Best Maui Resort I could Imagine!
This is a lovely condominium with great access to the beautiful grounds and pool. Staying at Kamaole Sands is like staying inside a gorgeous park, with fountains, pools, and a well manicured lawn and colorful plantings. We spent quite a bit of time at the spacious pool and gym, and at Kamaole 3 beach just across the street. Will absolutely come here again.....favorite resort of my life!

A week in paradise!
We love Kamoale Sands building 2, we have been staying in this building for over 10 years annually! PMI never disappoints, they have the best communication and ensure their units are in top condition and fully stocked with everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. We love the ground floor units with easy access to the beautiful lawns from the lanai and away from the main street.

Great Ground Floor Unit
This unit was perfectly located on the ground floor - close to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. You get lots of natural light all day and a nice breeze blows through the unit so we barely had to use the AC. It also comes equipped with pretty much everything you need. We left beach toys there that I hope the next family that stays can use them. Would’ve been great to have a boogie board but it wasn’t a big deal.

Brief Stay in Paradise
We love this unit at Kameole Sands. Its clean and organized with easy access to both facility activities and local restaurants. Only issue was confusing nature of streaming TV service, with no written instructions on how to navigate it.

Great 1st floor apartment
Clean and comfortable apartment that has convenient access to the main garden. You'd have quick and easy access to swimming pool or BBQ areas. The garden area is maintained very well. 5 mins walk to the Kamaole beach. The unit had all needed kitchen utensils, towels , 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Boogie boards and kids toys could be rented next to the pool club. The only con that I can list here is that neighboring unit was under construction and there was some noise during the week days, but contractors were responsive enough to stop the noise when it was needed.

5 night stay
We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely renovated unit. We brought along our 1 yr old, and it was nice to be on the ground floor and watch him run out onto the beautifully manicured pavilion every morning. The beaches were a very short walk accross the road. The unit had every convenience and we were very comfortable!

PMI Maui and Matt are awesome to deal with. Matt is always very accommodating each time we have visited. This time we were in 2 suites and had to change rooms as we spent 5 nights in 2-105. Matt arranged for us to drop off our luggage in the next suite along with our refrigerated food supply as we weren’t sure how we were going to keep it cold while we waited for the new room to be cleaned. We dropped our stuff off and then were able to go out an enjoy our day to return to a clean room with all of our clothes and food supply.

Such a wonderful stay! The space was well-equipped. We loved the beach towels, cooler and washer & dryer. The location was perfect- walking distance from the beach & set within a beautiful garden & a quick walk to the pool. I’d stay on the ground level again for this easy access to the garden & porch. Finally, the A/C was a nice touch to keep us feeling refreshed!

Practically perfect in every way!
We stayed in this unit for 9 days in November with our two kids. The location on the property was great with close access to the pool out the back door. There is a beautiful view from the patio out to the ocean where I could see boats going by and the sky was gorgeous behind the palm trees at sunset. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen would have accommodated just about anything we wanted to make. If I had one recommendation it would be to free up a cupboard or two to store snacks, cereal, chips, etc as it seemed like there was nowhere to put anything except out on the counter. Either way I would definitely stay here again.

Honeymoon Getaway
We got to stay in a lovely condo at a resort with lush gardens and private spaces. Several quiet gorgeous beaches are within short walking distance. Small stores, shops and restaurants also within walking distance. It was the perfect combination of feeling like we had our own private space away from everything and still be close to entertainment and amenities.

Beautiful Aloha Condo
This condo is beautiful and spacious. We slept peacefully in a very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and living. The staff were friendly and the pool and grounds were immaculate. Really clean and like new grills and lots of them. Location is convenient to the beach. If first time to Maui or returning you will enjoy your stay here. PMI was easy to work with, answers all questions, very accommodating! When we return to Maui we will stay here again! Wonderful rental
Nicely updated, well maintained, comfortable bed and furniture. Fully stocked kitchen and beach items. View of ocean through the sliding glass doors. View of pool from the side window. Enjoyed the walk out patio. Would definitely recommend this unit. Only negative is the pool is a little small for the complex and frequently crowded. Short walk to a great beach more makes up for that.

The condo was in a great location in Kihei. Steps from the beaches. It was very clean and all rooms well stocked with whatever we needed. The beach gear was an added plus. Saved a ton of money with the free parking. Whenever we get back to Maui, this condo in particular is at the top of our list.

