If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This unit was exactly as shown/described.
Checkin was simple and easy. Everything went smoothly.
The unit was clean and included all amenities we needed.
We particularly enjoyed the Scrabble game out on the lanai each day.
Only item that could use attention:
- ice maker/ice tasted/smelled bad. We ended up buying a bag and used that for the duration of our stay. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay! Thanks!

Had a Great Time!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this particular unit. We’ve stayed at this resort before, which is why we returned. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything conveniently placed. The place was clean and welcoming. The view from the main lanai really displayed the beauty of the landscaping. We will definitely return to Maui and try to book this unit again.

Amazing Vacation Stay in Maui, Hawaii!!
My family and I stayed at the Kamaole Sands during our vacation in Maui, Hawaii. WOW we were so impressed. It was a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Kihei, Maui. So clean, and wonderfully stocked with anything you can think of including towels, beach chairs, cards, ziplock bags, etc. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to travel to Maui. It was located literally minutes from the beach, like 2 minutes.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly situated near the beach and the pool. The way it faced we stayed cool both day and night. The worst thing I could say is that we didn't have a spatula in an otherwise we'll stocked kitchen.

Fantastic place to stay
The co do comes with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Even a cooler. Only problem was the bed in the master was hard as a rock. Many nights I slept on the couch. Both my husband and ai had an issue sleeping on that mattress.

Amazing Vacation
We booked site unseen based on pictures. We arrived late in the evening. When we got to the Condo the lights were all on in preparation for our arrival. The condo was above our exception with respect to layout, cleanliness, location and supplies.
When you are paying in US dollars and taking a hit on the exchange rate, to have an exceptional condo was very much appreciated.
We had an issue with the fridge and washer. PMI was on it and issues were repaired by end of day.
We will definitely stay in this condo again and definitely use PMI in our future Maui vacation needs.

Trip of a lifetime
I took my friend here for her 80th birthday trip, and her first time to Hawaii. The condo was very, clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Pots and Pan were in good condition. The condo was very spacious. It had a nice view of the grounds.

Amazing Experience
Everything was almost perfect. Room was well organized and very clean. Facility and surrounding condo is quiet. The grounds and view was very enjoyable. The access o the beach and restaurants/food trucks is very easy. I wake up before sunrise to get my coffee, walk until Kalama Park and back, then snorkel to see some Honu. Doesn't get better than that. Check in and check out was real easy. We only had a minor event when the sensor for wetness/dampness under the sink was triggered around 5:00 am. Overall, excellent place to stay and our family would like to come back.

We enjoyed Kamaole Sands. The grounds are gorgeous! The location was great with the park and beach across the street and restaurants and shops down the road. Would go back in a heartbeat!

great condo near the beach
Our stay in Maui was enhanced by these thoughtful owners. Not only was the condo very clean, it was stocked with everything needed to be comfortable in the kitchen, the bedrooms and the beach. The cabinets were stocked with every kitchen gadget and tons of pots & pans. we had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen, etc. Perfectly decorated to make you feel you were in Maui too! Property mgmt super responsive, great location and would definitely seek out this condo if we are ever fortunate enough to visit Maui again.

Wonderful get away. Condo was as pictured, very nice. Only down side was the lack of restaurant reservations due to Covid restrictions. We plan on returning after the island is fully opened up.

Excellent Unit!
Condo was well furnished, beautifully updated and an ideal location. The property manager was super quick to respond to any concerns we had. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom made the conditions a bit hot for sleeping. They have advertised the unit as “air conditioned”, yet it only has a portable unit in the master bedroom and a wall unit in the living space.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. There was no central air. Two individual units and one bedroom with only a fan. Not adequate to handle the size and layout of the unit.

Great location, great place to stay
Condo was at a great location right across from a beautiful beach. We have been to Maui multiple times and would say that Kihei is a great place to stay. The condo had so many extras so we didn’t have to buy too much stuff like stand toys and a boogie board. Kitchen was large, ac was cold.

Perfect Home Away from Home
We loved our stay here so much! The condo was beautiful - just like the pictures show and had absolutely everything we needed. Great beach access, fantastic pool and BBQ area and the unit itself was clean and fresh. We would love to stay here again! Super easy check in and out - no keys - just codes for everything which was awesome. This condo really felt like a retreat and also like our home away from home. ��

Our stay at Kamaole Sand 7-201 was great! Location was centrally located, great for touring all around island. Right across from a beautiful beach. Lots of great restaurants about 3 miles up the road.
The condo was clean and included everything you might need for your vacation. Beach toys, boogie boards, sand chairs. Kitchen fully equipped. The large lanai was a great place to relax. We had a wonderful stay!
