First Trip To Maui
The condo was great. The view is wonderful even though it wasn’t right on the ocean. The kitchen was one of the most equipped I’ve seen in a rental. I think I’m a clean freak sometimes, and this one passed the test. The grounds are beautiful. The only down sides were a tight bathroom and having room to set luggage etc. Some of that probably is out fault because we don’t unpack our suitcases. Overall, a wonderful condo. Thanks for sharing

Wonderful Stay
We were greeted by some tasty complementary coffee and cookies. This property was clean and very nicely equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Wonderful view from the lanai made for relaxing mornings and evenings. King bed was comfortable and shower ok . The short walk to the beach gave us a bit of exercise. Altogether a wonderful and relaxing stay. We tip our hats to the owners for such a terrific rental.

Relaxing and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view
We loved our stay here! The space was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a week away. My favorite part was hanging on the balcony with my morning coffee everyday while staring at the ocean - so peaceful! We both loved the location as it’s a super short walk to the calm beach across the street. You get a local vibe and then the more upscale Wailea is very accessible. The drive to Lahaina/Kanapaali was about an hour away, but we both agreed we liked staying in Kihei better as it feels less touristy. The space itself was very clean with all upgraded appliances, and pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacation. It looked great in the photos but was even better in person. Check-in/out was seamless. Would definitely recommend staying here to others!

Fantastic Place!
This condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay on Maui. The location was perfect in Kihei - great restaurants within a 5 minute walk, across the street from the beach, and the ABC store (also within walking distance) was a great resource for simple grocery needs. Great Location, Especially For the Beach!
We had a fantastic time at this rental. It’s proximity to Kam II is so convenient. The rental is well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable, clean, and we loved waking up to sit and drink coffee on the balcony and watch the ocean. We even saw some whales! I would highly recommend this unit, and would stay there again. The only thing to note is the bedrooms in this complex are all along the walkways and although everyone is good at observing quiet hours, you can still hear people. However, the bedroom does have fans that we felt helped drown it out a bit. It is Hawaii though, so you can always count on hearing the roosters. Overall, a great stay.

Great Hideaway in Maui
1 bdr condo with pull out sofa was sufficient for 3 people. Beautiful kitchen and bedroom. Property was older but in great condition and security on the premises after hours. Stayed on the 3rd floor which had a view of the beach and property. Would stay again :)

I would describe myself as a picky vacationer. I definitely include my stay as part of my vacation and not only somewhere I sleep. Don't hesitate to book this condo!
The physical location of the property is walking distance to the beach/ocean, pool, and restaurants. While the outside of the building shows a little age, the interior of the condo was stylishly decorated, clean, and well furnished. And the grounds were beautifully landscaped and neat as a pin! Extra towels, bedding, plenty of cooking amenities, cleaning supplies, beach accessories and more.
The AC worked great, the washer/dryer came in handy, the fridge had an icemaker, ceiling fans were a plus. Comfy bed, okay couch.
The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and I am 100% delighted with my stay. Thank you PM Maui!

Great spot, would stay here again
Really liked this property! Easy walk to a good (not great) beach. Beach supplies provided were very much appreciated (towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, bags, cooler) and helped prevent us from having to buy/rent the supplies. The AC was great. We brought our baby and they even provided a pack n' play. We appreciated how close (walking distance) it was to some good restaurants (808 Deli, Maui Fish n' Chips) and some souvenir shopping. It was kind of a drive from some of the touristy parts like Lahaina, Haleakala and the Road to Hana but overall it felt much more laid-back "Hawaiian" than the Lahaina side of the island and the beaches nearby were awesome! We would 100% stay there again.

Well-stocked Beach Escape
Everything you need is provided to show up with a small bag for a beach vacation. The condo is nicely remodeled with a lovely view of Kamaoke ll Beach at the bottom of the property - a 5 minute walk. It’s at the quieter end of Kihei.

