Book with confidence, this stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Kamaole Sands that was just remodeled as of December 2019. Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials that you would be hard pressed to find in a rental unit. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. Beautiful Condo, would book again
My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Maui the condo and it is beautiful. The location is perfect being just a few minutes walk from the beach and over looks the ocean. I’ve stayed at another condo in the same building before and this one is very recently renovated. Also, PMI is incredibly responsive. We had a few questions about the condo during our stay and they got back to us within a couple of hours. We also had a very minor issue of the screen door hinge breaking from normal wear and tear and PMI had it fixed in less than 24 hours. We were incredibly pleased and would have no hesitation booking this unit in the future.

Very nice property in an great location!
Our first trip to Maui was unforgettable, and a big part of that was our stay at Kamaole Sands in unit 10-311. The location was ideal – just across the street from the beach and centrally positioned on the island, making it easy to explore all that Maui has to offer. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach every evening to catch the stunning sunset. The spacious lanai was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The property management team was communicative and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

5 Star Hawaiian condo
Great condo...it was very modern, new with everything you could possibly need in it, it had a lot of nice smart features in the condo with a great Lanai! The king size bed was very comfortable and our son liked the Murphy bed a lot! Great location for the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend it, Property management company was great to deal with and quick to help out or fix anything if it needed fixing.

Perfect vacation
My husband and I stayed at this condo for vacation. From the moment I stepped in the door I was in love with the place! Very spacious and loved how it was decorated. Great view from the balcony. You can walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Great spot for the sunset!

Incredible Unit, Amazing Stay
My wife and I stayed in this unit for 4 nights after our wedding in Maui. The property was exactly as described, and incredible in person. It was spotless and well-maintained, incredibly well stocked, and the owners left a guestbook with an overview of the renovations they did as well as some tips on where to go and what to do on Maui. What a great touch! The lanai was large and had everything you needed for the beach. The unit is in building 10, and therefore as close to the bach, as you can get (just steps away across the road). From the minute we booked with PMI, the customer service was amazing. Matthew and Tanya were so responsive, and when we forgot a wedding keepsake in the unit, they called us and even helped to arrange shipping of the item back home to us. We'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, to anyone looking for an elevated experience in Kihei.

The whole experience was great! The property is well maintained and clean and the condo was perfect for our family. We loved having two bathrooms and the beach chairs and wagon were an amazing addition. The condo is a 2 min walk to the beach and we could hear the waves from our lanai! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Maui

If you are a family of 4 or less, then this is THE place for you! You literally do not need to look at any more listings! This unit is beautiful, clean and very family friendly! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you will need for your family Hawaiian vacation: Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, large beach towels, snorkel gear, football, small cooler and the best of all, a large folding wagon to carry your gear to the beach! We noticed there are several rental companies nearby where you can rent these items for a fee!!!
The view from the unit of the ocean is beautiful! We loved waking up every morning, sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds right outside our unit!
We cooked several of our meals right in our unit and using the gas grills provided by the condo.
We loved everything about this place and have zero complaints.

This our 3rd time staying at Kamaole Sands, and the best condo we have stayed in. We had everything thing we needed, great lanai, and the condo was comfortable & clean. Loved having the beach across the street to watch the beautiful sunsets. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Fabulous rental!
We have been coming to Maui for over 15 years and have rented many units and have to say this unit was by far our all time favourite! The renovation spared no expense and everything from the top quality dishes, and applicances, to ambient lighting everywhere - left us so happy! My favourite spot was the sofa on the lanai and many afternoon naps were enjoyed there. This complex is definitely geared towards families and those with young children and if my kids were younger this would have been our #1 choice. Wish I discovered it years ago. Fabulous!

Paradise found at 10-311
Unit 10-311 was absolutely gorgeous! Close to shops/restaurants/equipment rentals and most importantly the BEACH. The unit is beautifully updated/decorated. Spacious husbands favorite for those afternoon naps. Working with PMI went very smoothly; very prompt response time. The only (minor) issue that we encountered was the primary bath shower drains very slowly. This would not prohibit us in anyway from staying in this unit again.

VRBO had a "NO REFUND if CANCELLED WARNING" & an "EXPENSIVE SERVICE FEE". Booking Direct with PMI MAUI could might have been a better idea. Cancellation insurance is probably important! We had a good experience! (Matt & Tania) were Professional and Courteous. A written contract completed upon making the reservation that also had a reasonable Contractual Cancellation REFUND Option! The Condo is Newer, Very Clean & Bug Free with a Comfortable King Bed, Silent Split A/C in L/R & B/R, Fans, Wireless Internet & Huge New TV. This is a well stocked Condo. Almost Everything you need from Cutlery, Dishes, Linen, Bath & Beach towels to 4 Beach Chairs, umbrella, Boogie Boards, a few masks & Children's toys. A Wagon to transport things. Starter supplies means you may need to supply some Soaps & T/P. Check-in was well organized and convenient @ an onsite (Castle Resort Managed) Office. We received no hidden charges. We have never used PMI MAUI before but will definitely consider booking direct with them in the future.

So easy!
This rental and PMI Maui are so easy to recommend. From the booking process right down to arrival and departure, PMI makes it a pleasure.
This unit is so well equipped with all your needs in the kitchen and for the beach, that it's a 'no brainer'. Great location in the complex too. Very quiet except for the fountains but those shut off at night.

Can't Wait to Return
We loved our stay in this beautiful, updated condo and can't wait to come back. It was well stocked with anything you might need. We loved having the big deck (with an ocean view!) and the pull out bed in the living room was very comfy! This unit was close to the elevator but noise was never an issue. We went for daily walks in Kihei (the Cinnamon Roll Place and 808 Deli are must tries). We have booked through PMI the last couple of times and will only book with them in the future! They were so easy to deal with. Can't wait to return!

