Amazing stay
This vacay home was a dream! Newly renovated, upgraded kitchen & restrooms. It was bright, clean, & easy to find everything. Checking in was a breeze & all info was given, including where to park & how to find the unit. Love that there were stickers in helpful spots telling you “owners closet/drawer”, “do not spray....”, “don’t remove...”, etc. It was a clear & effective way to communicate. There was a binder that had helpful notes & the app was even more helpful! There were beach towels & beach chairs to borrow that made our stay even better. Would love to stay here again

Amazing Condo!!
Wow this condo is absolutely amazing ��! We loved the modern style. It was well stocked with all the amenities you need for your vacation. The beds were both very comfortable. We loved having both a pool and ocean view. The deck had greet furniture to sit with a morning coffee! We would definitely stay again!

Good Choice for Kihei Holiday
The condo was very comfortable and met all our expectations in regards to providing all the necessities. The rental contract is very straight forward and convenient to navigate. The management’s response to the microwave quitting was outstanding! He had a new one in the condo the same day we notified him that the microwave wasn’t working. This accommodation definitely helped to made our holiday a great one.

Great condo - great vacation
My husband and I spent 9 nights in unit 3-303 Kamaole sands. The complex location was excellent, directly across the road from Kam 3 beach (beautiful beach with great boogie boarding and beautiful sunsets!). The grounds are well maintained. The condo itself is recently renovated. We found it to be very clean, and comfortable for the two of us. Two washrooms is a nice bonus! We had a nice view from the lanai of the grounds and even the ocean. Basic amenities were provided like soaps, shampoo, washer detergent. Bed was comfortable, but would be nice to see a washable duvet cover. Added bonus to have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers provided. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Maui!

Beautiful, well-managed unit
The unit is very clean and has been upgraded with high quality materials and appliances. It has one of the better locations within the Kamaole Sands property; a great view from a lanai that is well-shaded. With good A/C and ceiling fans, it's always comfortable. There's a good selection of beach equipment for guests to use. The property management staff were very responsive and helpful.

It was our second time staying at this unit. It is clean, modern, well stocked and is located across from the beach. There was lots of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers). We plan to return to this unit again. Mahalo for a fabulous place to come back to each day.

Extremely clean, modern and functional
The unit is very clean, modern, exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed all of the provided beach gear, slept comfortably in the bed, and enjoyed the lanai. The only thing we weren't aware is that there is no oven in the unit. There are several bbqs on the property to use, so it was fine but just a note if you need an oven. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and we didn't find the noise from the pool to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Senior birthday celebration vacation
Our unit was well-maintained and very clean. The only negative part of our stay was the fact that they allowed the pool to stay open until 10 o’clock with screaming children disrupting a peaceful evening. Next time we will look for over 55 resort.

This is a great condo, with an excellent view of the pool and a decent view of the ocean. If you have kids you can keep an eye on them at the pool.
The condo has everything you'd need, including A/C, a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer. It's all very clean and modern.
There are two bathrooms and a double Murphy bed in the living room.
There are 4 beach towels and some beach items in the closet.
The facility has a swimming pool, a wading pool (for kids), a warm tub (for kids) and a hot tub (for adults).
There are also tennis courts.
The grounds are immaculately maintained.
Across the street is a park and a sandy beach with good snorkeling (low wind) or boogie-boarding (stronger wind).
Shops of all kinds are just to the north of the facility.
PMI were wonderful to deal with. Their excellent communication made everything easy for us. They also have on-site support available, if needed.

This unit was incredible! We loved the renovations and look of the place! It had everything we needed and a beautiful view! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The pool was lovely as well, but you definitely need to keep an eye out because the chairs fill up fast!

