Great complex- super location - the suite is very nice.
A couple little things like the vacuum didn’t work and the shower door fell off but overall we feel like this unit was great for us.

March 2019 Family Vacation
I spent spring vacation at the Kamole Sands this year. The experience here was very nice, very convenient and accessible with much to do.
The property was well taken care of and folks were very pleasant.

Awesome Location
This is a top rated place. Beautiful, huge kitchen, well equipped and a wonderful outdoor patio. PMI was more than excellent.

Summer Visit
We stayed at building 5, unit 405 because we have a family of 5 and the 3 bed - 3 bath suite was going to give us the most room. It was very spacious and although on the high end of pricey, very well worth the cost. The unit was clean properly appointed. We had stayed for 11 nights so we had to replenish some of the consumables like toilet paper and laundry detergent, but that's OK. The only complaint for the homeowner to fix: the chairs for the kitchen table (inside) are in gross disrepair: two have loose/broken legs and the seat cushions are very uncomfortable. Hopefully they can fix/replace those for the next tenants. We loved it there otherwise and would book it again without hesitation.

What a GREAT place to stay!!
When we arrived everything was clean and picked up and the pictures on the website are very true and accurate. We did have a water alarm that was chirping and needed a new battery. Someone from the front desk brought up a battery within about 15 min. There is a great view of the pool from the lanai and the ocean is across the main road. The grounds were beautifully kept with fountains and many different kinds of flowers. The only negative was the AC vent on the lanai was blowing hot air so you couldn't sit out there very long. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone going to Maui!!

Beautiful condo, walking distance to beach
This was a beautiful space, enough for our party of 7. Two twin beds were in a loft space and the sofa was also a sleeper. The air conditioner worked well but only lasted six hours at a time so sometimes it got warm overnight but this was mostly not a problem. Plenty of amenities including 7 tommy Bahama chairs and ample beach towels. We did not use the boogie boards or umbrella. Two coolers were found in the closet. Washer and dryer both worked wonderfully. We would stay here again for sure!

Was not disappointed
Our rental experience was great. The place was exactly how it looked. I traveled with 7 other people so we were concerned space was going to be tight, but there was never an issue. The sofa bed was a bit more uncomfortable than we imagined to sleep on so I would try to avoid that if possible. The condo is fully equipped with great beach supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The deck has a perfect view of the water and the resort. It was about a 5 min walk to the pool/hot tub and a 10 min walk to the ocean. The area is very safe and the resort is heavily monitored at night. Thanks, PMI for a great stay.

Great location
This three bedroom is on the fourth floor but with the elevator very close it was no problem. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. There was lots of room for the 7 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of dishes etc. We only wished there was an additional cutting board. We did take advanatage of a full kitchen to have some home cooked meals. Any questions I had, Matt replied to very quickly. The property is centrally located and the views of the ocean shown in the photos were the beautiful views we woke up to daily. If I were to suggest any updates it would be deck furniture. We found we often brought out a kitchen chair for morning coffee. We had a great dinner at cafe o'lei as well as paia fish market in Kihei. We had a fabulous time. Love keawakapu beach which is a just a beach over from kamaole 3. Snorkel rentals were very affordable from the concierge at the pool.
