Family vacation in Maui was amazing!
We arrived to the condo late at night and Matt from PMI had the fans going and the lights on, it felt very welcoming! The condo was in a great location overlooking the pool, with great ocean views! We had just enough sun in the morning on the lanai to enjoy breakfast and just enough sun in the evening for dinner time! Couldn’t be any better! The condo was well stocked with all the essentials. Also, my daughter and her fiancé came with us and because there are two twin beds in one of the bedrooms, Matt joined them and made them into a large double. It worked great! I can’t say enough about how helpful, kind and accommodating PMI is to their clients. I know I’m in good hands when I book with them! I can’t wait to come back! (One more thing, I have been vacationing in Maui every year for the last 7 years, and I always book with Matt because he really takes care of his clients and the condos he manages..).

Well managed nice property
We liked this place a lot. Nice, fully equipped condo in a nice community. Interacted with the management company once and they were super helpful. Kamaole Beach Park I is the closest but we preferred Kamaole Beach Park III.

Great place. Great location.
It was exactly as we had hoped for. Good spot, clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy. They even had beach chairs and coolers to use.

The perfect spot!
This was the most perfect condo! Matt was responsive and helpful from the minute we booked until the very last day. He answered emails and phone calls quickly.
The checkin process was very easy. The condo was clean, set up great and had nice views of the ocean. It was very close to the pool, parking was right down the elevator. I can't say enough good things about it! The location was walking distance to the ocean, shops, restaurants. The grounds were kept so beautiful and perfect. 5 stars for sure!

Great stay for 2 couples. Really enjoyed the updated kitchen, as well as the easy access to pool and beach.

Great place!
Kamaole Sands is a very nice resort and the apartment was very beautiful indeed. It all looked brand new and was very well equipped. The location was also an asset cause you are in a middle point to go all the preferred beaches and parks. But if you don’t want to use your car the beach just in front was great for families with young children. I would definitely choose it again if I ever return.
