This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We manage many condos at Kamaole Sands, are located within a mile of the resort, and are available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great location at Kamaole Sands
We had 8 adults, so we used the loft and the pull-out couch in addition to the bedrooms, but we never felt crowded. The location across from the beach is perfect - just a short walk right across the street. Great view from the balcony. Matt was very responsive and accommodating.

Great Stay in Kihei
Our family of six had a great experience. We like staying in Kihei for the convenience of the good stuff Maui has to offer...restaurants, beaches, activities. This condo is located right in the middle of it all but at the same time was a peaceful place to come home to. Lots of space for us when we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Matthew was a pro and quick to respond to questions. Overall a great stay!

Great location
This condo has a great lay out. There are 7 in my family that stayed there and everyone had their own space. Central location is wonderful and easy convenient beach just across the street. I would definitely recommend this property.

Everything was as described. Property was clean, there was an abundance of beach toys. Loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai.
I saw a molly bolt that had pulled out of a bathroom towel holder. Bolt was promptly reattached after the property manager was notified. I would stay here again.

Amazing Hawaiian Vacation
This is an amazing property. The condo itself is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It comes complete with many beach accessories. This was the second time that we stayed in this condo, and I can’t say enough about the view. We were able to watch whales playing in the ocean from our lanai, and you have a clear view of the ocean from the kitchen. Also, the staff at PMI Maui are excellent. One of our beach umbrellas wasn’t working. I sent Matt an email (because it wasn’t a big deal, and there was no rush). They responded almost immediately, and delivered a new umbrella the same afternoon. Overall, I highly recommend this property, and PMI Maui. Our next Hawaiian vacation will also be booked through PMI Maui. Mahalo.

Excellent place to stay!
6 of us stayed here to celebrate a 40th birthday - and it was absolutely perfect! Super clean, REALLY close to the ocean (I did a morning swim every day), and conveniently located in terms of food and coffee. Having beach chairs and towels was a huge plus, as well. Matt was also super responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Convenient and Clean
The condo is in a well-equipped and well-maintained complex, and the location is convenient to access beaches and stores. The rooms were very clean and kitchen well stocked for essentials. We also had great view of the yard & pools, since the unit is on the top floor.

5 Night Stay
It was an overall great experience with lots of space. We had been staying in hotels before this, so it was nice to have the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a loft, so not great for sleeping in. The pool was good and convenient and you can walk to the beach easily and restaurants/shops are a 10 minute walk away. Also, the property management company was great to work with when I had to make a change to our reservation.

Clean, Quality Condo in a Beautiful Location
The condo was very clean and in an excellent location. The views from both the lanai and back entrance were gorgeous. The kitchen was very well stocked and the 3 bathrooms were clean and perfect for our family of six. (All over the age of 19.). We were able to walk or drive to several beaches and there were some shops within walking distance. The facility was well maintained and very clean. Also, the beds were very comfortable and ac was great. Bonuses: lots of chairs and beach supplies in closet! We highly recommend this over any hotel stay as it was everything we hoped- plus more.

Great Condo!
Kamaole Sands is a great Condo in Kihei. The grounds are well kept, the condo we stayed in was clean and updated. It was a close walk to a great beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Perfect for a midsize family!
We celebrated our (XXth) birthdays with a trip to Maui for ourselves, our 3 boys, their wives and our 2 granddaughters. This place was perfect! Clean, roomy, lovely view, and convenient to many Kihei restaurants and beaches. Right around the corner from Wailea as well.

Great vacation rental in Kihei
We are a family of 8, 3 generations rented the apartment for Christmas. The place is very well stocked in both kitchen and beach time equipments. My kids had so much fun with the boogie boards!
Kamaole sands resort is surprisingly very well organized and beautiful. We used the BBQ area almost every day!
The customer service from PMI is also unbeatable. They always respond to my request instantly and tried their best to accommodate us.
I highly recommend this rental. It’s clean, beautiful and well located.
We hope to return soon!

No Detail was Unthought About Here
I cannot say enough good things about this unit! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s been updated more than it shows. There was tons of storage. Blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons. Amazing beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The kitchen was fully stocked with tons of dishes. More than I’ve ever seen in a rental. The AC and fans worked fabulously. Plus the management company was so easy to work with.

Perfect Location
I rented this condo for a group of 5 women of varying ages visiting the island for a wedding. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group and it could easily accommodate 1 or 2 more if needed. There were lots of supplies for the beach in one of the closets- umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. There are lots of beach towels too. The kitchen was lovely, the place was super quiet, and some of the best snorkeling around is just a 5 minute walk across the grounds to the beach.

Great!
This 3 BR, 3 bathroom condo is in a great location across the street from a lovely beach. The unit is nicely renovated and amenities worked well for our group of 5 adults. Nice, fluffy towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, snorkel gear were all included. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even grilled in the picnic area. The grills are well maintained and clean.

One note is that the upstairs BR is a loft. There is no door and you can hear everything downstairs. Limited privacy for that room. We also had issues with the ceiling fans not working but the maintenance person responded quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent as always! We arrived late, easy check in. Long table for 8 so we could all eat together. BBQ available, cook many of our meals to eat in. Costco run for food and water. Favorite places to eat Paia Fish Market, Fork & Spoon, Kemo in Lahaine & Fat Cat for hamburgers. We did two snorkel trips, Four Winds & Red Line. Best year ever for whales. Saw more with Red Line then with the other snorkel trip. The beach across the road from Kamaole Sands, great whale watching and turtles this year. We have been coming to Kamaole for years, great for large families. We book two condos next to each other, works well for us. Love the Whale presentation on Monday. Our grandchildren really listen and learn a lot, help them understand the whale and marine life. We saw so many whales in groups perform for us right off the beach from our condo!As always great trip. Thanks Matt for working with us. Delta's Red Eye at 9:20p.m. and the 11:00 a.m. check out makes for a long day . Matt made arrangements for us to stay longer in one of our condo's. It really help a lot! Love the hot tub after a long day on the water. Aloha!

