2 week getaway for couple.
Rented this Condo for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. Well equipped for everything we needed to eat jn and towels, chairs, umbrella for the beach. A/C and ceiling fans were great; location was perfect. We had a minor issue with shower drain and response was immediate and quickly addressed. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay at PMI’s Maui Condo!
Loved staying at PMI’s place! It was clean, spacious, good location, and provided all the amenities we needed for the stay! Came with extra towels, all the necessary beach gear, all kitchen supplies, shampoo/body wash, and so much more. PMI was also very responsive over text answering all my questions.

A week in Paradise
The condo we stayed at was perfect, clean, roomy, accessible to everything, pool, beach, restaurants, stores, beautiful scenery, also, use of beach towels, chairs, boards, umbrella, couldn't ask for anything better. Loved our stay here.

Excellent Condo!
We were incredibly impressed with this condo! It is thoughtfully renovated and decorated. The owners have done a fantastic job of making sure all needs have been addressed. We especially enjoyed the well stocked Cuisinart kitchen and quality furnishings. The bed is very comfortable, pillows and sheets are soft and we slept great! Location was perfect as Kam II beach is directly across the street, making it ideal for quick and easy access for beach days, a quick trip back for lunch and those stunning Maui sunsets ( can be seen from the balcony as well!) PMI management was prompt, clear in instructions (so nice to not be greeted with a list of chores upon checkout!) and impressive in their cleaning services. The condo exceeded our expectations and this is coming from a couple used to staying at the Four Seasons Wailea! We'll be back!

Wonderful location close to the beach
Very friendly, helpful, accommodating experience dealing with property manager and reception desk. Beautiful condo, great location only thing to mention is the bedroom is located next to the elevators and trash shoot so you could hear people coming and going anytime you were in the bedroom

First time in Maui!
I enjoyed the condo do to begin across the street from Kamole beach/park and with in walking distance to bakery, restaurants and interesting visitors.

Great Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, however, be aware you are straight across from the elevator, so you hear noise/people late at night and early morning. The unit was stocked with the essentials and was very comfortable for the two of us. You're within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Hope to be back soon. Aloha

Maui vacation
This is a great condo in to spend a week in maui on vacation. Right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It has a kitchen with all the necessities for meal preparation and a bunch of gear for the beach.

Amazing stay!
This condo truly felt like a home away from home (in paradise) equipped with everything we could possibly need during our week stay. We had a slight issue with our bed and our host replied quickly and was able to send someone over to fix it almost immediately. Thank you! We plan to return soon.

The condo was pretty comfortable. Could use a chair with the sofa as there was nowhere else to sit and watch TV. Being right at the elevator was sometimes noisy. Overall good property.

Our condo in the Kihei Akahi was perfect for two. It had great amenities for relaxing on the beach which was less than a block away. It was also walking distance to shops, restaurants and of course the beautiful sunsets.

Our stay was amazing. All the necessities were available at the condo for my family of five. I have three small children’s under the age of eight. We love that the beaches were across the street and the fact that we were walking distance from shops and places to eat.

2019 family vacation experience
We had a great time at the Kihei Akahi! The unit was very clean and well appointed. we Really appreciated the beach cooler, chairs and boogie board that was provided. The renovations were very well done and we felt like we were in a high end hotel! We loved that it was a short 2 min walk to a beautiful beach and the central location overall on the island. We had a great experience and are looking forward to returning!

Very nice place, perfect location
Proximity to the beach and shops & good restaurants could not have been better; everything a very short walk away (2 minutes to the beach). The unit was recently remodeled with upscale finishes. Pretty darn perfect.
