This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Lovely Stay
Our family (2 adults, 3 children) had a great stay in this unit at Kamaole Sands. The location is great -right across the street from the beach and just a few minutes to Wailea. We even enjoyed a bunch of walks heading North of the property and found our way to Beach Street Maui Shave Ice more than a few times! The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The layout of the unit worked perfectly for us. On top of it all, Matt at PMI was absolutely great and provided excellent service to us. We have already booked another trip to Kamaole Sands!

Relaxing Hawaiian Getaway
We were thrilled that our condo was ready for us earlier than expected. The condo was spotless. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean along with the beautiful landscaping and pool area. We were conveniently located right by the pool and gym area which was another plus. You can’t beat the location being walking distance to the Kamaole beaches which all have lifeguards. We also were able to walk to great restaurants down the street as well. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and had all the items you would want. My only critique is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have hoped but most beds aren’t like your own. All in all, I am SO happy we chose this condo and highly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely Location
My family of 4 loved staying at this Condo. It was nicely furnished, and we loved watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evenings while sitting on the lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo Stay in Kihei
We loved our visit at Kamaole Sands 3-405! We were a party of 6 and the condo was perfectly spacious for us. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs and there are even grills you can use at the resort. The AC worked well and it felt cool inside even on 90 degree days. The resort as a whole was great too with a check-in desk, pool and multiple hot tubs, a gym, and BEAUTIFUL grounds that were well maintained. The location is perfect and is across from Kameole beach 3, we walked to the beach every night for sunset and took the provided beach gear (towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella) with us. Maybe the one thing that wasn't perfect was when you turn the AC on, it blows hot air directly on the lanai so you couldn't have some guests sitting outside and some inside while the AC was on. But we did not mention this to the property manager (very responsive) while we were there because it wasn't a big deal at all for us. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and book there again!

A Piece of Paradise
There is literally not one negative thing to say about our stay in #3-405. Everything was perfect. The unit was absolutely fully stocked with every kitchen item you could think of. Also stocked with Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Toys (if needed), Beach Cooler. The unit was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The unit was spacious and just perfect for our family. A beautiful view from the lanai. Only negative....We had to leave, lol. I can not wait to return to this unit!! Our family had the best holiday and having a beautiful place to return to everyday made our stay in Maui feel like royalty.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable. Close to the elevator and trash chute which I think is a bonus. AC works well. Located just across the street from a family friendly beach. We saw turtles every day, snorkeled and got to body surf/boogie board. We all had a very relaxing trip.
Side note, we packed a pack n play for our toddler but the management company had put one in the condo for us! Might be helpful to call and see if they have random extras to save you from packing everything.

Well equipped clean condo
We had an excellent stay in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and for hosting. There are lots of toys/kids gear and beach gear which was super helpful for our family. The unit was clean upon arrival. The pullout couch is also very comfortable. Matt is also extremely helpful and responsive both before our stud and during.

Awesome stay in Maui condo
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Reserving, check in and check out was a breeze. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a 9 day stay. We greatly appreciated all of the amenities. We were able to cook meals in the beautifully modern kitchen & enjoyed meals on the patio that has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were provided with everything our family needed to enjoy our days on the beach. We will definitely be back to stay!

we absolutely loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. The Condo was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and for the beach. The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to return.

Close to the beach and plenty of space for my guests and I. Easy parking access and beach supplies (we left extra snorkeling gear too!) 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. Clean unit and spacious kitchen.

Relaxing space in center Kihei
We are a family of four and this rental was perfect in every way for us. The kids loved their space downstairs and the loft upstairs was great for the parents. The kitchen had everything we needed, was spotless, and we loved the space.I wouldn't recommend this unit for families with toddlers as the staircase could be tricky to manage, but our 6 year-olds enjoyed climbing it. As with other PMI condos we've stayed in, there was plenty of beach gear, though no sand toys (we left a bucket and rake for the next family), very easy to find if you need them though. As always, we love this location and easy, helpful service provided. We plan to return to PMI in Maui for our next trip. Mahalo!

Amazing condo unit, location and complex
We stayed here for 15 nights and loved it. The location is perfect of the unit and complex. The map makes it look like a trek to the beach but it's a 2 minute stroll through the beautiful property. We worked from there so solid wi-fi was nice, although great in the living room but spotty in the bedrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom stays a bit warm but the ceiling fan made it comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean was great and it was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in Maui.

Family vacation in Maui was amazing!
We arrived to the condo late at night and Matt from PMI had the fans going and the lights on, it felt very welcoming! The condo was in a great location overlooking the pool, with great ocean views! We had just enough sun in the morning on the lanai to enjoy breakfast and just enough sun in the evening for dinner time! Couldn’t be any better! The condo was well stocked with all the essentials. Also, my daughter and her fiancé came with us and because there are two twin beds in one of the bedrooms, Matt joined them and made them into a large double. It worked great! I can’t say enough about how helpful, kind and accommodating PMI is to their clients. I know I’m in good hands when I book with them! I can’t wait to come back! (One more thing, I have been vacationing in Maui every year for the last 7 years, and I always book with Matt because he really takes care of his clients and the condos he manages..).

Well managed nice property
We liked this place a lot. Nice, fully equipped condo in a nice community. Interacted with the management company once and they were super helpful. Kamaole Beach Park I is the closest but we preferred Kamaole Beach Park III.

The perfect spot!
This was the most perfect condo! Matt was responsive and helpful from the minute we booked until the very last day. He answered emails and phone calls quickly.
The checkin process was very easy. The condo was clean, set up great and had nice views of the ocean. It was very close to the pool, parking was right down the elevator. I can't say enough good things about it! The location was walking distance to the ocean, shops, restaurants. The grounds were kept so beautiful and perfect. 5 stars for sure!

Great place!
Kamaole Sands is a very nice resort and the apartment was very beautiful indeed. It all looked brand new and was very well equipped. The location was also an asset cause you are in a middle point to go all the preferred beaches and parks. But if you don’t want to use your car the beach just in front was great for families with young children. I would definitely choose it again if I ever return.
