Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Location has it all
Well stocked and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the deck for our meals. Property manager Tonya responed to our text right away when dishwasher unfortunately stopped working and it was replaced the next day. Unit was very comfortable. Only critique I would have is the unit was a little crowded with too much furniture/tables/fake plants. We would consider staying in this unit again and 100% would book with PMI Maui. Thank you ;)

Fantastic Condo would stay again. Would highly recommend
Really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly situated near the beach and the pool. The way it faced we stayed cool both day and night. The worst thing I could say is that we didn't have a spatula in an otherwise we'll stocked kitchen.

Trip of a lifetime
I took my friend here for her 80th birthday trip, and her first time to Hawaii. The condo was very, clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Pots and Pan were in good condition. The condo was very spacious. It had a nice view of the grounds.

Love this place
We enjoyed Kamaole Sands. The grounds are gorgeous! The location was great with the park and beach across the street and restaurants and shops down the road. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful get away. Condo was as pictured, very nice. Only down side was the lack of restaurant reservations due to Covid restrictions. We plan on returning after the island is fully opened up.

Excellent Unit!
Condo was well furnished, beautifully updated and an ideal location. The property manager was super quick to respond to any concerns we had. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom made the conditions a bit hot for sleeping. They have advertised the unit as “air conditioned”, yet it only has a portable unit in the master bedroom and a wall unit in the living space.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. There was no central air. Two individual units and one bedroom with only a fan. Not adequate to handle the size and layout of the unit.

Great location, great place to stay
Condo was at a great location right across from a beautiful beach. We have been to Maui multiple times and would say that Kihei is a great place to stay. The condo had so many extras so we didn’t have to buy too much stuff like stand toys and a boogie board. Kitchen was large, ac was cold.

Our Dream Vacation
Perfect location, across from the beach, closed to the golf courses, Luau. Close to all shopping malls. Convenient for family Barbecues, swimming pool for children these rentals were perfect for our Dream Vacation.

The two bedroom condo was nicely decorated and very clean with updates throughout. The condo property was very well maintained and relaxing. The pool and BBQ areas were cleaned daily.
