This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay! No complaints. We had a perfect time with our little family of 3. Kitchen was nicely updated and they even were able to provide us with a booster seat and pack’n play

Another Great Stay
Beautiful unit. Well appointed. It was exactly as promised. This is what we look for in a unit.
AC in both Living area and bedroom; No Carpet;
Updated unit with the open concept; Ground Floor unit;
2 Beach Chairs;; umbrella; Boogie Board; Cooler.
This is our fifth time staying at Kamaole Sands and the second time using PMI Maui. There was a unit we really liked in another building and cheaper but there were some red flags in the reviews about the management company. We used PMI Maui last year and it was perfect so we booked with them again this year.
We had one minor issue in that our TV signal did not work. Matt from PMI had it taken care of promptly. You can’t ask for better service than that.

Great stay
This place is very nice & had all that I needed. It felt very homey & right across from the beach. If I had any questions they responded so quickly and kindly. They had a delicious snack and some Hawaiian coffee grounds for us when we arrived. I went with my two kids and this Airbnb suited us well.

A Perfect Maui Stay
We had a terrific one week stay in this suite. It’s clean, bright and well equipped. Directly across the street from the beach, but also perfectly positioned to watch the sun set from the lanai.

Terrific spot
This was our 2nd year in a row staying at 9-110 Kamaole Sands. We had a great experience in 2022 and this year was even better given the recent upgrades. We were pleased to walk into brand new flooring, paint and a/c. Quiet and close to everything one needs in Kihei / Wailea region. Matt from PMI very responsive and great to work with. We love this place!

A Great Stay!
Our experience here was great! The condo was nicely furnished and had almost everything we needed. The location was also great for getting around the island. Besides some minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay here immensely and would 100% return!
Notes:
-Maui is buggy so we saw some bugs indoors. Nothing too bad but we were surprised to see spiderwebs (we thought these probably would’ve been taken care of during cleaning)
-The beach essentials were great- we used them daily. A beach wagon would have been nice though!
- The grounds of the complex are great. The pool/spa were nice at the end of a long day. Parking was easy, and everything felt safe and clean.
- Love that the condo has A/C!

Easy and Relaxing Home Away from Home in Kihei
This is the third time we've rented with PMI and as always it's been a great experience. The one-bedroom with pull-out couch in the living room worked well for our family of four. As usual there were more than enough towels, beach toys for the kids, chairs and the kitchen had everything we could need to eat at home. We always appreciate how clean and modern the units are and the location is perfect.

Wonderful Condo and Location
This condo was very nice! It was also generously stocked with supplies from ample towels to spices and tupperware in the kitchen. Beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and well-working A/C units. I appreciated the convenience of setting up a pack and play and booster for our baby, too! Modernly furnished and a great lanai with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We even saw whales from it! Amazing access to the beach, too. Just across the street and your toes are in the sand!

Great place to stay
Perfect condo for our trip. Very nicely and tastefully decorated, recently renovated and fully stocked with just about everything you could need for your stay. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable. The building is located on the south side of Kihei very close to Wailea.

Newly remodeled unit
We had a great stay in this unit. It’s freshly remodeled, everything is brand new, perfectly stocked and well decorated. Two bathrooms, two a/cs, w/d, beach gear, all utensils, etc. We found everything we needed and PMI management provided us with everything we asked for in addition.
Kamaole Sands complex is conveniently located, close to beaches, restaurants and many attractions. The grounds are well maintained.
This is our second stay with PMI and stuff clearly knows what they need to do to provide great customer experience. We were very satisfied with the unit/complex and will stay there again.
