If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Stayed in the unit for 2 weeks & all was great. Unit is very well appointed, very clean with a well stocked kitchen - everything you need.

Sands of Kamaole condo
We loved this place! It had everything to make our vacation so comfortable and it was so close to a great beach. Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked and the extras were so nice to have. Full size beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and a full kitchen. Loved this place

A perfect place to stay.
Loved the location and views from this condo. It was very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. Only thing I’d like changed is shower head in bathroom off the bedroom. The beach across the street is just beautiful with breathtaking sunsets.

Perfect Kihei Maui Getaway
Every detail of this lovely one bedroom was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great island dinners, we also enjoyed early morning coffee on the lanai, and best of all, the unit was perfectly located for the great ocean swimming in both Kihei and Wailea. Highly recommend this great Maui Airbnb.

great condo close to the beach
Had a great stay in this well appointed condo. The location is great - only a couple of minutes from the beach, with several others in easy walking distance, and you can walk to shops and restaurants as well. The complex has beautiful grounds and a large pool. The condo itself is nicely done, with lots of living space and a nice kitchen. The only downside is that this building doesn't really have a view of the ocean, but you can get there easy enough. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great Experience
This was our first time to Maui. Matt was so helpful in helping us book our unit. It was a great place to stay well equipped , exactly what the pictures show, minutes from the beach, location was great, grounds are beautiful. Staff was pleasant arriving and check out, well detailed book in the unit answered all questions. I would recommend this to anyone going to Maui.

The condo is well appointed with all the kitchen essentials and a bonus is the basic condiments! Location at Kam Sands is perfect if you love being close to the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sand castle building... condo was clean, nicely updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, great price!
This was our 2nd time staying at Kamaole Sands for a Maui vacation, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The condo is clean, organized, and fully equipped with anything you may need for your vacation in Maui... including beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards! Not to mention, the location is the cherry on top! Kihei is centrally located - you are only minutes away from delicious restaurants, steps away from beach access, and so much more. Our favorite restaurant nearby was Maui Brewing Co, and our favorite beach was in Wailea (only about 10 min drive).
Another thing I’d like to mention is how amazing PMI is with communication and making sure your vacation is set up for success before you even get there. They are so hands on with anything you may need and are extremely knowledgeable about activities and recommendations for things to do around the island. We will ONLY book through PMI going forward!
Overall, if you’re looking for a condo that’s fully equipped, well maintained, and close to everything, this is it! Look no further. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Condo in Maui.
This property was fantastic, the location was great, a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than a minute to the pool, the condo itself was modern and up to date and had everything you could ask for, there was even a drying rack to hang up towels to dry through out the day. It was like living at home. Beautiful condo on a great property. I only had one issue and the property manager was on it immediately. Love the Wednesday afternoon Mai Ties and the atmosphere of the people who live there. I love the fact that I could leave the front door open and back door to create a breeze, not once in my entire 3 week stay did I turn on the AC. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a one bedroom condo. Looking forward to coming back in a couple of years.

Great Maui Vacation Stay
We have done other rentals with friends but they have always booked. This was our first time booking and the experience was easy and communication great. We traveled with three other couples staying at different buildings in this complex. While all the units each had nice features, this unit seemed to go the extra mile. Very clean, updated and air in the bedroom. Location was great, very SHORT walk across the street to beach. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Maui Brewery and Winery were a nice afternoon visit. Massage at the Grand Wailea was a fantastic couple hours in the afternoon. We cooked many of our dinners on the grills provided in the complex and worked out great for our schedule. Condo was supplied with enough tools and supplies to make that easy. We would definitely use this unit again.

Spring Break in Paradise
Perfect place to stay in Kihei. The Kamaole Sands grounds are immaculately maintained -- great setting and very spacious. The pool and jacuzzi facilities and amenities are excellent. Great family atmosphere. Multitude of great beaches and restaurants in close proximity to these condos. We started out staying in the hotels in Kaanapali the first few years coming to Maui but once we got a taste for Kihei, the past 10 years we only stay at the Kamaole Sands condos. This condo unit 7-210 was excellent -- very clean and modern -- and very well appointed.

This one bedroom condo is lovely renovated and well equipped. Spotless on arrival. The PMI team are excellent to deal with ....treated us very well under some tough circumstances. Would definitely recommend both PMI Maui and this condo.

Great place to vacation!
This was a great place to stay in Maui. It is centrally located. Great being right across the street from Kamaole Beach 111, walking distance to many great beaches and places to eat. This property was very comfortable to stay in with everything we needed. It was a nice quiet end unit. The only noise were the happy birds for an hour at sunrise and sunset. Nice having beach gear available. The only thing needed is a new beach chair. We just took the one newer beach chair along with us until our last beach day and noticed both red chairs were disintegrating. One had a broken shoulder strap and the other one had the seat nearly torn off. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely plan to stay here on future trips to Maui!

Great Location! Cozy Apartment!
Overall, this is a great apartment! It's very clean and modern. The location is great! You got a garden view from it. We chose it on purpose to get away from the pool (more privacy). Another interesting fact, the balcony never gets too sunny-- some of the units our friends stayed at the other side gets really sunny in the afternoon.

We enjoyed this condo for many reasons. It is a clean and updated lovely condo in a good location. The AC was quiet and very efficient when needed. We have stayed in many other units at Kamaole Sands and this was the best one of all! It really is quiet which we found intersting as not all units are. The managment company was quite professional and check in was a breeze. There is really not one thing I could say as far a a negative for this condo. We enjoyed our time there and made many memories as it was our 44th wedding anniversary. Mahalo for sharing your lovely condo with us! Aloaha

Great Stay at Kamaole Sands!
My wife and I enjoyed a great stay at the beautiful Kamaole Sands condos! The unit was perfect and the grounds and pool area were great for an evening swim. We made good use of the full kitchen and bbq area - groceries are within a few minutes drive.

Best Maui condo we've rented.
This condo has a beautiful, relaxing view from the lanai & we had several meals there. It had everything we needed including beach towels, cooler & beach chairs (which we used almost daily). The AC unit in living room was the quietest we've ever had in any condo (even though we only used it 3 times in 21 days). The breezes ran through the unit which made it very comfortable & we were able to hear the birds singing. King bed was also very comfortable.
Kamaole Sands is a gorgeous complex & we love this side of Maui. We loved Coconuts Restaurant, Fabiani's has a great HH special from 3-5 daily, & Shearwater Tavern has awesome food for a very reasonable price.

You will not regret your choice!!!
Our stay at Kamaole Sands 7-210 was the best we have ever had. It felt like a home away from home. It was a very quiet unit with a awesome view of the well maintained grounds. We will be requesting this unit every time we visit Maui. You will not be sorry!!
