This rental unit, overall, was very nice. It's very well located, has everything you will need. We were able to walk to most places, in the area. The only complaint that we would have is,we don't think the cleaning company cleaned the floor, before we got there.I was walking around and noticed my socks were very dirty.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Good location to access beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Quick response from management when we had an issue with the WiFi. Would be nice to have some more local info, maps etc in the binder.

We booked the condo a bit last minute (considering summer is a peak season), but so glad with what we got!! Kihei Akahi D113 is everything we need to stay comfortably in Maui. People mentioned about the possible loud from outside when someone walk because the bedroom is next to the aisle, but we don't have much trouble sleeping. They have 2 ACs, one on the living room and one on the bedroom. Both works well and made our stay very convenient!
It is super close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen has everything necessary to switch between preparing meals at home and eating out. The balcony has a pool view and a nice place to see sunset/sunrise if we are not going to the beach. There are three Kamaole beaches nearby; the closest one is Kamaole II which is precisely in front of Kihei Akahi -- and also my favorite!!

Wonderful Beach themed Maui Rental
This was an amazing place to stay in Maui, super easy check in and check out process, welcoming people and well kept property. They even had a little pamphlet of local flora which you could go on a self guided tour. Rental was clean, and quiet and well decorated with an ocean/beach theme that was fitting and added to the ambiance. It was also equipped with beach going accessories so no need to go out and purchase. Has AC in master bedroom and living room and worked well. I highly recommend this place for booking in the future.

Great location, loved condo
Excellent location to beaches and restaurants/services. Great condo, very clean with lots of amenities including some food essentials to get started (ie. spices, sugar, etc). Very clean and well-kept, excellent service and communication with PMI.
The downside was this condo complex had very strict rules that impacted families with kids, teenagers. For example, no playing on grass (not even catch) and many pool rules like no splashing, jumping, games or pool toys if any kind, not even a ball. Security guy was ultra serious about his job putting a damper on the fun for our kids. Also, quiet time and pool closed at 9pm. Seemed too early, as 10pm would be more reasonable. Also bedrooms were off all the hallways with windows as sound-proof as paper so early morning noise was quite disruptive to those still sleeping.

Great location and beautiful condo!
This complex was a great location central in Kihei and relatively close to other major spots on Maui. Very clean and well-stocked with necessities and beach accessories.

Nice enjoyable place for 2
Its as advertised. we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is a bit small but it works. The only thing we didnt like was the toilet/shower room has a louvered door so not much privacy. It is away from living room area tho. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The condo was neat clean and tidy.

Really enjoyed our condo. Beautiful view of the tropical garden and one block from a beautiful beach. Great well equipped kitchen, lovely Hawaiian inspired decor and a view from our deck where we could see the colors of the sunset.

Beautifully Equipped Condo in Kihei
We enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful condo that was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The decor is so chic, modern and really well thought out. The condo was extremely clean and turn key ready. The extra items for the beach were greatly appreciated and came in handy. The condo is in a prime location for walking to restaurants, bars, shopping and of course multiple beaches. We would gladly stay here again at this property and look forward to visiting again. Thanks again for a great stay!

Good for couples who are out a lot
Our experience was mostly positive, the amenedies were quite nice, full kitchen which we should have cooked in more, beach towels, very clean. A little confusing that you actually don't have to check in with the "front desk" to get into the unit, but you will need to get your parking pass from them. At times noisey as they were renovating the unit next door, but only during non-quiet hours. Tons of delicious restaurants near by and the beach is but a stones throw away!

Everything We Needed and More
This place was beautiful. The property is right across the street from a great beach. The unit was clean, and PMI provided us towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishes, wine corkscrew, coffee maker, and even beach supplies like a beach umbrella and boogie boards. The only downside was that the a/c unit is in the living room, which is on the opposite end of the unit from the bedroom. My husband was so hot, he had to sleep in the living room. I didn’t mind it. There is a window in the bedroom, which we kept open.

Home away comfort
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated condo. It was warm and welcoming. The condo looked exactly like the pictures taken. It was quiet and very relaxing when we were there for a good nights sleep after our long day exploring. We would definitely stay for another vacation to Maui at this lovely home. It was very clear that a lot of thought about making and keeping the guest comfortable was put into this rental. Well done!

Fantastic condo n Kihei
Had a wonderful stay in this condo, it was exactly as described, and lovely and clean. The communication with PMI was fast and friendly. The condo is in a great location and handy to shops and cafes, with wonderful beaches across the road. The pool at the property is great and has BBQ facilities also. We can also recommend the cinnamon rolls from the little bakery at the shops next door! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and we hope to be back to Maui soon. Mahalo.
