If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. 28 days at Kamaole Sands
My wife and I enjoyed 28 days in this beautiful condo at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured.This condo is nicely updated and well cared for. It was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We especially enjoyed the large lanai which provided a beautiful ocean view and incredible sunsets. The bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. We had a small problem with one of the beach chairs and after contacting Matt at PMI Maui two new chairs arrived within hours. Our experiences with PMI Maui have been exceptional! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Maui.

Beautiful condo!
This condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The beach is right across the street and shopping and dining are a quick walk away. The lanai is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. This condo also seems to stay pretty cool, even when the AC isn't on. The property managers were great at communicating every step of the way.

Kamaole Sands 3-302 1 Bedroom condo was pretty much exactly how it was described. We really enjoy the location at the south end of Kihei Road where traffic is more quiet than just north of Kamaole 3 beach.
A morning walk to the south, past the high end hotels of Wailea is a great way to start the day. The boardwalk and beaches route on the way back is beautiful.
We are attracted to the large lanai and clean feel of the modern layout of this condo. For us, the location of this condo in the complex is our favourite, being on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful gardens.
Everything you need to enjoy the beach is also included; even toys for toddlers.
PMI Maui are great to work with and quickly reprogrammed our ceiling fan when it didn’t work. As our stay was for 6 weeks, they also left us with extra cleaning supplies, which we appreciated.
We did find that the mop and vacuum, which are needed for longer stays, needed a little TLC in order to be used for cleaning. The chair cushions at the lanai table could use updating, as they were quite stained and the same as when we rented there 4 1/2 years ago.

Love the condo!
Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for a week during the holidays. Condo had everything we needed. All the appliances were great and very handy to have the beach gears.

Large lanai makes for an enjoyable stay. Sunset views right from the lanai which is very nice. PMI very responsive as always for a small issue we had when we arrived - great service!

Great Vacation at Kamaole Sands!
Absolutely love the location of this complex and the condo. It overlooked the pool area and you have a lovely view of the ocean from the lanai. This is a well maintained complex. This is our third stay at Kamaole Sands. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Very Nice Condo
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III with Kehei shops and restaurants close. The condo was well appointed, clean and the split AC units in the bedroom and living room made for a comfortable stay. The Kamaole Sands Resort was well maintained and appealing. We would recommend to friends and come back.

Another great rental in Kamaole Sands by PMI. The location of the condo is great. This condo has a large lanai which is perfect for watching sunsets. The condo was spotless and well equipped. Working with PMI is great and I look forward to renting from them again.

Excellent taste of owner to furnish the room
As i said, the owner or whoever furnished the rental has a great taste of modern amenities, the rental has luxurious finishes in and out. I am currently building a home and I could sense the quality of materials, finishes and fixtures. The rental has a full kitchen, two baths and a great lanai.

Amazing Stay
Perfect stay, accommodated everything we’d need, look forward to spending more time there and so close to the beach. Check in was easy and so many great amenities in the condo (i.e. beach towels, cooking utensils, extra towels etc. )

Nice, modern condo in a great location with a beautiful lanai
Loved this rental. It was nice and cool with fans and AC, amenities were nice and new, plenty of space for our family of 4, and the location was really convenient. The Murphy bed was really convenient to setup and put away for our 2 boys in the evening. My favorite part was the large lanai. We enjoyed having breakfast as a family at the table and relaxing in the lounge chair during downtimes. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely modern style condo during our first trip to Maui! It is beautifully appointed, just as pictured, and has an ocean view from the lanai, as well as overlooking the pool. This was wonderful for coffee in the mornings, and winding down at the end of a long day. We also enjoyed the location, just on the edge of Wailea, which was perfect for us. We visited Nakalele Blow Hole, Olivine Pools, Lahaina, Road to Hana, Kapalua Beach for great snorkeling, and so much more. The Shops of Wailea are fairly close, as well as one of the our favorite restaurants, The Monkey Pod. The beach gear is great, chairs, umbrella, towels etc. PMI was very professional in their correspondence, and everything went smoothly. We had requested a pack and play in the event that our grandson might stay with us for a night, and even though it wasn't needed, we appreciated it was all set up and ready to go. This was a great home base for us as we adventured around the island! Thank you!

This condo was great. Updated, comfortable beds, nice deck to overlook sunsets and view of the beach. We loved the location and amenities nearby. We would stay here again--its easy to get around Maui from this location.

Great stay at Kamaole Sands!
We stayed at unit 3-302 for approximately 7 weeks and had a great experience. The condo is in very good condition and had been cleaned well. We had many of our meals in the unit and were impressed with the selection and quality of the kitchenware. The bed in the bedroom and the Murphy bed in the living room were very comfortable and the unit was easily cooled by the ocean breezes. An air conditioner is located in the bedroom but we didn't use it. Unit 302 has a large lanai with plenty of room for the large table and drying areas for our snorkelling and beach gear. The Kamaole Sands complex is very impressive with a friendly staff and beautiful grounds. This condo overlooks the pool and gardens and early every morning (5:30!) we saw how methodical the pool staff was in cleaning the pool, pool deck and chairs, and the hot tubs. And the trees and gardens in the inner courtyard are kept in immaculate condition. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to change our flights to and from Maui as well as our booking dates. Matt at PMI was very understanding and prompt to answer our communications, and while we only had to contact him a couple of times durning our stay (everything was near perfect!) he and his staff were quick to respond.
