Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials that you would be hard pressed to find in other rental units. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Gorgeous place and easy to work with.
The house was in a great location and exactly as described. The home was so well appointed! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beach gear available wa a nice touch! Loved all the baskets they had available to keep our family organized during our stay. We would certainly visit again!

This beautifully renovated condo exceeded our expectations. In addition to its warm and modern aesthetic, this condo is outfitted with everything you need from water bottles to coolers (big and small), boogie boards and lounge chairs and umbrellas to its well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage and in-unit laundry. The beach is a short stroll down the hill, where you can body surf , boogie board and even share sunset views with majestic sea turtles. The pools on the property are great. The streaming services are all represented on great flats screens in each room for evening downtime. The Maui Kamaole property is nicely landscaped and even though it was bustling, never felt overcrowded. Matt at PMI is very responsive and helpful.

A must try!
We spent a week there and would definitely return to this same place. They provide everything you need in a home and more, with a perfect location on the island. It was more space than we needed for just two of us, but would suit a family of 4-6 easily. The showers, bathrooms, AC, beds, pillows, kitchen utensils, beach gear, etc, just to name a few items in the home were spot on. It would be hard to stay anywhere else if we were to visit that island again. Mahalo.

Wonderful time
This unit was such a pleasure to stay at. The unit was super clean, had beautiful updated bathrooms, had awesome A/C and had a great location. The management company was awesome also. The second day into our stay, we lost Wi-Fi internet connection. We called the management company and within an hour, they responded and replaced the entire modem. Great rental!
We loved this rental! Very clean and very close to beaches. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating! We had three adults and three teenagers on this trip, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful condo for a family vacation
We had a wonderful stay at I214 - everything was as pictured and described. We came with 3 young children, and PMI made sure we had 2 pack n plays ready upon arrival which we really appreciated. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with updated appliances (AC also worked perfectly). The lanai has a great ocean / sunset view (even better in person). Even though it overlooks a street, we barely noticed it. I thought the unit was conveniently located with a short walk to the pool and Kamaole 3 beach. Maui Kamaole itself is pretty quiet so if that's important to you, then you will be very happy here. We'd definitely come back! Thank you PMI.

Beautiful Unit
We had stayed at Maui Kamaole previously in a downstairs unit so we were familiar with the complex. Great location for a diver, just across the street from the Kihei boat ramp. This is an upstairs unit, 2 BR, 2 bath, perfect condition,better furniture than a standard vacation rental. Has everything you would need to cook your own meals, keep your laundry up. South end of Kihei, close to Waimea. Slightly less traffic than mid-Kihei, easy to get on the bypass. No problems at all, everything worked. Perfect place for home base as we explored the island.

Beautifully Update Condo
This condo is well appointed. Very comfortable and had all the basics one would need to relax, enjoy, cook and play. Only negative are the stairs but we managed! Parking was convenient, pool was lovely.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully remodeled, and the layout was great for us and our 2 children. It was well equipped with everything that we needed including cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and everything we needed for trips to the beach. Check-in was very straight-forward. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely Kihei Stay
The condo was nicely updated and furnished, as pictured. Perfect for our family of four with two kids since it had two bedrooms and two baths. Great lanai with table, chairs, and a chaise lounge, and it offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Condo was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the beach gear, which included a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, towels, and snorkeling gear. Location was good with short walks or quick drives to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. Separate AC controls and fans in the rooms were nice. Overall very clean — only suggestions are the sofa could use a cleaning to remove stains and the freezer drawer fixed so it can be fully opened. Easy, no-hassle check-in/out with security code box on the door.

Tip top shape and everything you need
We were very impressed with almost everything in and about this rental. It has everything (and more) you need on holiday. For example there were ample cutlery and dishes so the dishwasher only has to run once a day, and we used the liquidizer for smoothies. There is a very efficient cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, even beach toys for kids. We found everything very clean. Instructions about arrival, access, parking and even tips and info about the area were clear and welcome. The only negative (but not deal breaker) is the main bedroom has no view and is quite dark. Mat from PMI was very helpful.

My partner and I loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole! The unit was incredibly clean and we felt that appropriate measures had been taken to ensure a safe stay during Covid. Amenities were on point and we had everything we could ever need and more! Appreciated the extra pillows and bedding options. The location cannot be beat with a beautiful pool and beaches just a short walk or drive away. Will definitely be returning!

perfect for our Maui vacation
I canceled my over $6000 hotel reservation and booked this place for us. It is for sure better than the hotels we booked. This newly remodel condo is well equipped and is perfect for 4 audits. We love the modern decoration of the condo. All beds are very comfortable. The central location of condo is good for anyone driving to visit east and west of island. A nice beach is just across street. I will book this condo again if we visit Maui in the future.

Check in process, including condo information was user friendly and efficent. The unit was very clean, as it appears in the phtotgraphs. It contained all amenities. The Lanai view was spectacular (ocean and sunset view). Better than the photographs. Unit is perfectly located to beaches and restaurants. Grills were located throughout the property area and well-kept/clean. Two pools in walking distance, outside condo unit. Already, recommeded to several of our friends for future trips to Maui. Our family enjoyed out stay!

Its unfortunate that you found a cockroach but as we are located in a tropical climate, they are around. It could have easily have entered the unit with simply leaving one of the sliding lanai doors open, just as a fly could get in. We look forward to hosting you again.
