This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

It was great. One minor issue with the shower stall, but received an immediate response from our broker who came and fixed the shower the same day.

Relaxing Hawaiian Getaway
We were thrilled that our condo was ready for us earlier than expected. The condo was spotless. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean along with the beautiful landscaping and pool area. We were conveniently located right by the pool and gym area which was another plus. You can’t beat the location being walking distance to the Kamaole beaches which all have lifeguards. We also were able to walk to great restaurants down the street as well. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and had all the items you would want. My only critique is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have hoped but most beds aren’t like your own. All in all, I am SO happy we chose this condo and highly recommend it to anyone.

A Piece of Paradise
There is literally not one negative thing to say about our stay in #3-405. Everything was perfect. The unit was absolutely fully stocked with every kitchen item you could think of. Also stocked with Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Toys (if needed), Beach Cooler. The unit was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The unit was spacious and just perfect for our family. A beautiful view from the lanai. Only negative....We had to leave, lol. I can not wait to return to this unit!! Our family had the best holiday and having a beautiful place to return to everyday made our stay in Maui feel like royalty.

Well equipped clean condo
We had an excellent stay in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and for hosting. There are lots of toys/kids gear and beach gear which was super helpful for our family. The unit was clean upon arrival. The pullout couch is also very comfortable. Matt is also extremely helpful and responsive both before our stud and during.

Awesome stay in Maui condo
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Reserving, check in and check out was a breeze. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a 9 day stay. We greatly appreciated all of the amenities. We were able to cook meals in the beautifully modern kitchen & enjoyed meals on the patio that has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were provided with everything our family needed to enjoy our days on the beach. We will definitely be back to stay!

Amazing condo unit, location and complex
We stayed here for 15 nights and loved it. The location is perfect of the unit and complex. The map makes it look like a trek to the beach but it's a 2 minute stroll through the beautiful property. We worked from there so solid wi-fi was nice, although great in the living room but spotty in the bedrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom stays a bit warm but the ceiling fan made it comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean was great and it was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in Maui.

The perfect spot!
This was the most perfect condo! Matt was responsive and helpful from the minute we booked until the very last day. He answered emails and phone calls quickly.
The checkin process was very easy. The condo was clean, set up great and had nice views of the ocean. It was very close to the pool, parking was right down the elevator. I can't say enough good things about it! The location was walking distance to the ocean, shops, restaurants. The grounds were kept so beautiful and perfect. 5 stars for sure!
