If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We've stayed in this unit multiple times over the last 15 years. It has been maintained well and every time we go back we see some updating/improvements. We like this development and the unit is in a good location within the development.

Perfect Vacation Spot
Condo was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and AC in bedroom and living room. Found the TV difficult to negotiate....but we didn't go to Hawaii to watch TV. Kitchen was well appointed, we would have liked a salad spinner but now we're getting a bit picky. Overall true heaven. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

Get Away Grandparents Stay
Great spot, could see the Ocean and Sunsets each night!
Walk/Run every morning, snorkel after run. Best to snorkel early morning. Saw lots of turtles. We have been coming to Kamaole Sands for years. We like building 5, 3rd or 4th level. Paia Fish Market favorite place. We order out, pick and go back to condo to eat. Short hikes, drove to Kahului and North Shore. Our property manager is great. The staff at Kamaole are so friendly, kind and helpful.

Great Kamaole Rental
This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands. We prefer the bottom floor units, however this one was quite lovely and peaceful. Unit is very clean and has all the beach gear you need - towels, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella! We did a lot of cooking and while the untensils and appliances were great, the pots and pans were not. But we used the community grills quite a bit, which was lovely. PMI is amazing to work with. Hopefully we'll be back next year. Mahalo

Beautiful Condo and View
The condo was spotless and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. It was definitely home away from home. We cooked breakfast there a few days and the kitchen was well equipped with everything. The view from the lenai was so beautiful, green well maintained grounds, palm trees and the ocean! It was a very comfortable and spacious condo. Loved the fact that they have everything you need for a beach day, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels. It’s also the perfect location with many restaurants in the area and easy drive to various beaches if you want to explore other than the beach across the street, which is beautiful and convenient. We miss it already and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great place to stay
Everything was as expected. There were plenty of items for us to use between laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, beach towels and chairs, we just opened the door and enjoyed the week.

Amazing View
Spent 2 weeks in the clean, well appointed condo. It had everything we needed, for supplies, internet connection - very organized. The view is spectacular on the small lanai. Management ( Matt) was most helpful & efficient as usual.

Wonderful Stay at Kamaole Sands 5-315
We just returned home from our amazing vacation on Maui! Our return stay at Kamaole Sands 5-315 was excellent. Matt and his team were so accommodating as we had stayed in another unit in building 5 for a few days and we needed to move our items including fridge and freezer items. There was no problem doing this and the housekeeper was also more than happy to accommodate us! We dropped our items a few hours prior to check in and when we arrived back we were greeted to a spotless, clean smelling unit. We felt like we were "home". We would highly recommend booking with PMI Maui,as we had the confidence that we were arriving to a fully stocked, clean, well cared for condo. Kamaole Sands is a beautiful property with gardens that never cease to amaze. And the view from 5-315 was stunning with gorgeous sunset views right from the lanai. We have booked a return trip already for 2021 and we will once again be staying in this beautiful condo! Mahalo again for everything!

Great Location in Kamaole Sands!
This unit is in our favourite building at Kamaole Sands. Having stayed in many units in this complex we love the location of 5-315 as it is close to the pool and the views of the garden are beautiful. The sunset views out to the ocean are spectacular. We are returning once again to Kamaole Sands and this unit in 2020! The unit itself is fully stocked with all items needed in the kitchen. Boogie Boards, beach chairs and a beach cooler help to make your time at the beach great! Comfortable King sized bed and nice linens. We would absolutely recommend this unit in Building 5 of Kamaole Sands!

Matt at PMI was very responsive to our needs! The unit was great, loved seeing the ocean view while we had our morning coffee on the lanai. Building 5 was perfectly located near the pool and parking.
