Great Stay!
Had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this unit in April. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was AC in the living room and the master bedroom but we didn’t need to use since the unit stayed cool enough at night with the fans and open windows. The view of the complex and the ocean from the lanai is beautiful! Used the well equipped closet on the lanai with all the boogie boards and beach stuff. It even had beach toys which we added to. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo with a great view
This renovated unit had an ideal bed arrangement for our family, was close to the pool and the beach. It was clean and included beach towels and toys. We had a very nice vacation!

Great Stay
The condo is great and the stay for a week was wonderful. The staff at the complex are all friendly and helpful. The pictures online do seem to have been taken with a lense that makes the space seem larger than it is, but it is still a great space. Easily big enough for a couple and two children, and was ok for when we shared it with my parents which made it six.
The only slight warning I would have for a potential renter would be that the pool is small and does not allow inflatable floatation devices. Which in itself is not a big deal unless your children REALLY want one....which mine did.
All in all a GREAT stay. The Lanai is loaded with stuff for a renter to use, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel stuff, umbrella...you name it!

Great Unit
We had a great stay in our PMI unit at Kamaole Sands in Maui. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and everything we needed for the beach. The unit was well maintained and had an amazing view of the Kamaole property as well as the ocean. The check-in process was very easy despite a late night arrival and PMI was always willing to help. The A/C worked well for the the living rooms and there were fans in the bedrooms but we did find the bedrooms still quite warm for our liking. A/C in the bedrooms would be a nice addition.

Perfect Family Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The corner unit offered terrific views and enough space for all of us. We did use the pull out couch and we all agreed the mattress was the best we’ve ever experienced with a pull out. The beach toys and chairs were plentiful and everything was well stocked. Great location and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and other stores. It was a great home away from home for the 9 days we were on the island.

A comfy little home on the island
Everything we needed and hoped for! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep, the closet had lots for my young kids to play with at the beach including buckets, boogie boards and towels. The bathrooms were comfortable and clean, there were board games to play and a tv in each room (including a smart tv in the living room). The master bedroom was especially lovely and comfortable with a private balcony and the pull out couch we easy to use. We loved the pool and kiddie pool and it was wonderful being right across the street from kam 3 beach! This place was just perfect for our young family's first trip to Maui!

Great place to stay for family vacation
This condo and location was excellent for our family. We have 2 kids under 3. It was clean and well-maintained. Matt was quick in response to our requests. The unit is fairly close to the pool and BBQ area. There's a great beach across the street.

Great location and Nice property grounds
2 week stay in a tropical environment (annually) met with predicted unpredictable weather and unforeseen (possibly unnoticed) kitchen area “mishap” that required a few calls/emails and visits from the property management team to assess. As they had no available units to move us to, a quick temporary fix diminished the issue.
This unit is not completely remodeled as noted in the kitchen and baths but I’ve heard that the owner does have plans to improve on those areas. Otherwise all other areas of the unit were as advertised. The resort staff were all friendly, tennis courts were nice and booking play time was easy. The pool seemed enjoyable to other families. The property management team were helpful from initial booking and onwards and would likely book through them again.

Great condo for a family!
We had a great time staying at Kamaole Sands! This condo is perfect for a small family--my wife and 3-year old son. It has two bedrooms (two singles in one of the rooms), a comfortable living room, dining table and kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The condo has everything you need for an afternoon at the beach--beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys and life vest for toddlers, etc. Great location too. Right across from beautiful Kamaole beach park and walkable to nice local restaurants and shops.
