Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. Great condo and location!
Our condo was comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked for dishes etc. We ate all our meals on the spacious lanai that was always shaded from extreme sun. The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access.
This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.

Home away from home!
We have been coming to Maui for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed in. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We will definitely be coming back to this rental!

Wonder Unit in a Lovely Complex
This unit was exactly as listed & as pictured in the information for the unit. It completely met our expectations and had all the items necessary for a most enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this unit. Matt was EXTREMELEY prompt & helpful when contacted about two different items. Support from PMIMaui was EXCELLENT.

We will be back!!!
This Air BnB was a 10/10 experience. Worth every penny. The location was beyond perfect, about a 3 min walk to go to see the sunset by the harbor. You can walk to restaurants and coffee in the morning. Close to Wailea for fancier restaurants or amazing beaches like Makena. About a 50 min drive to Kaanapali. It was just perfect. Clean, inviting, would recommend to everyone.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was spotless, and provided all the amenities needed for any beach goer. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to some of the best beaches on Maui, and had plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Hawaii 2023 ‘The Moorman’s’
PMI Maui is the best! Our vacation rental was extremely clean and impeccably decorated with bright and cheerful up to date furniture. The welcoming Maui cookies and coffee was a delightful treat. The condo had everything we needed and some. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with gorgeous plants which are reef friendly. The close proximity to the beach made morning and evening walks so enjoyable. We took advantage of the outdoor barbecues which gave opportunities to see the most beautiful sunsets while cooking. I can’t wait for the next visit to maui. Everything from check in to checkout was smooth. Matt and Tonya of Maui PMI will be the first people we contact to book future stays. Comfortable and stylish condo
Kamaole Sands 7-207 is the perfect example of an updated vacation rental. The owner took great care with flooring, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, updated tiled showers and comfortable furniture. There was no outdated bamboo furniture or palm tree fabric in sight. The newly outfitted kitchen was beautiful and the stackable washer/dryer were easy to use. The grounds are well maintenance and this unit has a nice view and patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys all provided. Owner very responsive about resetting the ice cube maker in refrigerator. Beach, park and beautiful walking trails across the street from the complex. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful stay in Kihei.
It was a pleasure staying at Unit 7-207. My parents and I had plenty of space. Having two bathrooms was convenient and comfortable. The unit had just been recently renovated with a modern and clean interior. We also enjoyed the view from Lanai (balcony). The lanai had even more space than expected and such a relaxing view of the complex grounds. We enjoyed waking up and having breakfast and coffee on the lanai. We definitely would like to stay at this unit again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful family vacation
This fabulous condo overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens of kamaole sands across the road from kamaole beach III. The condo has been tastefully remodeled in a modern style and well equipped. Matt was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit

The property is very clean, modern, and well represented by the photos. We were happy to see that the couch is a pull out, as that was not clear from the description. The location is central and the owner was very responsive when I had a question. I would recommend staying here!

Gorgeous Maui Condo in Kihei
We absolutely loved the place and would come back anytime! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication was easy and they were very helpful. The whole place was a delight to come home to after a day at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
We got some great use out of the hot tub and pool and met a few people that live in these condos year-round, all super friendly. Highly recommend!

Maui Summer Rental
We had a wonderful time at Kamaole Sands 7-207. We stayed for seven days as a family of four. We found it to be spacious for our family. The condo was so clean and had everything and more that we needed. We did end up buying two new boogie boards and left them their for the next group to enjoy! We loved the pool for the kids. The grounds are so well kept and easy to navigate. Booking with PMI was easy and friendly. We will for sure book with them next time.

Amazing Unit!
Our first impression when we first walked in was “Wow! It looks like a show home!” The condo looked clean, organized and had no odors. It felt like we were at home. We highly recommend this unit. A few minor things were: the pull out bed had some sand in it but we didn’t use it anyway. Also the garburator got plugged up and with a quick emai, they were there within minutes to fix it. The air conditioner was fantastic, showers were mint, the whole unit was remodel and everything was brand new. I’m sure this is the best unit in kamaole sands.

Exceptional Vacation Condo
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful remodeled condo in Kihei. Our son and his family live on Maui so it was a great spot to come home to when we weren't visiting with the family. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the view of the lush grounds from our lanai every morning with our coffee. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The beautiful washer and dryer combo was definitely a plus. Our only suggestion is to keep the condo stocked with more kitchen items such as foil, ziplock bags...etc. We bought some chip clips and left them for future guests.

We loved this vacation rental. It was beautifully remodeled in a convenient location. The onsite pool was better than sufficient, with many families and kids there to play with ours. The lanai was fairly large, with a beautiful garden view. We really enjoyed it. And having a large, front-loading washer dryer right there in the unit is super convenient!

Beautifully updated Kam Sands condo with large lanai
Lovely condo beautifully updated! Clean and fresh with tile throughout and a wonderful large lanai for dining and lounging. Building 7 is a good choice mid-way between the beach and Kam Sands pool and amenities. Have rented several times from PMI Maui and they are always very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Wonderful Condo in Kihei
We loved our stay in this condo. It's gorgeous, up to date, has full washer and dryer, and is quiet! Perfect for a baby who needed lots of naps. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to emails. Seriously right across the street from the beach which was amazing and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time, the AirB&B had everything we needed and everything we didn’t know we needed. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable, I think I slept better there than in my own bed. Kihei has a lot of great restaurants in walking distance and the beach was just across the road, I thought I would miss not having an Ocean view but the grounds are so beautifully kept that I didn’t even miss it.

Beautiful Beach Condo in Kihei!
Our experience at Kamaole Sands with PMI Maui was excellent! This condo is exceptional. Beautifully remodeled and spacious, the owners have thought through every detail - from top notch appliances and a beautifully large lanai, to the condo fixtures and high quality towels and linens. We loved the beach chairs and towels that were available for our across-the-street beach access, and having a pool on site was great for the days we wanted to hang close by. AC was a HUGE plus, and the location of the condo was perfect and central to local restaurants and shopping. Arriving on our first day, the Kamaole Sands staff were kind and helpful, and the condo was clean and welcoming. Parking was always available, which really helped with our car. Check-in/out was clear and easy.
PMI Maui is exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anyone; they go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for and enjoy your stay in Maui. 5 stars for this condo and this rental company!