Great stay in Kihei!
Kamaole Sands is a great affordable spot with safe/easy lodging near Wailea. The condo was super clean with great amenities including A/C for each room, a slew of beach bound gear, and fully functional kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. The only drawback was that the A/C exhaust blows directly onto the back lanai which made the lanai almost unusable if you had the A/C's running :(

The Great Retreat
We arrived on Thursday, January 28th late in evening with four very tired children. The place was a welcome sight. Clean, however we took extra caution due the convid, wiped everything down again, put the children to bed.
The next morning we found the condo well equipped with everything we need. We were thankful for the cooking oil, seasonings, sugar, salt & pepper left in the cupboard. You hate to buy large size things that you use so little while vacationing for a short time. Towels for the beach, beach chairs, toys for the water, cooler, umbrella, were in place. We didn't spend much time inside, just for sleeping and eating. Glad for the BBQ's on the grounds, we did cooking and made sandwiches for most meals. Everything was clean and neat. We know if we needed anything it was just a call away. The condo was well maintained. We hiked, beached, snorkeled and swam everyday. Up early run, beach to snorkel, lunch and off to hike. It was hard to leave. We already booked for 2022! I should tell you we had two condos next to each other and it was fun for the grandchildren to come over in the morning and eat breakfast with us. It was hard to leave. We only had one day of rain.

Great location close to condo amenities (pool and BBQs)and close to several beaches and restaurants.

Lovely Holiday Break
The condo was excellent. Incredibly well equiped kitchen with a wide range of cooking and baking equipment. Lots of beach toys including chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas! The location off Kamaole III beach and a short walk to Kamaole II is great. The pool for the kids was clean and very popular with the family. Overall a great stay and highly recommended. One note - turn off the AC in the evening to enjoy the lanai (hot air blows) but really didn't need the AC with the cross breeze with the back doors and windows open.

Great Condo....Beautiful View!

Such a beautiful unit. Perfect space for our whole family. Loved the views of the palm trees and ocean from our lanai. Across the street from Kam III. Finishes are all upgrades. Lived up to the expectations!
The room was a very spacious for 8 adults, because nobody felt on top of each other. The kitchen was great cooking and had every utensil and plate that we needed. They have laundry. And it also came with a whole bunch items for the Beach and pool. This rental made our stay in Maui amazing! We will definitely be back.

Summer Visit
We stayed at building 5, unit 405 because we have a family of 5 and the 3 bed - 3 bath suite was going to give us the most room. It was very spacious and although on the high end of pricey, very well worth the cost. The unit was clean properly appointed. We had stayed for 11 nights so we had to replenish some of the consumables like toilet paper and laundry detergent, but that's OK. The only complaint for the homeowner to fix: the chairs for the kitchen table (inside) are in gross disrepair: two have loose/broken legs and the seat cushions are very uncomfortable. Hopefully they can fix/replace those for the next tenants. We loved it there otherwise and would book it again without hesitation.

Great location
This three bedroom is on the fourth floor but with the elevator very close it was no problem. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. There was lots of room for the 7 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of dishes etc. We only wished there was an additional cutting board. We did take advanatage of a full kitchen to have some home cooked meals. Any questions I had, Matt replied to very quickly. The property is centrally located and the views of the ocean shown in the photos were the beautiful views we woke up to daily. If I were to suggest any updates it would be deck furniture. We found we often brought out a kitchen chair for morning coffee. We had a great dinner at cafe o'lei as well as paia fish market in Kihei. We had a fabulous time. Love keawakapu beach which is a just a beach over from kamaole 3. Snorkel rentals were very affordable from the concierge at the pool.

Nice Condo
Everything went well through the entire process. The condo is situated in the middle of the community with ocean views on one side, Mt. Haleakala on the other. Kam 3 beach park is across the street while a little grocery is around a mile down the street. We all liked the unit and are planning a return trip this same time in 2018.

A perfect vacation!
Vacationing with daughter, husband, two grandsons and daughter’s in laws required just the right place and we found it! The main floor bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. With two bathrooms on that floor, everyone could spread out and feel at home. The twin beds in the loft were comfortable and the bathroom up there was large and convenient. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for the teenager but. might not be for a larger adult. The condo was convenient to the elevator and the view from the lanai was amazing. Sunsets over the ocean every night. The only drawback was that the air conditioners vented to the lanai, making it too hot to sit out there if they were on. But that wasn’t a problem in the mornings or evenings. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with what you would generally use to fix a meal, including a coffee maker. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more!! I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful holiday at 5-405 Kamaole Sands
My husband and I and son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter had a terrific holiday while staying in this unit. The location was perfect for families with children due to the proximity of the beach and the pool areas for kids and adults. The condo had plenty of toys and beach accessories for adults and children. The condo was clean, well supplied and very attractively furnished. It had a very pretty view from the lanai which we used constantly. I would definitely go back to this unit and Kamaole Sands. Our only complaint was the lack of recycling facilities in the development.

Perfect family vacation rental!!
For a family of 6 plus grandma and grandpa, this place was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The beach was right across the road and we appreciated the provided beach toys, cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Can't beat the location! The view of the ocean was gorgeous! Perfect!
We have stayed in numerous condos in Kihei and this property and unit is the best by far. The gardens are beautifull, the pool and amenities are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
The unit is pristine, the furniture and decor are new and attractive. The unit overlooks the pool, garden and ocean views.
The agent responded promptly to an issue we raised and rectified the situation immediately. We had a wonderful time here and are sure to return.
