Tropical getaway with a modern twist
We cannot day enough about our experience with PMI Maui. This is our second time renting from them (different units) and we will keep coming back!

This unit is the perfect size for a couple plus 1! Both the Murphy bed and the bed in the bed room were incredible comfortable and the unit was clean and comfortable upon arrival. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make for an easy start to your vacation and the beach across the street was a perfect setting for the sunset. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home.

March Break Stay
All our expectations were met! The condo and the grounds were all nicely maintained. A/C would be nice given the high end price and finishes of the renovated apt. But other than that the condo had everything we needed. The wall bed was a nice addition - so much more comfortable than a sofa bed mattress. Thank you.

Maui in March
We have a short visit to this unit but it was beautiful. It has been recently remdone in a clean modern design with high quality furnishings and accessories. The Murphy Bed idea is a great one to increase sleeping capacity without taking up too much space. A great unit for a couple or small family, though our 2 adults and 2 teenagers would have found it small for a lengthy stay. Fantastic location across from KamIII beach.

Beautiful Condo and Complex
Property and complex were beautiful and the unit was exactly as shown in pictures. Process to check-in was seamless. Only observation was that the property does not have air condition and was not something I thought to ask about, as I assumed it would be standard in a tropical environment.

Perfect Getaway
Couldn't have gone better. Checking in/out was so easy and quick. A door access code to get in & out of the apartment means no keys or cards to worry about. There is plenty of spacious parking so coming and going with a car is a breeze. The apartment is modern and very very well appointed. Once we were through with the days activities it was a pleasure to retire here for the evening. I can't say enough good things about the grounds & facilities - perfect. The view from the lanai overlooks the pool, very well maintained gardens and out to the ocean. Great pool on site, large grassed areas for the kids if you have them and an awesome beach just across the road. With plenty of dining options close by you can chose to dine out or else utilize the nearby grocery stores if you prefer to dine in. Everything you need is in the apartment. The location at Kihei is a great central point from which to explore the rest of the island. A short drive to the historical town of Lahaina or for the more adventurous the scenic road to Hana. We also had the good fortune to meet the owners while we were there and they were so easy going. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great experience with renting our unit. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. We could see the ocean and pool area from the lanai. Although the unit did not have air conditioning, we did not really need it as we used the fans and opened the windows and doors for a nice breeze. The unit is updated and has all the kitchen amenities needed! The pool had ample space and was kept clean. The beach across the street was excellent! Close to great restaurants and an easy drive to everything else! We would recommend this to others and plan on returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Unit 3-303 was beautifully renovated and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Great spot close to the pool and a view of the gardens.

Fabulous unit

Newly Updated & Very Clean
I would rent this unit again. It was newly renovated and kept very clean. In addition to the condo itself being great, there were other amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that were all in good working condition. The property management company is also very responsive if anything pops up. There was a cupboard door hinge that wasn't working. Even though it didn't affect our stay, I informed the property management company about it and they fixed it the very same day. The only thing that would make this unit better is if it had air conditioning. The property management company did provide a portable unit for the bedroom, but it was so loud that we chose to not run it.
