Spacious stay
The space looked even nicer and bigger in person! Our family really enjoyed our stay -- the pool was convenient, beach was close by, and the space had all the necessities we needed. Kitchen was bigger than expected and communication with the management was superb. They were quick to respond and took great care in ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Very good location and well maintained property
It was our first time in Maui and had a really good experience staying at this condo. It's in a perfect location, beautiful and convenient. The condo is very clean and spacious and well equipped with kitchen supplies and sand toys which came in really handy. Matt at PMI was super helpful and responsive as well. We'd recommend it.

Endless Views while staying in 6-401
The condo provided spacious conditions for our family of 5, was quiet, and equipped with all of the essentials you need when vacationing. The best part of the condo would be the Lani, it was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the evening sunset...the ocean view never disappointed either!

Lovely Kihei stay with nice modern upgrades
Fantastic unit with a nice view of the water/sunset. The oversized island in the kitchen was perfect for our family and the unit was very nicely stocked with cooking supplies and items for the beach.

Great condo/Great location
The condo was exactly like it was described with extra bonuses. I really appreciated having water bottles, storage containers, spices, and all the cookware that you could possible need. There was also plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. The wagon came in handy when transporting the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, and cooler the short walk across the property to the beach. The patio was a great size with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would not hesitate to book this condo on my next stay.

Amazing Hawaiian vacation rental
We had a wonderful experience at the Kamaole Sands 6-401 rental. It was well maintained and well stocked. It was in close proximity to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants. We also loved the pool and hot tubs. We were able to go for walks along the beach every morning and see whales. We are a family of six and it fit our family perfectly with two kids sleeping on the pull out sofa. We had an issue with the faucet and called the number provided for us. Someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Great location, great amenities, and very comfortable. We would visit again!

More than perfect!
We had a great time at KS 6-401. The unit was very well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach amenities and very comfy beds. The lanai was big enough for the five of us to have breakfast outside. Right across the street is Kamaole III which gives you perfect conditions for swimming, snorkelling and boogieboarding. The swimmingpool is close to the unit and sun beds were always available during our stay.
PMI Maui was a great agency. They responded to my questions promptly and e-mailed me that we forgot some things at the condo after check-out. They even sent our stuff to our next destination without any hassle.
Summarized, a perfect stay in a great condo which I would recommend in a second!

Our stay in Kihei, Hawaii
Our stay at Kamaole Sands in Kihei was really great. PMI was very simple to deal with and was always responsive to questions. The unit was clean and very modern in a nice complex across the street from a park/beach. Overall we were very satisfied but I feel the need to point out a couple of things so future renters are aware. First, the master bedroom is a loft, not a room. That means it is open to any noise from the living room or kitchen. Not a huge issue but something to be aware of. Second, it was really warm when we were in Maui ~90 degrees, and the unit got very warm. There is an air conditioner unit (not central air) that eventually cooled off the main level but the loft never really cooled down as hot air rises. There is a ceiling fan which helped but beware if you are sensitive to the heat. My only other comment which is much more personal is I didn't like the pillows on the master bed but I am picky when it comes to my pillow. Overall we were pleased and would rent this unit again, though perhaps not in the summer.

The condo is equipped with a very large split system AC. Perhaps it was a setting on the AC that kept it warmer than you would have liked. Had we heard from you during your stay, we would have been happy to come right over and ensure it was on the most effective settings. Thanks again.

The description of the rental was pretty accurate. The Kitchen area was great and the mini fridge was a nice addition for all the beverages. The upgrades throughout were very nice. The Lanai was where we had most of our dinners and it fit us and our friends (6 people) comfortably. The only complaints I would have, would be the squeaky stair case and the pullout bed. Through my travels, I've never come across a comfortable pullout bed, so theres not really a complaint against the rental, just against pullout couches.
This rental was also in a great location to watch the sunset out the front in the evenings. Also a great location to the BBQ's and pool access.
One of our friends that was staying in a different unit, actually said they would be looking to book this unit on their next trip.

10 Days in Paradise!
From the moment we arrived we loved this property, having stayed at this complex numerous times at different units, this one had everything and more. We were there with our two teenage daughters, plenty of room for all of us, huge modern kitchen and the extra large lanai, would stay here again without hesitation!

Flawless condo in a great location
We had multiple condos at Kamaole Sands during the week for a large family group. This unit was the best of them all. Perfectly renovated and modern, well stocked with all necessities, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Fantastic Unit(s)!
I rented several units from PMI Maui for my family and friends. All units including this one were very clean and suitable for adults and kids. All properties were very well maintained and close to each other. Also very close to the beach!!! All units supplied with beach gear like boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. Kamaole Sands middle court yard was beautiful and was great for photo ops!

Would go back tomorrow!
We love coming to Maui but were getting tired of the prices at Resorts in Wailea. Our stay at Kamaole Sands was the perfect alternative. We got more space and were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Not to mention having how nice it is to have your own laundry!The huge patio made it perfect for outdoor eating for Maui's famous sunsets. Matt and Tonya was very wonderful to deal with and made our stay so easy. We would absolutely look to book at Kamaole Sands and with PMI again!
