Wonderful Stay
Our previous rental was canceled just 5 days before we were set to arrive. Fortunately we found this listing and were able to quickly reserve! We loved having breakfast on the lanai with our toddler, easy access to the pool and beach across the street, and we enjoyed several meals from nearby cafes.

Relaxing stay across from beach and close to everything
Family of four started in updated 2 BR condo close to pool. Check in service was easy. PMI covered everything with emails and texts prior to our stay. They were quick to get back to me after we got there when we had questions. Condo was nicely appointed, clean and had all we needed during our weeklong stay.

Perfect Vacation
This unit was perfect for our family of 5 adults and was accurately described and pictured. Everything you could need was provided, the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. and we especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The unit was clean, beds were very comfortable (even the pullout sofa), had a beautiful view, and was a perfect location. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The pool area was great as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, (across the street from the property) and to the pool. We would definitely recommend and/or request this unit again.

Beautiful Kihei Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, nicely furnished and beautifully updated. The space is very open and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. They even had a great selection of beach necessities like chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler! The view of the pool and ocean from the lanai was amazing. The beach was a short walk through the beautiful grounds of the Kamaole Sands.

Beautiful and spacious condo
We have stayed at Kamaole Sands many times before, however this was our first time in this unit. Me and my family had such a wonderful trip. The condo is beautifully decorated and modern. The condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch each day, instead of eating out every meal while on vacation. We really appreciated all the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for beach days. The view from the lanai was gorgeous to enjoy I’m the mornings while having coffee. Overall a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious condo, easy walk to beaches.
The location was great - within walking distance of the Kamole beaches and nearby restaurants. The condo was very clean and spacious - perfect for our family of four. Our two kids especially enjoyed having their own bedroom and bath. We also loved the pool area and well-maintained landscaping throughout the condos. Also, the addition of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even a cooler made it easy to hit the nearby beaches without yet another rental bill. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our January / Febuary winter tradition was perfect this year.
How To Be Happy in the New Year! It's called a trip to Maui at Kamaole Sands. something TO DO, something TO LOVE, something TO SHARE THE WHOLE YEAR Thru! Tradition that pull us together, swimming at the beach across the street or in the pool to keep us cool. Awards each night to remind us what we did that day! Snorkel to find the first octopus, angel fish or hear a whale. A trip to get Saved Ice is a favorite for. Return to safe rooms each night with clean sheets and sweet dreams. It's something your kids will never forget. We can't think of a better place to stay, it covers all your needs.

Perfect Maui vacation location
Our family loved their stay at this condo at Kamaole Sands in Kihei. We were right across the beach and lots of shops and dining withing a short walk. The condo unit had just been renovated and was beautiful. Very spacious kitchen complete with all necessities. From the balcony we had a gorgeous view of the property and evening sunset. The ground are wonderfully kept as is the pool. We enjoyed the grilling areas which include large picnic tables to enjoy family dining. We would stay here again. Very easy to communicate with PMI Maui as well. Quick responses to any questions.

Excellent Condo
I stayed here with my wife and three daughters for our Maui vacation. the place is great for a family of 5 and the location is very centralized. Matt was very accommodating to our needs. On one occasion, I called to report that we needed a new cover for the ironing board. Matt went as far as bring us a new ironing board. What really won me and my family over was the following. on our last day we had to check out by 11am but our flight did not leave until 10:50pm that evening. I talked to Matt and asked if it was possible to stay as long as he allowed and that if it was not possible I would understand. Matt allowed us to stay as long as we needed. This is excellent customer services and showed that Matt cared that our stay and experience was memorable. I will be recommending this condo to friends and family.

Paradise Revisited
We went back to Maui in May, 2022 for the first time since 2019. We think Kamaole Sands is the best property in the area. The condos are spacious, the property is beautiful and well-maintained. We ate out about half the time and made meals The other half. The BBQ areas are clean and convenient. This condo faces the ocean and gets a goo deal of afternoon sun, but we did not find it too hot. While we were there, the gym was being renovated and could not be used and we had a couple of 20 year old gym rats in tow, but this also meant the games area was unusable, which was a slight disappointment. The manager provided great service. We had a burned out light bulb and they were right on it, got it dealt with very quickly.

Family Christmas Gift Vacation
We always enjoy Kamaole Sands, we have been doing a January, February trip for years. Everything is so convenient. Love the pool and hot tub after a long day. Really like the Whale orientation on Monday. This was one of our best whale trips ever. We saw lots of whales across the street from our condo in the early morning hours. Kamaole Sands is priced right for family gatherings. BBQ's always available. Grounds are kept up and the staff is kind & helpful, great to answer questions. Paia Fish Market is a favorite place to eat. We cook many of our meals at the condo. Go to Costco for food the first thing in the morning of our second day due to late arrival. Lahaina for Kemo's sunset dinner and shopping. Hike Hana #2 waterfalls.
Needed help with TV, could not find direction. As always a wonderful trip, hard to go back to the cold & snow.

We had 9 wonderful days in Kehie. The condo was ready and waiting for us. We arrived late in the night with four young children. Everything we needed for the beach was on hand it just needed us to get up and get going. The condo was clean, and had a great view of the beach and the grounds. Loved the BBQ and pool area. We ate most meals in the condo as social distancing was in place. Not a problem for us. Costco was on the way to the condo and we got everything we needed. We hiked, swan, snorkeled played on the green grass in the evening. It was wonderful!!!

