Great stay at U3516
The unit was really well appointed. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you needed and more. Lovely linen. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset every night. Communication w the owners was fab - responsive and very helpful. Air con units were rather loud which meant they needed to be turned off at night, which meant the bedroom got warm.

Beautiful Updated Condo
This is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo overlooking the lovely Kamaole Sands grounds. Its an end unit so has extra light from end windows. Its a very modern open concept which offered plenty of room for my son's family of 4 and was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They loved their stay and would happily return anytime!

Beautiful and Clean Reno’d Condo
This spacious 2 bedroom unit with two lanais is on the corner...it is bright, extremely clean and newly Reno’d!!the property manager was efficient with communicating and easy to deal with. The Kamole sands grounds are absolutely stunning and perfectly manicured ...you can sit on the lanai and absorb the beautiful scenery for hours! Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms along with main living area. Unit is equipped with beach items, keyboards and a mouse if bringing your laptop, most items needed in the kitchen and travel books for the island. We highly recommend this unit!!

Maui Vacation
This was our 3rd time staying in Kamaole Sands and this condo was amazing! Corner unit with 2 lanai's, excellent view of the ocean which allowed for some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped. Will look at renting this unit again.

Great holiday stay
This suite was extremely clean and looked very inviting when we arrived. There were A/C units in both bedrooms and living room which was unexpected but perfect as they kept the suite quite comfortably cool. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies which had excellent views and we were a 30 second walk to the pool. The beach across the way has turtles, a gorgeous park and is great for snorkelling. We had an issue with the wifi (our fault) and it was promptly fixed by management. This is a great unit for a larger family. This spot is close to Wailea, Kahului, Lahaina. Great spot to spend your holiday.

We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and as advertised. 3 minutes out the door to the beach across the street. The grounds were beautiful. Close to many great snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!!!
This condo is in an ideal location with a beautiful view, and it worked very well for a family of four (our kids are 21 & 23). The Staff at Kamaole Sands is lovely, and the concierge at the pool is extremely helpful, especially if you have not been to Kihei before.

Great location in the complex...quiet corner with beautiful view. Two lanais and all the beach extras-cooler, beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, tennis balls, etc. Spacious suite with A/C, fans and screens. Washer/dryer in suite is very convenient. Management team was very accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches.

Nice updates to condo, great view
We enjoyed the spacious layout. The remodeling in the bathrooms made the otherwise dated unit feel modern. It was a good stay for 4 nights.

Great trip to Maui
Great experience, best view from our deck of swimming pool, grounds, and ocean. Had coffee every morning on deck,best way to start the day. Most everything was great but second bedroom did not have air conditioning and the fan didn’t keep it cool enough for our grandson to sleep so he went to his parents room and took the couch, felt bad for him. The front room glass door was really hard to open, had it fixed but after only a day it was back to pulling hard—needs some help! Our units kitchen was a galley and our daughters kitchens were open with an island so I got out of cooking!! All in all we had a great time and would come back again! Thank you

A return trip to this fantastic unit. It is in the best building out of the 10 at Kam Sands.Vies from both lanai are unbeatable. QUIET serene back building. No road noise.Awaken by the sounds of the birds singing out the screened doors and there, but never used it because of the great flow of air aided by the quiet fans.Well stocked kitchen along with super clean dishes and utilities.Has everything a cook could want in the kitchen.Nice tv and stereo for easy listening tunes. Also, all the beach equipment and beach chairs you need. Beach Towels supplied, too. Brand New washer and Dryer to go with the refurbished unit with hardwood floors. Have stayed in this unit probably 6 times in the last 22 years.Our family favorite. Condo unit Manager Matt was on the spot and handled us with 5 star service.Returned calls and stopped over to make sure all was well.The unit owner has total trust in Matt and lets him provide the Aloha Spirit to the guests...Super spot..A+++

Nice place by a great beach
This is a nice place in a well maintained complex. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. The complex has nice grounds and a pool, and the beach across the street is great as well. The only issue, and this is not specific to the apartment but rather the design of the buildings; is the second bedroom. The is no AC and the bedroom doesn't get good breeze from the windows so it is stuffy and not comfortable for sleeping. The view from the balconies is beautiful.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We really enjoyed the Kamaole Sands rental. The kitchen was fully stocked, including condiments in the refrigerator and spices in the cabinet. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. The twin bedroom closet had beach towels and games. The views from the lanai were awesome! The master bedroom and living room had air conditioning which was well-needed in June. The only downfall was that the twin bedroom didn't have an air conditioner. It was too hot to sleep in there. On the plus side, the sofa bed in the living room had a comfy bed for the kids to sleep in during the trip. All in all, we were very pleased and would definitely stay there again. PMI was friendly and great to work with during the vacation. Thank you!

