If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Another excellent stay at Kamaole Sands 5-112 with PMI Maui
We’ve rented this condo several times from PMI Maui. Matt always makes it easy for us. We actually rented four condos, two in building 5, and two in building 3. We love 5-112 fir it’s ground floor, one level two bedroom location near the pool and fitness area. The grounds and pool at Kamaole Sands are exceptional compared to any condo complex in the area. 5-112 is well spaced and the furniture is in great condition. They are also very responsive when we’ve been in contact.

Great location
This unit is a really good location. Right next to the pool and I love the ground floor patio. I’ve stayed in other units at this resort. I liked this location of this unit best, but liked the cleanliness of some other units more.
The only downsides of this unit are fixable problems. There were lots of fruit flies and we killed 3 cockroaches. The couch could use a steam clean too.
But again, overall good. Loved the well stocked beach supplies and I found left over aloe and laundry detergent.

A great vacation condo
We really enjoyed this condo. My family loved the location, it was especially nice being ground level with easy access to the beach, bbq and pool. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. The only complaints we had was the pull out bed was uncomfortable -you could feel the springs. Also maybe a few more dishes would be nice. Otherwise we were all very happy with our stay and appreciated our hosts flexibility with our canceled flight and being able to extend our stay.

Wonderful condo, beautiful grounds, amazing location
This was our second time staying in this condo unit and about our tenth time at the Kamaole Sands complex. The grounds and location are unmatched and the condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, updated, quiet condo in the perfect location!
Our family of five spent 10 wonderful days here and had an amazing experience! We absolutely love the Kamaole Sands property and stay here each year. This was our first time renting this condo and we couldn’t be happier. It had everything you could need, a beautiful view, close proximity to the pool but the lanai was set back a bit making it nice and private. We will definitely stay here again. Condo was well equipped and perfectly clean. We always trust Matt with PMI Maui with our vacation rentals!

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped, clean, great property. Proximity to the pool was great for the kids, loved being on the ground level. The place was well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy at home away from home. Very close to a couple of nice beaches, and walking distance to restaurants.. We were very happy with this vacation rental!

Very nice ground floor location. Easy access from parking. We felt very comfortable and secure while staying there. Lanai is set back giving a secluded feeling, yet easy accessibility to pool and other families staying near by in other condos. Appliances all worked well. I will definitely contact PMI for my next visit. They are very helpful with all servicing needs.

Perfect Vacation Location
Rental experience from the time we made reservations to check out was flawless. The condo was spacious, clean with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is walking distance to the beach and local eateries . The condo has great pools , Mai Tai nights and lots of activities. Can’t wait to stay again!

Dependable rental
Excellent spacious rental. When we got there they had already had a crib set up for our baby and a high chair. The ground floor unit is the only way to go! Close to the pool and a two minute walk from the beach! Super nice and we had a wonderful time.

Kama ole Sands is a place to stay while visiting Maui, central easy access to major roads minutes away from all amenities, beach, golf courses and Luaus. Kinds loved the pool, barbecues.

Excellent Vacation Rental
Really enjoyed are stay at Kamaole Sands. Gardens and grounds were stunning!! Ground floor location was very convenient especially when heading to pool or BBQ area and for bring in groceries. Condo was beautifully decorated with a fun tropical vibe. Was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be booking here again and again.

Wonderful stay
This was our first Airbnb/ VRBO type stay. We have always been hesitant to stay in accommodations that aren't hotels as I have very high standards when travelling. This unit is exactly as shown in photos. It was very clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and return for future stays in Maui.

Easy Breezy, R&R
We enjoyed our time in this unit. We have a 2 yr old so it was nice to be far away from the road & the pool was right there. Lots of great pool & beach stuff for kids & adults supplied! With being on the ground floor & having a 2 yr old, the screen door was not in great condition or able to lock anymore so he could escape easily unless glass door was closed which means we had to put on A/C which we don't like. But other than that, all great.

Our family has been vacationing at Kamaole Sands since 2005. This is the first time we've made our arrangements through PMI and must say that they were great to work with. Our unit was clean and well stocked. The beds/mattresses were comfortable, the rest of the furniture in very good condition. We had no issues with pests. One of the ceiling fans did go out, but single call to Matt and PMI and Tonya and their maintenance person were out within a couple hours and it was fixed. Historically we've avoided dealing with third party management companies when booking our condo, but we would book again through PMI Maui.

The Perfect Vacation
This was our first trip as a family on Maui, and we loved the unit we stayed in. It had everything needed PLUS!! The back closet was fully equipped with all you need for beach. The beach was so close, we never used the pool. Matt made check in and correspondence a breeze. We would definitely cone back! Mahalo!
