Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Loved it!
We came in and were super happy with what we saw! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had a great view of the pool and a bit of the ocean from the balcony. They gifted us some Hawaiian cookies and Kona coffee... nice touch! The closet had chairs, sand toys, 2 boogie boards, an umbrella... everything we needed! The ONLY drawback is the loft is VERY warm because the ac units don’t have enough power to cool it off... but it wasn’t miserable. We LOVED the unit and would use it again. The grounds were pretty too! Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great many restaurants and shops nearby. walk distance from the beach. The only con was the air unit does not cool the rooms enough.

I have no idea what everyone else is talking about in the other reviews (both here and VRBO/AirBnB). This unit is great, clean, well-equipped. Nothing is old or worn like mentioned by others. Everything was great, including all furnishings. Matthew from PMI was great also. My only complaint is the front desk staff of Kamaole Sands (upon check-in) was extremely rude and borderline racist. Not a pleasant experience, but that has nothing to do with this unit's interior or PMI. I would recommend.

Beautiful - well equipped - Great place to stay.
The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything you would need for a dinner party. We had 6 in our party, 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for us all in the condo but The lanai was very small. There is just enough for 2 people to sit out there comfortably. Great view of the condo pool and grounds and you can still see the ocean. Great location. Just across the street from Kamaole beach III.

Family Vacation 2022
We had a wonderful time at Kamaole Sands. This unit had lots of space, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and very spacious. Everything was in great condition and very clean. It did get a little hot in the main living area, the air conditioner was an older unit that could be updated. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked very well and kept the bedroom nice and cool. Overall we are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful Home And Wonderful Location
We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6. The condo was clean, perfect location, beautiful grounds, and easy check in/checkout process. Only thing to note is there is not enough minor amenities like shampoo, conditioner, or a bar of soap. AC was great, just make sure to keep it on at all time and turn on ceiling fans. Extra fupstairs closet. Top floor unit means high vaulted ceiling and close proximity to pool area. Furniture and unit is updated. Nice soft rug in living room area.3 minute drive to Wailea area and beaches. Best beach is literally across the street.Loved our stay there would love to rent from them again.

Great stay
We stayed at 6-406 and the unit had beautiful decor which was beyond what we expected from the photos. Was a great stay for our family including our infant. Appreciate the AC in the unit. Also beautiful Lanai area where we relaxed and had family meals together with a wonderful view. The unit included all beach gear too which was wonderful. Would stay again due to the convenience and proximity to family friendly activities.
Some feedback/criticism, the decor is not children friendly and we had to safe-guard several pieces of furniture/decor. The rug was shedding alot of fibers.
The weirdest thing was the main floor bathroom shower which was very VERY low. I hit my head on the shower frame, at least 5 times and I am not the tallest person. I found the shower to be very strangely designed.

Fantastic property, could not recommend more
We loved this place for our family vacation. Everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach and pool, and more. Everything was new, clean, and well stocked. We loved our time here and were sad to come home.

Excellent experience at Kamaole Sands
We are frequent visitors to Maui but had never previously stayed right in Kihei town. The recommendation to choose this particular unit came from the rental manager. Matt from PMI Maui listened to my accommodation preferences and matched us with a condo that proved to be as advertised and right for our needs. The unit was newly renovated and pleasantly clean. We discovered there was no toaster in the kitchen on arrival but a single call to PMI resulted in a new one delivered to our door the same morning. We were allowed a late check out to ease our move to another location on island. The service we received from our rental manager was most appreciated and we will try to book through PMI Maui on our next vacation in paradise!

Great condo for family
We stayed as a family of five. Kitchen was big and well equipped, especially loved small but important things like water filter and rice cooker. All other kitchen utensils and appliances were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. TV and internet were super. There was plenty of storage in bedrooms for our clothes. Beach gears like chair, boogie boards were nice additions.
