Excellent!
Went to Maui for our 50th wedding anniversary. Fell in love with this condo. Rob and Ron show pride in their place, the updates and cleanliness was very appearant. Much appreciated the "guest info book" Gave good insights. The bed was delicious. As stated, the condo was spotless. It's located perfectly along the major hiway , that runs along the beach. The walk was about 3 mins.Don't bother to bring anything other than, other than buying food, the place is totally stocked! From kitchen to makeup mirrors , blow dryers, all aside ( R and R, please sharpen those knives)everything was perfect. But just a little note GROCERIES ARE EXTORION! Plan on eating at the condo if you don't want to spend all your money on food. It was well stocked with towels, coolers, beach items. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Access was a breeze, tidy up before you leave.

Absolutely Beautiful condo
If you are looking for one of the nicest, cleanest, well decorated and maintained condos in Kihei look no further, you have found it! Everything was immaculate and the condo had everything we needed and more. Everything was very high quality, clearly the standards are high. I would highly recommend this condo and I promise you it will be beyond your expectations. It has so much charm and character. Not to mention it was beautiful to sit on the lanai and enjoy the sunset every night

My family and I had a great stay. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare any dish, plenty of space to spread out with our group of 5. Washer and dryer came in handy as well as plenty of gear in patio closet for beach days with family. Condo property itself had several rules that were a bit ridiculous. My husband tried to have a conversation with his friend around 9 pm and was told the only place to converse was in the "smoking section" which was one small bench near the parking lot. Also, no games or balls in the pool to include "Marco Polo" which felt a bit overkill. Otherwise, would certainly stay again.

Best vacation!
The condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing - it had everything. We loved the large kitchen island. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tubs were very nice. It was also very nice to have our own dedicated parking spot. We enjoyed the beach across the street and the town of Kihei. Can’t wait to return!

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATIONS
Everything you need from beach towels to a blender this condo was truly a great place to stay for our trip to Maui. Parking was easy and the grounds are beautifully kept. We enjoyed using the bbq. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool however a few steps away. Beach is directly in front of condos. Great place to come home to after exploring the island. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO RENTAL THAT IS DECORATED AMAZING. Front desk was so welcoming and easy check in.

Stunning Kihei Condo
We had an amazing Maui vacation in this unit - it was very well equipped and in a beautiful location. The condo had all the comforts of home, including very comfy beds. The lanai was perfect for relaxing while looking over the lovely gardens and view of the ocean. We highly recommend this unit for a fantastic vacation.

Awesome Condo at Kihei
Our group of 5 adults had an excellent experience staying at 7-404 for 11 nights. The condo is beautiful (just like the pictures) with so many extra amenities. It feels like home. The beds were very comfortable. The entire property is very well cared for and quiet. It was our 7th trip to Maui and our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The location is excellent for all the activities Maui offers.

Fantastic Condo on a beautiful Hawaiian Island!
Wow, was this place amazing. It had everything we needed for our 4 days and more. Beautiful kitchen, washer/dryer, an awesome living area with lanai, and a great master bedroom and bath upstairs. Beautiful views and easy access to the parking lot, picnic areas, pool and of course, Kameola Sands Beach. We had a great experience and would definitely come again!

Perfect Location
This location is perfect for families of 4. There is a beach right across the street with great snorkeling in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo was well-stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal with. You have the option of using a Keurig or a drip coffee. There is an ice maker with the refrigerator and an ice machine down by the pool area. The beds were great. The sofa is a little hard and somewhat noisy when you sit down but otherwise fine. The air conditioning is a little tricky. Cooling the separate bedroom was easy but cooling the main space and loft master was more difficult due to turning them off when we left during the day.. The other issue is the island is also your dining table. It worked great for us but If you have small children you might want to eat on the balcony. Overall a wonderful place to stay with beach chairs and umbrellas included. The resort itself is very family-oriented and has a large pool. There are lots of grills, which was really nice. Additionally the owners, Rob and Ron, provide an amazing notebook to serve as your guide to Maui.

