Great condo!
This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this condo. It is very clean, has a great location and is well equipped for all your vacation needs. It’s a easy walk to the beach and restaurants in the area. Matt is great to deal with and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular.

Excellent and convenient rental!
We had a wonderful stay are Kamaole Sands 5-409! The condo was gorgeous, the location was central and beautiful, and the overall trip was one to remember! Having young children, we were often at the condo for the night by dinner time but managed to enjoy many relaxing evenings on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. The condo itself was clean, had all the necessities, and well maintained. By keeping both doors open as often as possible and the fans on, the condo stayed a comfortable temperature. We would return again!

A Month in Paradise!

Great Unit
We had a great experience staying in 5-409. There were 4 adults and two kids staying in the unit and we never felt cramped. The unit is amazingly well stocked- has everything you need in the kitchen and has all of the beach supplies you would ever need. We would definitely stay again!

Modern, clean, well equipped
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The property managers were easy to deal with and very helpful with any questions that came up. The property was very clean when we arrived which is so important! The kitchen was well supplied, the beds comfortable, lots of towels and the items in the lanai was great to use at the beach instead of buying there. View is great. A bit noisy at night as people are in the pool til 10 but not a big problem.

Home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Clean, modern and everything we needed/wanted. Grounds are exceptionally kept. This rental is right by the elevator, which was helpful with two elderly individuals in our party. Short walking distance to the beach, where we were able to see turtles and octopus when snorkeling. Wonderful views of sunset and sunrise off of the lanai, since we were able to look straight out to the ocean. Highly recommend, and we look forward to staying again on our next trip to Kihei. Maui Vacation
We enjoyed the condo very much. The reservation process was easy and the unit was as advertised and in good condition. The only issue we had was with the bugs in the kitchen. We were careful to keep the counters clean and free of food, but the little critters were there. They were hard to see with the black granite countertops, but none the less, they were there. I know this is the tropics, but maybe a little spray when the condo is cleaned would help. Other than that, the place was just right for our family.

Well maintained, spacious unit with lots of AC!
This unit was extremely well maintained. Had two AC units that kept the entire condo very cool. There were also two full beds in the front bedroom instead of twins which it seemed like most other units had. We felt that it was modern and nicely updated to our liking. It was conveniently located right across the street from the beach with several other beaches within a 5 min drive. Lots of food locations close by too. Had an amazing stay.

Great Unit
