Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay in this condo. The unit was clean and renovated, stocked with everything we could possibly need - variety of kitchen supplies, washer/dryer , nice towels and beach items.A lot of kitchen items were brand new or almost new which was very nice.
The pullout couch was a bit inconvenient to sleep on (as I guess most of them are) and we did not figure out on the first night that it is actually needs to be inflated (it is like coil mattress with air mattress combo). Once we figured this out it was all right. The complex location in Kihei was very convenient and close to variety of beaches (walking distance or by car, we explored the island a lot).
We loved enjoying quiet sunrises on the spacious lanai - the view was great! Hope the future guests and the owners/management keep the unit in this great condition and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Highly Recommend
We had a lovely 13 night stay in this condo. It has been nicely remodeled with new furnishings and includes a/c in both the main living space as well as bedroom. There is an oversized lanai overlooking the beautiful landscaped grounds of the Kamaole Sands and a partial view of the ocean. You can’t beat the location for either quick access to the beach or pool. Matt was terrific and quick to respond when we asked if he could provide a mattress topper since the mattress was a bit too firm for us. He delivered a topper that afternoon and remade the bed with it on it. He also stopped by personally to answer questions we had about the keyless entry since we are purchasing a unit of our own. We most highly recommend this unit to future guests or any of PMI’s properties as we are certain the same level of excellent service would be delivered.