A Wonderful Week
We really like the Kamaole Sands complex. My husband and I have been staying here for years. This was the first time staying in this condo managed by PMI. Matt Tarasenko was great to work with. We had a dream vacation in this location and the condo. Daily trips to the beach and enjoying the large pool were awesome. Returning to the air conditioned condo from our adventures was so nice. Newly remodeled unit is luxurious, have a beautiful ocean view, and we slept well in the beds. The managers were very helpful and the property was clean and well-maintained. Amazing Stay!!!
We had a amazing stay ! We cant thank PMI enough for having all the beach and food essentials we needed to make our vacation as comfortable and convenient as possible. All the rooms have a AC unit and are equipped with ceiling fans. The unit oversees the ocean and you have a perfect sight in viewing both the sunset and sunrise. I highly recommended this vacation rental to anyone who loves to be in the center of everything close by .

This unit is the perfect size for a couple plus 1! Both the Murphy bed and the bed in the bed room were incredible comfortable and the unit was clean and comfortable upon arrival. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make for an easy start to your vacation and the beach across the street was a perfect setting for the sunset. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home.

All our expectations were met! The condo and the grounds were all nicely maintained. A/C would be nice given the high end price and finishes of the renovated apt. But other than that the condo had everything we needed. The wall bed was a nice addition - so much more comfortable than a sofa bed mattress. Thank you.

We have a short visit to this unit but it was beautiful. It has been recently remdone in a clean modern design with high quality furnishings and accessories. The Murphy Bed idea is a great one to increase sleeping capacity without taking up too much space. A great unit for a couple or small family, though our 2 adults and 2 teenagers would have found it small for a lengthy stay. Fantastic location across from KamIII beach.

Perfect Getaway
Couldn't have gone better. Checking in/out was so easy and quick. A door access code to get in & out of the apartment means no keys or cards to worry about. There is plenty of spacious parking so coming and going with a car is a breeze. The apartment is modern and very very well appointed. Once we were through with the days activities it was a pleasure to retire here for the evening. I can't say enough good things about the grounds & facilities - perfect. The view from the lanai overlooks the pool, very well maintained gardens and out to the ocean. Great pool on site, large grassed areas for the kids if you have them and an awesome beach just across the road. With plenty of dining options close by you can chose to dine out or else utilize the nearby grocery stores if you prefer to dine in. Everything you need is in the apartment. The location at Kihei is a great central point from which to explore the rest of the island. A short drive to the historical town of Lahaina or for the more adventurous the scenic road to Hana. We also had the good fortune to meet the owners while we were there and they were so easy going. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great experience with renting our unit. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. We could see the ocean and pool area from the lanai. Although the unit did not have air conditioning, we did not really need it as we used the fans and opened the windows and doors for a nice breeze. The unit is updated and has all the kitchen amenities needed! The pool had ample space and was kept clean. The beach across the street was excellent! Close to great restaurants and an easy drive to everything else! We would recommend this to others and plan on returning in the future.

Newly Updated & Very Clean
I would rent this unit again. It was newly renovated and kept very clean. In addition to the condo itself being great, there were other amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that were all in good working condition. The property management company is also very responsive if anything pops up. There was a cupboard door hinge that wasn't working. Even though it didn't affect our stay, I informed the property management company about it and they fixed it the very same day. The only thing that would make this unit better is if it had air conditioning. The property management company did provide a portable unit for the bedroom, but it was so loud that we chose to not run it.

Amazing location for our island getaway
This condo was in the perfect location across from Kamaole Beach access in the heart of Kihei! We loved being close to the beach and great snorkeling with easy access to the main highway to drive to other areas on the island.

We were absolutely delighted with Kamaole Sands apartment. It had everything we needed, the apartment was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed and ample space. The pull down bed was great and easy to use and comfortable. Communication was great with PMI Maui. Kihea is a lovely area with gorgeous beaches just across the road. Only 20mins from the airport. We would definitely recommend. Great for families as the pool area and grass area is lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo - it's exactly as pictured. The finishes are all high end and there were lots of amenities to make the stay as comfortable as possible such as beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. We cooked at home a lot making use of the BBQs on the grounds and there were plenty of staples like salt, olive oil and spices in the cabinet. 2 minute walk to Kam beach III with great snorkelling. We had prompt replies from Matt at PMI who was able to easily accommodate an extra night stay with zero hassles at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!
