This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

A Perfect Maui Stay
We had a terrific one week stay in this suite. It’s clean, bright and well equipped. Directly across the street from the beach, but also perfectly positioned to watch the sun set from the lanai.

Terrific spot
This was our 2nd year in a row staying at 9-110 Kamaole Sands. We had a great experience in 2022 and this year was even better given the recent upgrades. We were pleased to walk into brand new flooring, paint and a/c. Quiet and close to everything one needs in Kihei / Wailea region. Matt from PMI very responsive and great to work with. We love this place!

Great location and beautiful condo
We had another great stay with PMI Maui. This condo is a great location for walking to the beach in the morning. The lanai was quiet and had fantastic views of the sunset. The condo is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze!

Beautiful condo across from Kamaole Sands III Beach
Stayed two nights, it was super clean, updated, nicely decorated, comfortable, in great shape, with everything you’d need to have a great vacation. Loved it and would stay again for sure.

We loved how close this condo was to the beach...and a short walk to restaurants and shops too! Everything we needed (beach umbrella, chairs, small cooler) was provided. Very comfortable and clean too! We would stay here again!

A Great Stay!
Our experience here was great! The condo was nicely furnished and had almost everything we needed. The location was also great for getting around the island. Besides some minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay here immensely and would 100% return!
Notes:
-Maui is buggy so we saw some bugs indoors. Nothing too bad but we were surprised to see spiderwebs (we thought these probably would’ve been taken care of during cleaning)
-The beach essentials were great- we used them daily. A beach wagon would have been nice though!
- The grounds of the complex are great. The pool/spa were nice at the end of a long day. Parking was easy, and everything felt safe and clean.
- Love that the condo has A/C!

Easy and Relaxing Home Away from Home in Kihei
This is the third time we've rented with PMI and as always it's been a great experience. The one-bedroom with pull-out couch in the living room worked well for our family of four. As usual there were more than enough towels, beach toys for the kids, chairs and the kitchen had everything we could need to eat at home. We always appreciate how clean and modern the units are and the location is perfect.

Perfect for our family vacation
We(parents, 3yo, 6month old) had a perfect stay here. Location truly is close to the beach but far enough from the road traffic. Nicely renovated condo with so many conveniences like beach chairs, pack and play, beach umbrella, etc. Easy check in process. Having a ground level condo was perfect since we had a stroller.

Convenient Beach Location in a well equipped condo
The condo is located in a very convenient location for beaches and other excursions. The property and the condo unit were well maintained and clean. The unit was recently remodelled. Appliances were new. Nicely equipped for beach outings...chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, boogie boards.

Wonderful Condo and Location
This condo was very nice! It was also generously stocked with supplies from ample towels to spices and tupperware in the kitchen. Beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and well-working A/C units. I appreciated the convenience of setting up a pack and play and booster for our baby, too! Modernly furnished and a great lanai with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We even saw whales from it! Amazing access to the beach, too. Just across the street and your toes are in the sand!

This is a great unit...well maintained and well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. Lanai is surrounded by foliage and has a view of the ocean. Clean and newly remodeled. Central location.

A fantastic stay at Kamaole Sands Unit 9-110 (Kihei)
First time for us staying at Kamaole Sands and first time booking with PMI Maui. We have been coming to Maui for over 15 years. Kamaole Sands is a beautiful resort that is centrally located yet private and quiet. The condo was walking distance to local amenities and had great beach access. The condo was exquisite, extremely clean, well equipped - the appliances were brand new. PMI Maui was extremely professional and thoughtful in adding the small touches to the unit like cleaning products to keep the appliances sparkling new. PMI was very kind with prompt, professional and speedy responses. PMI accommodated us when our flight was changed at the last minute by granting a delayed check out time at no extra cost. It was a fantastic stay and we will be back again.

Excellent location!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at 9-110 at Kameole Sands in Kihei, HI. Excellent location! We walked almost every morning to enjoy coffee and tea at Kam III beach. Sunsets almost every night too. Easy access to walk to Kihei town for breakfast or shave ice.
Easy check in and check out. Super clean inside. Comfy king bed in Master BR. Queen pullout couch was just so so on comfort. Good to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen clean and well stocked.
Overall...we loved it and will definitely be back!

Great place to stay
Perfect condo for our trip. Very nicely and tastefully decorated, recently renovated and fully stocked with just about everything you could need for your stay. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable. The building is located on the south side of Kihei very close to Wailea.

Very close to the beach. Condo is upgraded with fully equipped kitchen. Bunch of beach toys, chairs, tent for use. Access to pool, foosball, ping pong, spa and tennis. Lovely view of ocean from breakfast table

PMI came thru again! The place was spacious, spotless, stocked with everything I had need of(from cooking accessories to beach chairs/towels) and the location was right in the middle of the hotspot for restraunts and beaches! Thank you PMI for always making a stay in Maui comfortable!!

Newly remodeled unit
We had a great stay in this unit. It’s freshly remodeled, everything is brand new, perfectly stocked and well decorated. Two bathrooms, two a/cs, w/d, beach gear, all utensils, etc. We found everything we needed and PMI management provided us with everything we asked for in addition.
Kamaole Sands complex is conveniently located, close to beaches, restaurants and many attractions. The grounds are well maintained.
This is our second stay with PMI and stuff clearly knows what they need to do to provide great customer experience. We were very satisfied with the unit/complex and will stay there again.
