Perfect in every way
We loved the comfort and location of this condo. It was well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet private deck, assigned parking immediately outside the condo! The location is a quick drive to Wailea or even walkable-a bit of a hike but there is a path along the water (start at the boat launch, walk thru beaches and finally on to the paved path-an amazing walk!
We walked to many restaurants in south Kihei-just perfect!

C202 at Maui Kamaole was great! Great for us and our 2 adult children. Everything we needed in the kitchen and beach gear. Thank you! Prefer Kihei or Wailea over Ka’anapali or Lahaina.

Great condo! A must stay!
My family loves to stay in this condo! Plenty of room for everyone, all the amenities you will need. It’s close to everything. The beach, restaurants, shopping, you name it. I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are there if you need them and the property is really nice! I highly recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient
Love this location! Walk down the hill to the best beaches and back up to the pool if you can’t handle the wind. All the best food and coffee places are within 10 minutes or less. Condo had ample kitchen amenities and nice beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. This will save you quite a bit since you won’t have to rent it yourself. The condo was immaculate, AC more than sufficient, full size washer and dryer mean you can pack half as much. Keyless entry is super convenient, as is this unit’s proximity to the pool. This is my 2nd time staying at Maui Kamaole and I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for six nights and this condo was awesome! Perfect location to the pool, very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a family. We loved the close proximity to all the beaches and downtown Kihei. Normally we have stayed in a resort in the past, but we are definitely going to switch that up from now on because there’s so much more room and flexibility to do things. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Also anytime you had a question it was answered promptly.

No complaints. Well-equipped, very clean, good location within the complex, within walking distance of a nice park/beach. AC & washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom is an unenclosed upper loft with its own bathroom. Not a deal breaker. Just good to know.

We felt right at home in this condo, we were nervous about the pool with other reviews saying we had to stay quiet - we found the opposite, our 3 kids - 7, 7, 8 played and made friends and we felt very comfortable!

From NY to Paradise
Property was beautifully kept, apt was clean and well stocked with cookware. Big enough for a family to spread out and be comfortable. A few minute walk to the beach, food and shopping in Kihei. Highlights include Fred’s tacos and snorkeling in the Molokini crater and Ululani shaved ice.

Fantastic condo!
This place is perfect for a great Maui stay! The location is near the beach, the pool is clean and enjoyable, and great food and shops are close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable, and the place has plenty of room. Easy check in and check out, too. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay near Kihei
We stayed in a great clean, remodeled condo. Its very convenient to Maui area beaches, etc. It was very clean. Nice hot tub and pool. Quiet beautiful landscaping. We'll be back!

Fantastic Spot, Great Location - Walk to the Beach
Amazing 2 story place. Can comfortably fit 5 people. 6 is possible, but a stretch. Nice decor, furniture, and Hawaiian vibe. Community pool/hot tub is nice. Convenient parking. Great location walking distance to beaches

From the beginning to end, everything was absolutely perfect! Incredible communication, to the quality of the stay, house was clean, everything was very convenient to find and stay in. Nicely Remodeled, Comfortable and Spacious
I can see why this unit is frequently booked. The layout was very spacious, the updates inside were great, it was very clean upon arrival and had a lot of beach toys to borrow. Nice extras with full size washer and dryer. Even though there was not an ocean view, the patio was so peaceful and surrounded by lush Hawaiian plants and flowers.

Paradise
We were on a family vacation.....family of adults, 6 of us for 10 days together and C202 worked brilliantly for us. Lots of space, privacy and awesome amenities at our fingertips. The condo was fully equipped so all we needed to buy was food. We highly recommend this unit...the location was great, right beside the pool and BBQs. An easy walk to restaurants and beaches. Excellent spot!