We have rented in the Kihei Akahi several times now and unit D308 was the nicest one yet! It had a lovely view, but the icing on the cake was how nicely it was furnished, from the comfortable king sized bed, comfy couch and the decor on the walls. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Stay with a View!
We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a great stay including all kitchen and beach essentials! Great location with approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach, pool, and lots of bars and restaurants. The air conditioning was very nice to have in the main living area. We did find the bedroom a bit warm but there were lots of fans which helped. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Kihei - The Perfect Condo!
We have the best trip! We loved the location of the condo, we explored Maui and found that it was great to have as a home base. You need a car rental. We did, it was great, parking, the a/c is a must! We loved everything about it. Drank coffee every morning on the lanai and enjoy watching the water for hours. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone or stay again!

Tropical Getaway
We truly enjoyed having this property as our home base for a year. Parking was designated, convenient and close to the stairs and elevator. We found it very quiet because it was back from the road, but we could still sit on the lanai and look out at the ocean. We enjoyed coffee and breakfasts out there and evenings watching the sunset. The beach was an easy walk and the snorkelling was amazing. It was nice to leave our valuables behind and just head for the beach. Fred's Mexican Restaurant and Moose McGillicuddy's Pub were an easy walk and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Coconuts Fish Bar was also very good. We got take-away and enjoyed it on the lanai. The property was very clean and well kept. The gardens were amazing. I would recommend it to others and would love to return. We drove all over the island and explored Haleakala, the road to Hana and West Maui. And we always enjoyed returning to these comfortable quarters.

What a great condo! Morning views of the ocean were inspiring!
Plenty of room for 2 people and all the extras like the beach towels and beach chairs were very handy. The kitchen has everything you need even some staples like oil, spices, salt and pepper. The complex is one of the best cared for that we have ever stayed at! BBQs cleaned daily and not a bug anywhere. We will be back!

We had a great experience at until 308! Great view, wonderful kitchen and we appreciated having the boogie boards, chairs and coolers to use at the beach. Was a great central location which allowed us to see all of Maui. Beach in front of the unit was family friendly and convenient. Would recommend this unit to others!

We Really enjoyed our time in Maui and being in this rental made it even better. The view and the pictures in the advertisement were exactly as described. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Maui and would definitely book this condo again! The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was conveniently located to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, food trucks and more! When we arrived, we had an issue with the wifi. I called the management company and they had the issue resolved within minutes. The assigned parking space was also a huge bonus as offsite parking can get expensive. Overall we had an excellent experience and would book with this management company again! Thank you!

Great Stay in Kihei!
We had an awesome stay. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful ocean / sunset view from the balcony, well equipped kitchen, and lots of beach gear which was a huge plus. Perfect location for exploring all parts of Maui (with a car) and the beach right across the street is amazing!

The perfect home away from home in Maui!
The condo was as pictured and in a great location on the island. It was walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and snorkeling store. The unit was clean with no issues with bugs. The complex is gorgeous and it has a beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees from the lanai. The convenience of having a washer & dryer in the unit was a huge bonus, in addition to having all the cooking appliances and utensils needed to enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner from the lanai. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. Wifi worked well throughout the unit and everything needed for a beach day was provided. This included beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, beach umbrella, etc. I would definitely stay at this unit again. It was the perfect home away from home in Maui!

Aloha! It’s hard to know where to begin....there are so many wonderful things to say about this condo. It’s completely newly renovated and beautifully decorated, clean and in lots of natural light, spacious, close to a great beach (2 minute stroll away), and close to wonderful restaurants that serve very yummy margaritas. The only thing I would suggest the owners do is have their online photos updated. The current photos ....couch and stool cushions, art work, lamps, furniture (other than couch and bar stools etc) have been replaced with great pieces, so I don’t feel the current online photos do this unit justice. This is our new “home away from home” destination and we are hoping to be back one day soon.

