Overall condition of the room and location was great. Need to leave a vacuum cleaner to clean up loose sand throughout the week. Cleaning and PMI fee were high. The room rate was great.

Memorable Get-Away Condo in Maui!
My family and I (2 Adults and 1 Child) spent a great 5 days at this Maui Banyan condo, which is well located in Kihei (e.g., close - 5 minutes walk - and easiest access to one of the best beaches, we have been to, local restaurants, central to activities). The condo has all amenities that a family could wish for and had towels and gear for beach activities as well. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with access to Internet TV (e.g., Netflix and more) were clean and all in working condition. The property itself is well-maintained with 2 pools on-site. I recommend that you go to the nearby beach - as it takes the same amount of time to walk and it is a nicer and better experience. The only complaint that I would describe that the parking spots right in front of the building A and B, where this condo is located, has been usually full and I had to park my rental car in the not-too-far parking garage. Nonetheless, this was a great vacation rental condominium.

The condo was very clean and very convenient to get to the beach. All the amenities are also solid like the pool which isn't glamorous but gets the job done. We had zero complaints and the rental company is very responsive and helpful. They provided pack and play for our little ones and booster seats. You can't go wrong here. The condo is just as pictured. This unit has the main bedroom which has glass doors and is close to the living room so privacy/noise can be an issue if you have a sensitive sleeper/baby. Neither bathroom has a bathtub, both are showers.

Well appointed condo. Perfect location. Sliding doors to the bedroom don't provide much privacy at all. Very see through. Would still highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Maui banyan a203 with attached batchelor suite. Very clean. Well stocked with everything you need A side comfortable chair would be nice in living room but we just watched tv in bedroom and lv room great bbq area with table chairs and ocean view. Close to everything across from beach pmi great company to deal with. Woukd highly recommend. Also all beach chairs coolers boards etc provided. Would def book again

Great location right across from the beach!
This unit was just as described! What you see in the photos, is what you get. Place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We had the adjoining unit as well. Very clean place and kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked great! There were also plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys to use. Washer & dryer came in handy as we did several loads of wash.
Maui Banyan is centrally located in the heart of Kihei. The beautiful Kamaole beach is literally right across the street. We walked over pretty much every day to enjoy the beach, watch the beautiful sunsets each night and do some snorkeling. We saw plenty of beautiful fish and sea turtles right there. No need to pay for a snorkle tour.
You are within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants located on the main drag/street. Our favorites were Fred's Place, Penny's Pizza & Pasta, The Cinammon Roll Place and Maui Bread Company. There are also a couple of general stores and gas stations in town. But I would recommend grocery shopping at the Safeway which is located nearby (about a 10 minute drive). We also went down to Wailea a few times which is just a 10 minute drive south of Kihei. They have some great restaurants and shops there as well.

Awesome property
This property is in an awesome location! Across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The unit itself was very clean and had beach toys and beach chairs to use. It’s a great unit for little ones as well, as it had a pack and play in the unit as well as a booster seat. Kihei Getaway
Updated clean unit with enough space for our family of 5. They already had a high chair and travel crib set up when we got there. Beds were very comfortable. Well-stocked with beach gear and toys. The property management company was responsive and professional. Location is fantastic, across from Kam 2, close to shops. It is a second floor unit, no elevator access, but this wasn't a problem for us. We had a lovely vacation!

Condo was clean, check in smooth and contactless. Staff in office were friendly. Property is well managed. Liked the fact that this condo had things like seasonings, oil and ingredients to make small meals. The only thing I did not like is tea drinkers like me did not have a kettle to heat up water. They have everything for coffee. I don't drink coffee so I feel slighted. The lack of a kettle is not enough to earn less than 5 stars because I used a pot to heat up water. We loved our stay there. Will definitely rent property again.

We love our stay in this condo, all amenities that we needed are there and all of our baby things that we requested are provided. If only we can give more stars that 5. Excellent condo. Would love to go back and rent again next time. Definitely recommended! My family from Alaska enjoyed our stay in this condo too. Accessible code and easy to check in and out.

Very nice place and a quick 3 or four minute walk to a beautiful beach. Ample parking, quiet complex with two nice pool areas. Beautiful landscaping as well.
A full 2 bed and two bath makes traveling with our college aged daughter so much more enjoyable. Well furnished and stocked, clean and updated. Everything you need for the beach - bring nothing! A bit too many remotes and light switches to figure out, but not a big deal. No central AC, but swamp coolers kept the place cool. A couple of utility doors off tracks and master bath door squeaks (loud), again not big deals here.
We all loved it. Great location with adequate but not great food - drive to Lahaina (Fleetwoods is amazing upstairs) or just up Kihei Road a bit and you'll do better.
Staff was helpful and professional. We will look to this place again for our next Maui trip. Oh, and price was right. Pair this with Kihei Car Rental and you'll save big. Airport shuttle included.

This rental is perfectly located with the beach right across the street. They also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels for use which made it that much more enjoyable. Loved the variety of restaurants to eat at within walking distance. The rental being very clean, great AC and easy to communicate with management made it for an excellent stay experience!

The perfect place for relaxation and fun at Maui Banyan A203-2B
As this was our first trip to Maui we were pleased that this unit was everything it advertised and more! First off, it was exactly as pictured. Nicely updated with more than enough room for the 5 of us, including plenty of space for privacy. The lanai was a perfect spot for a meal or reading a book, with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and birds singing. There were nice beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys for the little one. There were so many hidden gems that we were not expecting nearby! To begin with, this unit is in the building closest to Kamaole Beach,so it is literally two minutes to get to one of the nicest family beaches around. I enjoyed early morning walks on the beach every day and sunsets as much time I could. There are a lot of small shops just a couple of blocks away, including souvenir shops, restaurants, snorkel/kayak rentals and even an ABC Store. Favorite places to eat in walking distance included The Maui Bread Company (amazing breads and allergy friendly/knowledgeable staff), Coconut Fish Cafe and Cafe Au Lei. There were also several pizza places and shaved ice shops. I would definitely stay here again!! The only drawback (that wasn't serious for us) was the obscure glass doors into the front bedroom.