Incredible Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It was clean and very comfortable! We came to Hawaii for the first time with our three kids and this was the perfect accommodation for us! It had a pool that was gorgeous and the property was immaculate. It was right across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. The condo also had beach chairs, mats, and toys for us to use! Nice touch! The kitchen was fully equipped and we made good use of it. It's also located on the really nice part of the island and we felt really safe to walk around and explore with our kiddos].

Super Location and Great Beach
Rental across street on Kamoele Beach 11 and 111 which are great beaches for swimming and a bit of snorkelling. Walking distance to some restaurants and little shops. Top floor rental was directly across from ocean so had a great view. Resort pool and hot tubs were good but did get crowded during peak times. Rental unit clean and well equipped with all sorts of beach stuff. Twin beds in back bedroom a bit small for our grown adult children(6foot tall) but comfortable. Foam topper for pullout sofa made all the difference for decent sleep. Only thing annoying was if you used main a/c it would shut off after 6 hours if you set it for night so it woke me up with noise of shutting off and then by 6 am was getting a bit stuffy but hey the weather was great so not complaining!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful condo and had a great experience! The location is ideal walking distance to Kamaole beach park III and amenities were very good. The beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen and nice living space. The beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear were great to have. It was very hot and humid while we were there so thought the AC unit might need an upgrade but otherwise we wouldn't change anything.

The condo was as represented by photos. We had everything we needed to cook. The pools were really appreciated by our kids. We had a lot of noises coming from the pool only one evening on a 14 day rental wich was overall not that bad.

It was a nice open clean loft. Lots of room, great view, and an even better location. Prefect for friends and family visiting out of town. The resort itself was spacious, well kept, and had friendly staff. They were always willing to help. Next time we are back in Maui it will be our first choice to rent.

Escape from snow!
We had a great stay in Maui. We thank our host for the use of their condo. The only problem we had was the stair case up and down. It's all about age. Everything was clean and ready to go. Love the view, beds very comfortable, furnish nicely. We ate out a few nights. Loved eating at Pie'e Fish House, Fabiant's, Fork n Spoon,always eat at Kemo's in Lahaina. Snorkel at Ulua, Makena, & Polo. Kihei has the best weather in Maui.(less wind for sure)

Wow! The Condo was just as described with AMAZING views of the Ocean and the pool. This is our second time staying at Kamole Sands and the only place I honestly believe we would stay on Maui. Amazing Stay!
We stayed at Kamaole Sands with our two boys and had the best time! Our condo was spacious, clean and worked brilliantly for our family's needs. Having a full kitchen was also incredibly helpful. Our boys loved having the beach right in front of the complex and we walked there daily for a swim and fun on the beach. We will definitely come back!

We spent about 10 days in Maui at Kamaole Sands. We loved the condo. The pool, BBQ area and landscape all looked great and are maintained by the staff daily. Our unit was spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything to have a great stay in Maui. We traveled with friends that rented another unit in the same condo, and our was much more comfortable and spacious. We did not needed to contact the administration since we had no problems at all, but it was nice to know the were on the island should we need anything. We would love to come back!

Everything about Kamaole Sands and the condominium that we stayed in was perfect! The grounds and amenities were immaculate! The location to the beach was perfect. This was our first time staying in Kihei, now I don't think we'd stay anywhere but. MOST comfortable bed we've ever slept in on vacation! We had an issue with the air conditioniner but it was handled quickly and easily.

Lovely escape
Condo 5-404 was exactly as described. I would not hestirate to book it again. Matt at PMI was quick to answer any questions and made our stay easy. My biggest fear was that the upstairs bedroom would be hot but between the the breeze blowing in and the ceiling fans we had cool evenings. Each of us commented one time or another about how great how location was. We had visitors staying in a building closer to the street and they too mentioned that our location was quieter and more convenient for pool access.
We also took advantage of the beach supplies the condo is outfitted well with chairs umbrella, etc. The only item I wish I had was a collapsible wagon but that is because I was left to pretty much carry everything for our group of three. As a result, we went to the pool often as it was just easier. Talking about the pool and the grounds, they are well maintained and very clean. Also the clientele at the resort are friendly. The Wednesday Mai tai evenings were fun.
We are very aware of living in a tropical area and make sure that the kitchen is wiped done each day after every meal. Although we were very vigilant we still had the tiny ants they were there right from the start of our stay and seen even before we had food out. This problem was a little irritating but nothing we couldn't live with. To conclude and to repeat I would stay here again.
We also took advantage of the beach supplies the condo is outfitted well with chairs umbrella, etc. The only item I wish I had was a collapsible wagon but that is because I was left to pretty much carry everything for our group of three. As a result, we went to the pool often as it was just easier. Talking about the pool and the grounds, they are well maintained and very clean. Also the clientele at the resort are friendly. The Wednesday Mai tai evenings were fun.
We are very aware of living in a tropical area and make sure that the kitchen is wiped done each day after every meal. Although we were very vigilant we still had the tiny ants they were there right from the start of our stay and seen even before we had food out. This problem was a little irritating but nothing we couldn't live with. To conclude and to repeat I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 8-night stay in this very spacious room.
This room was updated, clean and very well stocked up on supplies. I would return there again!

Another great stay at Kamaole Sands
We've stayed at KS many times; first time in 5-404. Bldg 5 is our favorite. 404 was spotlessly clean on arrival. We had a little trouble with our internet connection and PMI Maui was on it and had it fixed within the hour. The condo was well stocked with good beach equipment - Tommy Bahama beach chairs, insulated beach cooler and good beach towers. The furniture was in good shape, beds were comfy. Only complaint (and it's a small one) is that there is only one chair in the living room and for a place that sleeps 6, that's on the low end. We moved a lanai chair into the living room in the evening.
