

Kamaole Sands Beach view
KS 10-215 is a nice 2nd floor unit with a great view of Kam 3 Beach and nice sunset views (thru the trees that line the beachfront park). Since it's in the building closest to the street, the walk to the beach is effortless. The finishes in the unit are adequately maintained and look to have been updated a few years back. It was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (incl 2 teens and 8yo). The AC is a mobile unit in each bedroom, so we were thankful for the strong breeze that came thru the unit on most days. (said breezy weather also caused us to seek better snorkel conditions elsewhere). Overall, good experience with the rental agency and the unit. Would recommend.

Fantastic Getaway Location
We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Location was perfect for all the activities and beaches we wanted to visit. Amenities were as described in listing, plus many extras. We were a family of 6 adults. Sleeping on the pullout couch would be tight for 2 adults, but we requested an extra air mattress which they were able to provide for us. Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we wanted to prepare at home. Loved having the beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella.

Beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations
Love the location! The views from the unit were absolutely top notch. The unit itself was well kept and furnished. Absolutely perfect. Only small gripe would be that Kamaole Sands itself is in a great spot and generally well maintained there are just a few small things that weren't absolutely perfect. For example my kids were a bit disappointed with the pool. I personally couldn't care less, I mean a great beach is right across the street but might be a small issue with some.

BEST VACATION RENTAL!
Oh my gosh if you are looking for an ocean front rental this is your place!! Honestly best rental we have ever stayed in. They have everything you need and more. The home is huge and has AC all throughout which is something we always look for. The view is also unreal. Make some dinner and watch the sunset every night with the turtles popping their heads up in the ocean. It was everything we were looking for! Thank you Jenny for making our experience so perfect!

Great condo, with all the amenities you could need for cooking, beach and ocean fun!! The location was amazing, right across the street from the best beach for boogie boarding.

Perfect Kamaole Sands condo
Well located, well appointed and wonderfully maintained condo in Kamaole Sands facing the ocean. The property is in South Kihei, which has a more locals vibe, but still plenty of options for visitors, and is directly across from one of the nicer beaches on the island. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at `Kamaole Sands 10-215`. The property was clean and well furnished. Location was great for the price. We would wake up to cool breeze, ocean views and sound of birds everyday. We would be back.

Perfect Location and Interior
The only reason I would hesitate to leave a glowing review for this listing is that I would very much like it to be available for when I want to rent it again! Really, everything about it is amazing. You are so close to the Kam 3 beach (and a very short walk over sand or park to Kam 1 or 2), and on the southern end of the Kihei commercial strip, which means it is an easy walk to pick up food from 801 or Maui Fish n' Chips or Penny's Pizza, but you aren't surrounded by a crazy level of development. The views from the lanai and primary bedroom of the sunset are also terrific. From some of the pictures, we were concerned that the lanai was a bit small, but it was actually very spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to eat every meal out there.
The interior of the rental was also fantastic. The furniture is all very comfortable, and the layout meant there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to spread out in their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped (including a Ninja blender for mixed drinks and an enamel-coated cast iron pan that is perfect for searing the Snake River Wagyu steaks available at the local supermarket), and previous guests have left behind a nice assortment of spices (we added a few, too). There are also beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach bags/coolers, and sand toys. Wow!
Seriously, this place is a find. I really recommend it.

Wonderful place to escape to!
Our stay at Kamaole Sands 10-215 was terrific! The unit has a killer view over the lawn and fountains out to the ocean, from inside the unit and on the deck. It was VERY well equipped in the kitchen with spices, oils, and good cooking utensils (pots, pans, knives, etc). Very quiet. We never heard our neighbors above, below beside us. Solid construction. Very clean too. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit. It is everything they advertise and more!

Great condo with wonderful view
This condo is very special. It has extra seating due to its exceptional layout. Two bedroom on one level. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen with good quality items. We needed a topper on the mattress and Matt and tonya organized that. We had a couple who had never been to Maui. They were so pleased with this unit and kam sands

2 Great Weeks
We had another wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands and this unit was perfect. It was supplied with lots of beach toys, boogie boards, beach mats, even a collapsible wagon to carry them all to the car. The kitchen was supplied with all staples and condiments and high quality cooking utensils and appliances. Washer and dryer were full size (usually they are smaller, apartment size). The condo was well appointed, renovated, and extremely clean. PMI was very easy to work with, highly responsive to questions and queries, and their use of a code lock system for access (instead of getting keys on check in) is a “best practice” allowing for easy check-in and check-out, as well as enabled easy access over the two weeks for all family members to come and go independently. We gave visited Maui 10 times in the last 13 years and have worked with PMI the last two times. We have experienced high variability in costs and conditions of rental condos - their units are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are by far the best.

A Time to Relax and Reconnect: Feb 17 - March 5, 2019
Peaceful, relaxing, rejuvenating and beautiful. Four words that enveloped us as we became accustomed to our vacation unit 10-215 at Kamaole Sands. Prior to our arrival we were well prepared for our arrival by PMI MAUI. The unit was very clean and up to date with utensils and appliances....and roomy. The view over Kamaole Beach 3, the palm trees and the ocean with the evening sunset from both the lanai and the master bedroom is imprinted in our cameras and our memories. This was not our first visit to KS but will be the most memorable, and to us deserves a heartfelt recommendation to both family and friends.