Family time in Maui
We needed a place with room for us and our three adult children and this was perfectly suited. There was plenty of room to spread out. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed as well as beach chairs, towels etc. Matt & Tonya were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions & requests. Always love coming back to the Kamaole Sands.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Vaca!
First and foremost Matt was the best at PMI! This condo is located in a gorgeous area and is very convenient regarding location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and local grocery store. We went daily to Foodland. This condo is well taken care of, fully stocked with all that you need, and is absolutely stunning. As for the beach amenity's you will enjoy chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers ect. The property is landscaped beyond perfection. We will be coming back and highly recommend!

Amazing Kihei Stay
This condo is beautiful and walkable location to beaches local eateries. Definitely family friendly. The resort amenities are very nice with pool kiddie pool, fitness center, games and open space for outdoor games and amazing bbq picnic areas. It was a great location with little kids. The beach and play park are just a short walk across from condo. The condo had a luxury interior and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!!!!

Amazing Place
This condo was perfect. Very nicely appointed and renovated. Wonderful community overlooking the gardens on the interior, with everyone enjoying the BBQ's, pool, and beautiful landscaping. Would totally stay again in the future (hopefully)!

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect.
This property is ideally located in Kamaole sands condo. We had a perfect stay with my wife and our three teenagers kids. The apartment has been fully renovated and is fully equipped. You will find everything you need for cooking or even beach gears . AC is very efficient, we didn’t need it during the day only during the night. We parked just in front of the Unit and the location is great : a Kihei but very close to Wailea the best area of south Maui. Next time we come back to Maui we will try to book again this unit.

Hawaiian family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The boogie boards, etc that were provided was such a wonderful added touch. Our grandsons used them everyday that we were there. Having the wagon to haul everything down to the beach was so nice. We used the outdoor bbq area which was right in front of our unit. We found the resort very comfortable and family oriented.. Thank you to the owners for the very modern yet comfortable condo. Their attention to detail was well noticed. Overall it was a nice start to our Hawaiian Family Fun vacation.

Perfection!
This was by far the best condo I have ever stayed at in Maui. Gorgeous decor, full service and well stocked kitchen, high quality furniture and amenities that feel like a high end hotel, and the agency was a breeze to work with. The grounds are beautiful, beach is across the street (walkable), and the complex seems to attract very nice families and couples - no issues with common areas, parking, shared pool, hot tubs, or outdoor barbecues. We will be back!

Amazing Maui Retreat
This condo is more than gorgeous. It has everything you could possibly need in the beautiful kitchen, for the beach across the street, for the wonderful pool, and in the well appointed bathrooms. It is truly home for your stay in Maui where it is central to restaurants, shops, attractions and sunsets beyond stunning. Matt with PMI is always available, helpful and very pleasant. SUperb apartment with a beautiful view .The condo was well equiped ,confortable with very nice furniture and decoration.First class....
Some minus: The lanai have a nice view but because the air conditionning is exhausting there ,the temperarure is to hot to stay there.
We did have some tinny bugs in the kitchen area. Even if we washed few time daily and put some anti bugs spray(they were supply) they came back.
Without these two points it is a perfect stay.

Yes, as with all units at this resort, the AC vents out onto the lanai space. To better enjoy this outdoor space we simply recommend that you turn off the AC while sitting outside. Also, as this is a tropical climate we do recommend not leaving food out to avoid unwanted visitors. As we are availavle 24/7 we would have been happy to address any of these issues during your stay. The condo was exactly as depicted in photos. The property of the condo was well maintained. The condo was clean and well stocked. Appliances and TVs were new and in excellent shape. We have been to Kihei three other times and this was the nicest rental. Our only complaint was with parking. Others parked in our spot. Frustrating. Staff didn’t seem to know how to force the violators to move their vehicles.

Our family stayed at Kamaole Sands in Maui for a week. It’s a very nice place, has nice surroundings and proximity to the beach was awesome. We had fantastic family time! Place was nice and clean. I wish there was little more room to stretch. But, overall a nice play to stay!!

Beds were very comfortable. Temp was just right with all the fans, and AC. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach stuff, beach towels included was great! My only complaint would be the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The fabric shed fuzz.

The Best!!!!
We had an amazing time! We can’t say enough about our stay, everything was perfect. The location of the unit, the ammentities were spot on, nothing was overlooked. The beach time was amazing, we cooked everything, just a short trip to the store. Loved having the washer and dryer. Style was gorgeous!!!