KAMAOLE SANDS RESORT BLISS
TREMENDOUS 14 day vacation stay! Our location in Bldg 2-102 was magnificent. We had coffee on the lanai every morning to the sound of numerous types of birds melodiously greeting the rising sun. Our ground floor lanai had spectacular views of the resorts well manicured lawns, flowers, trees and pathways. We walked across the street daily to Kamaole Park III beach (maybe 100 yds from the condo) to picnic, snorkel (we saw many large sea turtles as well as tropical fish) and gaze at the awesome sunsets. The resort property is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers and a short drive to golf courses. Also, it has very easy access to the highway for any day trips around the island. The condo was very clean and well kept with a comfortable bed, thoughtfully arranged living / dining area and georgeous kitchen that has all of the amenities required for a gormet meal. Matt with PMI Maui, our rental agent, was easy to contact & communicate with as well as being very helpful with ideas and suggestions. We will DEFINITLY return to Kamaole Sands Resort in the future and will recommend this location to family and friends.

Relaxing Escape to Kihei, Maui!
We usually stay in hotels, but this year decided to try a condo. We were not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and quiet! We loved the bbq areas. Also, the fact that you save a lot of money by not eating at restaurants every evening is great. And you can’t beat the location, with 3 beautiful beaches within steps of the resort.

Fantastic condo in a fantastic complex!
The best Airbnb we've rented! The management company was great to work with - our flight was delayed and they made up the sofabed for our late arrival. They were responsive and helpful and the condo was PERFECT. It was just as advertised and had everything we needed. We were with several other families who stayed in other units and ours was by far the nicest. We can't wait to come back!

Family wedding
Our family travelled to Maui to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Both the groom's and the bride's families stayed at the Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect location for couples and families with small children. With a beach right across the road and the pool and wading pools on the property the kids had a blast. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and obviously tended to with much T.L.C. The gardeners are doing a wonderful job of maintaining their piece of paradise. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Fantastic Unit and Location. I like how they left some extra non perishables and basic items in the cabinets. I went ahead and left a few unopened brand new non perishables that we didn't finish as well, hoping they get used and left for the next guests. Lots of sand toys, 2 pool noodles, boogie boards and beach chairs to use as well. Big plush beach/pool towels as well. Great unit. Loved and used the washer and dryer so really appreciated that there was a small Tupperware of laundry soap. Was also happy to find a night light in the kids room as I forgot to pack one for our kids like a usually do. Lots of dishes and well stocked kitchen as far as cooking tools and such. Liked that they also had Tupperware containers and lids for easier food storage and for packing lunches out to the beach. Also used their cooler that was in the closet too.

Wonderful Stay
Stayed 12 days in Unit 2-102 and it was a real pleasure. Unit is very well equipped overall especially the kitchen area and has been upgraded. Especially enjoyed having a digital cable box for the 50 inch TV. Well located on ground floor near pool and barbecue. Shows pride of ownership.

The check -in was quick and informative. It was exactly as we advertised, newly renovated/updated. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the 2 full washrooms, the washer & dryer were such an awesome inclusion! The grounds were beautiful and very well was a pleasure so sit on our Lanai and take in the view. The evenings were quite and relaxing as well. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice for the beach. The beach across the road was nice, it was child friendly. We would stay at the Sands again and most likely try to rent the same unit.

The best large family vacation
We had a large group 11 adults and 4 children.
We rented 6 condos. 5 of them were ground floor all next to each other. So the kids could run back and forth and they loved the freedom. With all the the stuff you have to drag to the beach or pool with children the ground floor made it easy. All the condos were beautifully decorated and well maintained. I will go again

The location opening to the lawn area , BBQ and pool area was great . Our children and grandkids also stayed in ground floor units through PMI Maui. Our experience was great, we will be back again

Very nice condo
This was our first time staying at Kamaole Sands. I was really impressed with not only the condo but the entire grounds. It is a very well maintained community. The complex is directly across the street from a great beach and within walking distance to restaraunts and some shopping. This specific condo has been very nicely updated. The kitchen is the most well stocked rental kitchen I have ever seen. The cable package is delux including DVR which made my husband very happy. He didn't miss any of his televised sporting events. I was a bit worried about staying on a ground floor in the tropics due to the possibility of having issues with bugs but there was no problem at all. The only issue we had at all was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. There are a lot of fans and there is A/C in the living room which we only needed a couple of times. However we do prefer to sleep in a cooler room. . Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.
