If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. A perfect vacation in the perfection location/condo
This was our 22 wedding anniversary trip and it was perfect for us. This is actually our second time in 3103 and it was beautiful, had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels - well equpped kitchen, etc., was in a great location, right by the pool, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Keawakapu beach and beyond. The managers were super responsive, kind and attended to everything needed. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

Amazing time!
Our stay at Kamaole Sands in Maui was fantastic! The condo had great amenities, and being so close to the beach made our daily outings a breeze. The pool access was awesome, providing a perfect retreat after our adventures. Highly recommend for a wonderful Maui experience!

We stayed 11 days at 3-103 and loved every minute. Despite previous reviews, we found we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and took advantage of that every morning and many dinners. The convenience of the ground floor to the pool was great. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The A/C worked perfect, kitchen better equipped than my own home! Both pull out Queen and king bed were very comfy. One of the nicest units is Kam Sands. Only downsides were the TV didn’t work the entire trip and the electric plugs took forever to charge devices. But overall 5 star experience! Mahalo.

Wonderful and convenient stay
We stayed at PMI Maui for a week in December 2021 and really enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked with all essentials. It was walking distance from the beach and many other places in south Kihei and was very convenient. The 2 bathrooms made it very easy in the mornings while getting ready. We had an issue with the water heater and then owners were very quick to respond and have it fixed. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a very convenient stay.

It was a wonderful experience. My family and I enjoyed staying in a fully equipped condo more than a resort. Kihei is excellent!.
Zero complaints about the condo. It was modern and had great beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The beds were comfortable and having a ground unit was ideal for the kids to just run and play in the grass and go to the pool.
Overall it was the best place I've ever stayed at in Maui.

Kamaole Sands 1 bedroom rental
Great location 3-5 minute walk to the best beach in Kihei and a short stumble to great restaurants. Wailea is right around the corner. The lanai the led onto a shared grass was perfect for our little 1-year old boy. Very much enjoyed this stay!

Amazing patio!
We loved our stay here! The ground floor patio makes the condo easily accessible and we spent so much time on the patio drinking coffee in the morning, drinking wine in the evening, eating meals, playing cards and just hanging out when we needed a break from the sun. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

What was expected
Everything was as described. The only thing missing was a boogie board which was promptly replaced. The suite was clean and the only thing I could find was a few crumbs under the mattress in the pullout couch. As for the general condo areas, the bbq can get busy at night and the rules in the pool seem a little extreme. Two teenagers were playing with some water safe paddle and balls with no one in their general area; they were told to stop. I get everyone's comfort levels but this was a little extreme.

What a nice fully equipped condo. Thank you Matt for providing chairs and a playpen for our little ones. Loved being on ground level and close to pools. Everything we could possibly need!
Next time we will try for a 2 or 3 bedroom condo but still hoping for a ground floor!