Great clean condo
The condo from booking on line to arrival and departure was a breeze All people who rent out their condos should take a lesson from these condo owners. The condo was extremely clean (I do check with a black light, not to complain but to clean if necessary - no extra cleaning needed) We rent lots of condos and know that sometimes you need to bring a lot of extras that most condos don't have. It was actually well stocked with spices, kitchen items (including a metal potato masher the plastic ones are useless) The only things I would mention are the knifes are very dull (I forgot my sharpener that I usually bring lol) But there is no chef knife just lots of steak knives. A large fry pan would have being nice and a big pan for pancakes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bedrooms very quite we found we didn't need the AC with the cross breeze. Some condos have a screen door on the front door for more breeze this would have been nice however the fans work great and quite.
One negative comment I have is actually with the pool area. I suggest if you have kids with you might need think about staying here. Extensive pool rules include as most places no Marco Polo which cracks me up everytime I see that on the rule board. However kids are not allowed pool noodles, balls, toys, or floats. But there is an aqua class that seems to use pool noodles without any trouble. We didn't have kids with us but felt bad for the families that had pool noodles or floats with them. Someone from the office would come out and ask them to take them out. I actually overheard a maintenance worker ask some kids to take their noodles out as it caused the skimmer basket to clog and they couldn't use the pool floats not sure why but this rule was hit and miss most days.
Nice pool otherwise with lots of chairs and its nice to see majority of people not saving chairs.
The condo is close to very nice beaches, we preferred the beach to the left of the condo as you exit.

2017 14day Vaca
My daughter, her best friend and I stayed at this property for 14days. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool area was dull and read like a rule book from He-- and the people visiting the pool area were less than friendly. After our third visit to the pool area we decided not to go poolside anymore. Ive traveled a lot to many countries and poolside is were you interact and meet people but not in this case. With that being said overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

Amazing Maui Getaway
Perfect location, amazing condo, totally spacious, beautiful, clean, and updated. Perfect for families- everything you will need is already in the condo! The pool areas are clean and gorgeous- the whole complex is beautifully landscaped and cared for. Additionally, the whole area is quiet and peaceful. We will be back next year!!

We had a great vacation at this condo. Fit four adults comfortably. Kitchen was Mickey remodelled and the room came equipped with lots of appliances and beach stuff; ie chairs umbrelllas boogie boards. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. About a 5-10 minute nice walk to the beach. Great location to get around the island

Condo perfect for us!
The layout of this condo was perfect for our family of five. The owners provide all the necessity for a beach stay. The condo is well taken care of and is nicely appointed. We enjoyed staying in Kihei away from the more populated area up north but centrally located since we visited the whole island. The grounds are well maintained and we enjoyed grilling out one night with use of the pool. We would definitely recommend this condo and location! Even the property management company was pleasant to work with and replaced a hair dryer (that was broken) very quickly.They also were very accommodating allowing us to extend the stay by a day since we were flying out that night.

We had a great time in Maui. The condo was reasonably priced, spacious and clean. It was well stocked with everything you need during your stay. The bonus was having a cooler and snorkel equipment to take to the beach.

Wonderful family unit on Maui!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We spent many hours researching condos before selecting this unit. We wanted a comfortable,newer, remodeled condo with high square footage in a well maintained property...That is exactly what we got!
Pros: Newly remodeled, large kitchen/living combo, on-suite bathrooms, all new appliances throughout unit, generous starter supplies (TP, paper towels, dishwasher liquid etc.) large lanai with table, snorkel/beach gear/towels provided, books for reading by the pool, board games, Many new BBQ's around property for cooking, two pools (the upper pool is best, but further way), quick response from PMI when we needed assistance with the safe!
Too many pros to list, this condo has pretty much everything you need-just bring your clothes!!
Cons: We are being picky on these...Bed linens were scratchy, not enough clothes hangers in closets (we had to buy more), kitchen cooking supplies were limited but acceptable (need BBQ supplies like tongs, burger spatula etc. and large platter), the snorkel gear needs to be replaced as only one set is useable and the cooler leaks (we had to buy a new one and left it there)
I am providing the "cons" only to notify the owner of a few suggestions, rather than deter anyone from renting this unit!
We were extremely happy with the condo and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

Beautiful condo!!!! Beautiful complex!
The location, layout and amenities were excellent. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The owner always responded to any questions very promptly. I would 100% recommend this condo. There were four adults and two babies in our group and we were very comfortable. Kameole Beach Park 111 is a short 5-10 walk across the street. There is a hill going up to the property from the main road since the property is up on a hill and if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult. The condo complex is very beautifully landscaped...immaculate. The condo is also very close to the pool, bbq's and to the garbage dumpster...very handy. Gas bbq's on the condo complex worked very well. We cooked 95% of our meals at home so it was so nice that we had everything we needed. Maui Kamaole C 202 - great condo...beyond our expectations! We had an amazing vacation in Maui!