Maui sunshine!
Had a great time at Kihei Akahi. Loved sitting on the lanai watching for whales and great sunset views. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the grounds and pools kept in excellent condition. Great location directly across the street from Kam II beach and easy walking distance to multiple good places to eat. Matt, the manager of the unit was very responsive to any of our needs. The Condo was very nice. We had a great time. We had everything we needed and all is very good,clean and comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. We had a car so we were traveling a lot and had seen a lot.
The only thing, that was not so nice, the bedroom ist across the elevator, sometimes it was not so quiet. Because some people are not decent and respectful. But i have to say, it was only sometimes. Most of the time, it was good.
One thing brings a little bit more comfort, to have a light for the evening on the balcony.
the residential area and property is very well maintained. This is impressive.

A great place to has everything you would need.
We love this property. It had everyone we needed. Location was great. It was across the street from the beach and near eateries and only 3 miles or so from grocery store/strip mall. There are a pool and barbeque pit on site. U don't need to bring anyone except for yourself, clothes, and food. Everything else is provided. We will definitely come back here. Miss the place already.

Great location and awesome view from the condo. Very friendly staff on the grounds. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Kitchen had everything one would need. Great beaches close by. I highly recommend this unit.

Great location with ocean view!
We had a great stay at Kihei Akahi! This one bedroom condo is suitable for couples but there is also a pull out sofa bed. The lanai has ocean and mountain views and we enjoyed Kamaole Beach ll which is right across the street. Building D is farthest from the road so we didn't hear traffic from the street. The condo's bedroom is located next to the elevators but it was quiet most of the time. There is AC in the living room and kitchen area but it doesn't really reach the bedroom. Even though the bedroom has a ceiling fan, it was difficult to sleep as it didn't really cool down at night while we were there so we ended up by a small fan. Overall, we really enjoyed the Kihei Akahi complex with its lush tropical landscape and pool areas! The condo has beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler. The washer and dryer is a plus! Matt was easy to reach and communication was great!

El alojamiento es increíble, tenía nevera y sombrillas para la playa, condimentos para cocinar y salsas que se agradece.
Si tengo que poner alguna pega es que nadie habla español y la BBQ la cerraron una hora antes del horario que indicaba el cartel.

Everything was wonderful! We stay on island often, and have stayed at Kihei Akahi frequently. Great remodel, but you should note that the fancy showerhead is very challenging for rinsing shampoo from long hair!

Great Location and Condo
These are our favorite condos to stay in when we go to Maui. They are well taken care of and in a great location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and right across the street from the beach. The condo itself was clean and matched its description from VRBO. The management company was very friendly and helpful also.

Great Condo in South Kihei
This condo unit (and the complex) seems well maintained and well managed. The unit looks as nice as the pictures showed it to be. Great spot in the heart of South Kihei. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurant options nearby. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

A place in paradise,perfect home with a million dollar view
THis home is beautiful! So nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.Comfy King sized bed and lots of storage. Open up the doors and let the breeze cool off the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and seriously they haven't forgotten a thing. The view from the patio is wonderful sit and watch the sunsets you won't be disappointed. The beach is a few minutes to walk too and it is pristine. This apartment is a easy walk to restaurants,pubs and beaches. PERFECT location. I could live here. I'm so happy with the entire place

Excellent Vacation Rental
This condo provided the perfect home away from home while we were in Kihei! It was very clean and nicely upgraded. There were lots of details which made it even more enjoyable than staying in a hotel including access to beach chairs and accessories, the fully stocked kitchen for eating in, and capability to do laundry (with soap included). Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Vacation Rental
My wife and I had an unforgettable time on our Maui vacation. This Kihei condo was perfect for our needs and we were very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and in a very convenient location to access the beach and other parts of the island. We were also very impressed by how accessible the owners were when we needed assistance. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely return.

Great location!
We had a great time at Kihei Akahi. The location was perfect -- right across from Kam Beach II, walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Nice, quiet complex. We really enjoyed our time here. The only thing I would recommend is for the bedroom to have a window A/C installed. The living room has a window A/C installed, but it is not powerful enough to cool down the bedroom, which is in the front of the condo and tucked back away from the living room. Other than that, this is a beautiful condo and we would recommend it to others.
