This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

FANTASTIC! Simply can not say enough about how well all the people at PMI took care of us. Every aspect from making the reservations, to check in, while we were there and the checkout process - THE best experience we could ask for and exceeded our expectations in every way. Fabulous unit with lovely lanai
We loved this unit and property! We come to Maui often and this was one of the nicest units with a very comfortable lanai. Beautiful view from the lanai of the ocean and well maintained grounds. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Convenient assigned parking space and plenty of visitor parking. We would love to come back!

Kamaole Sands 2-203
This was our first time at Kamaole Sands and it will not be our last. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. The Condo is located near a lot of beaches.

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay in Kihei at Kamole Sands for our honeymoon! Beautiful property, nice pool, across the street from great snorkeling/swimming beaches. It was walkable to many restaurants and plenty of gear rental opportunities of which we didn’t really need because the condo came with everything we needed for the beach! After visits to West Maui we were VERY happy we chose to stay in Kihei as West Maui is crowded with many tourists and resorts. Kihei was also much closer to visiting other attractions on the island such as the road to Hana and Haleakala crater. Overall very pleased with our stay!

First stay in Kihei
My daughter and I and two grandchildren extended our stay in Kihei for Mother’s Day. We were very impressed with Kamaole Sands. The grounds were beautiful and the condo was very nice and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s a short walk to Kamaole Beach 3 and the grandkids loved it. Very walkable to restaurant and shops. The only issue was with the sofa sleeper, mattress needs to be replaced, it was unsleepable.

Perfect place to isolate
This was our 4th time at kamoele sands and 2-203 fulfilled our expectations. The condo was well equipped especially the kitchen. The lanai was a real treat as it was extra large. The beds were comfortable and the linens sufficient. The location within the resort is our favorite. When we visit again we will pick building 2 again.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay in this condo. The unit was clean and renovated, stocked with everything we could possibly need - variety of kitchen supplies, washer/dryer , nice towels and beach items.A lot of kitchen items were brand new or almost new which was very nice.
The pullout couch was a bit inconvenient to sleep on (as I guess most of them are) and we did not figure out on the first night that it is actually needs to be inflated (it is like coil mattress with air mattress combo). Once we figured this out it was all right. The complex location in Kihei was very convenient and close to variety of beaches (walking distance or by car, we explored the island a lot).
We loved enjoying quiet sunrises on the spacious lanai - the view was great! Hope the future guests and the owners/management keep the unit in this great condition and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Highly Recommend
We had a lovely 13 night stay in this condo. It has been nicely remodeled with new furnishings and includes a/c in both the main living space as well as bedroom. There is an oversized lanai overlooking the beautiful landscaped grounds of the Kamaole Sands and a partial view of the ocean. You can’t beat the location for either quick access to the beach or pool. Matt was terrific and quick to respond when we asked if he could provide a mattress topper since the mattress was a bit too firm for us. He delivered a topper that afternoon and remade the bed with it on it. He also stopped by personally to answer questions we had about the keyless entry since we are purchasing a unit of our own. We most highly recommend this unit to future guests or any of PMI’s properties as we are certain the same level of excellent service would be delivered.