Everything was perfect!
This is the second time we have stayed at Kamaole Sands, and first in unit 10-311. Everything was exactly what we had hoped and expected! The owners clearly spent a lot of time carefully decorating the unit and selecting items that vacationers would need. The location was really good as well. We will be back again!

This was our second time staying in 10-311. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and more. It’s got everything you need to enjoy your trip to Maui and is in a great location. We’ll definitely be back!

First, the PMI Prop Mgmt support was great. Small issue with the slider not latching. They were there in 10 mins, and fixed it in 20.
I would never spend so much to stay in Wailea at a resort, when one can get this unit a stone's throw away, with great beach access and an enjoyable (and semi-lively) pool area. Beaches are safe for kids and good snorkeling between Kam Beaches 1 and 2. Met lots of great people. Walkable to affordable and delicious eats. The S. Kihei location felt separated from N. Kihei (which is a bit meh).
Overall, the unit felt premium from the materials they used to the lighting (I will use some of the lighting approach when I build back home). Great pull out bed comfort (so people won't feel snubbed by sleeping on it). Good instructions for unit, though I would add instructions for the secondary shower sprayers. Well stocked with beach stuff, but could have used some snorkeling fins ;) Would stay there again!

Thoroughly lovely ecperience
We are very familiar with Maui and with Kamaole Sands with visits and long stays over decades. Our rental experience in 10-311 was flawless. We knew what to expect going in. Our expectations were high and we were in no way disappointed. The owners have done a remarkable remodel. High end, tasteful, modern and exceedingly comfortable. Everything one needs for a short or long stay is provided. Kitchen has it all including high end appliances. Bathrooms beautiful, spa like. The property managers, Matt and Tanya,(PMI) are as helpful and professional as they come. Their reputation second to none. Kamaole Sands is a very well situated, beautifully maintained , family friendly property. Beaches just out the door across the road. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Condo has plenty of gear to complete your beach going experience. Naturally, cleanliness is on most minds these days. You will find 10-311 is cleaned to a very high standard and many good products are in the condo for guests to maintain those standards.

Paradise on Earth
We had a wonderful stay over Christmas with our family, including one toddler. You will feel like you are staying at a top tier hotel but with more amenities and everything accessible and thoughtfully laid out (this is not a look, don’t touch home but beautifully designed and clearly a labor of love). We would love to return!

This was our third year renting at Kamaole Sands - This unit is now our go-to for all future stays. Everything from top to bottom was very high end. The lighting, cabinetry, finishes, amenities and location was everything we were hoping for in a perfect vacation get away. Everything is exactly as advertised, and then some. It gave our family the perfect getaway and lended to the best vacation we've ever had, hands down. Be sure to read the book provided by the owners - they went above and beyond to highlight restaurants and activities to check out while on the island. 10/10 perfect place to stay - we will be back!

Recent stay in Maui!
We had an amazing time! Our rental was super clean, right by the beach, had everything we needed (beach stuff, cooking appliances, etc). You can tell it had just been recently remodeled; it looks really nice. Plus the view from the patio was perfect to watch the sunset. We’d recommend staying here!

Loved staying here! The view and the inside of the place are so nice! They have everything you need to feel at home! They have everything from dishes, pans, floaties, AC unit, washer, dryer, etc. The pool and jacuzzi are all great! It’s close to many great places to see and eat at. Would love to stay here again! Covid getaway
We enjoyed our rental at Kamaole Sands unit 10-311. It was extremely neat and organized and our kids loved the Murphy bed...there was plenty of accessories and beach items to make our 14 day stay very enjoyable...we appreciated the the book containing hints of where to snorkel and restaurants from the owners!

Best Lanai at Kamaole Sands
The unit was recently refurbished and immaculate. Very comfortable furniture especially the living area modified murphy queen bed. The kitchen is lovely but could use a few more baking items (sheets, oven pans) and plastic cups for poolside use. Beach gear provided was most appreciated (chairs, umbrella, 2 sizes of coolers, boogie boards and collapsible wagon to carry it all in which is great for a family with little kids. The lanai was the reason we booked this unit. it is HUGE! it also has a very comfortable sectional that my son chose to sleep on a few nights! Good view of the ocean although not quite the sunset. It is also the closest unit to the beach so a quick walk across for day use or to catch the sunset. Overall a perfect stay.

From the desert to Maui for a long overdue vacation
Now that we’re retired and living between Palm Springs and Seattle it can feel like we’re on vacation every day. However stocking and entertaining frequently and maintaining two homes is not really a vacation. So after what may be nearly a decade, we decided on a real vacation. Our home away from home in Maui was perfect! A wonderfully maintained beachside community welcomed us complete with a very large and comfortably furnished lanai that overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds, ponds and fountain with just the right peekaboo view of the ocean next door. This unit was recently remodeled and is a vacation renter’s dream home. The open living space, large well equipped kitchen and extra large island, all opening out to the lanai, meant never feeling cramped in this one bedroom condo. Two baths with spacious showers meant never having to share which we loved. This unit was in a building nearest the beach, with everything you need to tow your owner provided beach kit out to the elevator at your doorstep and make the short stroll to the beach. Sunsets from Kihei were unobstructed, stunning and well appreciated by the drive in theater like crowd that gathers. We were surprised at how quiet and undisturbed we were by the elevator proximity (Which turned out to be a plus) and by our neighbors above. Parking was close and secure and this location offers easy access to all the island has to offer. We drove south, far west and upcountry for treks and sights and food and various beaches. So easy! Same for airport access, super easy! Our host made checking In and out a breeze. Loved our vacation in paradise!