Great Stay!
Had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this unit in April. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was AC in the living room and the master bedroom but we didn’t need to use since the unit stayed cool enough at night with the fans and open windows. The view of the complex and the ocean from the lanai is beautiful! Used the well equipped closet on the lanai with all the boogie boards and beach stuff. It even had beach toys which we added to. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
The condo is great and the stay for a week was wonderful. The staff at the complex are all friendly and helpful. The pictures online do seem to have been taken with a lense that makes the space seem larger than it is, but it is still a great space. Easily big enough for a couple and two children, and was ok for when we shared it with my parents which made it six.
The only slight warning I would have for a potential renter would be that the pool is small and does not allow inflatable floatation devices. Which in itself is not a big deal unless your children REALLY want one....which mine did.
All in all a GREAT stay. The Lanai is loaded with stuff for a renter to use, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel stuff, umbrella...you name it!

Great Unit
We had a great stay in our PMI unit at Kamaole Sands in Maui. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and everything we needed for the beach. The unit was well maintained and had an amazing view of the Kamaole property as well as the ocean. The check-in process was very easy despite a late night arrival and PMI was always willing to help. The A/C worked well for the the living rooms and there were fans in the bedrooms but we did find the bedrooms still quite warm for our liking. A/C in the bedrooms would be a nice addition.

A comfy little home on the island
Everything we needed and hoped for! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep, the closet had lots for my young kids to play with at the beach including buckets, boogie boards and towels. The bathrooms were comfortable and clean, there were board games to play and a tv in each room (including a smart tv in the living room). The master bedroom was especially lovely and comfortable with a private balcony and the pull out couch we easy to use. We loved the pool and kiddie pool and it was wonderful being right across the street from kam 3 beach! This place was just perfect for our young family's first trip to Maui!

Perfect Family Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The corner unit offered terrific views and enough space for all of us. We did use the pull out couch and we all agreed the mattress was the best we’ve ever experienced with a pull out. The beach toys and chairs were plentiful and everything was well stocked. Great location and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and other stores. It was a great home away from home for the 9 days we were on the island.

Great place to stay for family vacation
This condo and location was excellent for our family. We have 2 kids under 3. It was clean and well-maintained. Matt was quick in response to our requests. The unit is fairly close to the pool and BBQ area. There's a great beach across the street.

Great location and Nice property grounds
2 week stay in a tropical environment (annually) met with predicted unpredictable weather and unforeseen (possibly unnoticed) kitchen area “mishap” that required a few calls/emails and visits from the property management team to assess. As they had no available units to move us to, a quick temporary fix diminished the issue.
This unit is not completely remodeled as noted in the kitchen and baths but I’ve heard that the owner does have plans to improve on those areas. Otherwise all other areas of the unit were as advertised. The resort staff were all friendly, tennis courts were nice and booking play time was easy. The pool seemed enjoyable to other families. The property management team were helpful from initial booking and onwards and would likely book through them again.

Great condo for a family!
We had a great time staying at Kamaole Sands! This condo is perfect for a small family--my wife and 3-year old son. It has two bedrooms (two singles in one of the rooms), a comfortable living room, dining table and kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The condo has everything you need for an afternoon at the beach--beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys and life vest for toddlers, etc. Great location too. Right across from beautiful Kamaole beach park and walkable to nice local restaurants and shops.

Family Maui Christmas Adventure
Through this rental we created a place for family to gather for Christmas. The condo was well suited for our needs. The sunset views from the room were amazing. The location in Kihei was very convenient for all the beaches we really enjoy. The condo was clean, the kitchen well supplied, and the lanai had lots of beach chairs and beach toys for our use. The parking space assigned to this unit was very close to the elevator. The weather for this get away was consistently in the 80s. This time of year also created an opportunity for us to go whale watching too. Overall, a great getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at 5-316 very much. The place is roomy enough for a family. The master bedroom is comfortable and elegant. The second bedroom is great for kids. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 lanais which is a bonus. We watched the sun set from the lanai off the living room.

Amazing Stay
We walked in to a beautiful clean condo that was well equipped and lacked for nothing. It was right across from the Ocean as described. The pool was beautiful and clean. The entire property was very well maintained. The service was fantastic and property manager helped to meet all our needs. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family as it is definitely in the perfect location. The restaurants in the area were fantastic. We jogged down the beach every morning. There was surfing and snorkeling in our area. Loved it all.

Only down side is that there is only one AC unit in the leaving room and it is not enough to cool the apartment. Opening all the windows did not work for us, the rooms were hot, so the kids had to sleep on the floor in the living room.
