FABULOUS!
We've been visiting Maui every year for the past 35 years. This condo was the most spacious, best equipped, best renovated and cleanest we have ever stayed in. Nicest pool, beautiful grounds and very quiet. We always use PMI and they never disappoint.

Much Aloha for an Amazing Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at J108. The condo was freshly renovated and had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 week stay. We loved watching the sunsets right from the lanai. Enjoyed the proximity to the shops and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. We would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home base for vacation
This condo was perfect! Great location, plenty of room for a family, and well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and beach gear. Great communication from the owner too. The bed was so comfortable, and my son also found the pull out couch to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property!
We stayed at this unit before, so there are no surprises there. All well maintained, except the fan in the main bathroom - when we took a shower, the mirror got foggy and wet.

Maui retreat
This condo was very well equipped. Excellent beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Well suited for a couple looking to get away and enjoy a beautiful setting. The lanai was fantastic - great for morning coffee, afternoon wine and a relaxing dinner. The property management company was quick to respond to our one request and were very pleasant and professional.

I had a two week stay at this condo; My first time at this condo/complex; The condo was well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. It was quiet and clean. A lanai off both the bedroom and living area; the layout was ideal-open between kitchen and living area and the bedroom quite separate from the living area and kitchen

The place was exactly as advertised. The living area and patio were perfect for what we needed. A great place to unwind between activities. It had everything you needed, and we loved the beach chairs/cooler/umbrella that was available. Would definitely recommend

We were very happy staying in Maui Kamaole J108 for the second time. Matthew and his team make everything very easy. The app they have has clear TV instructions, which seems to be rare in vacation rentals. Highly recommend PMI and this condo.

Lovely stay at Maui Kamaole J 108!
We stayed 17 days at this lovely condo. We loved sitting on the terrace in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the many birds and enjoying the beautiful and lush property.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. Modest but very comfortable and clean. Conveniently located between the two pool and furnished with lots of pool/beach goodies. Location is easy walk to Kam 3 beach and/or Palm 5 restaurant for sunset cocktails.

Maui Kama’ole Unit J108
We were very happy with this rental. It was clean and everything was in good working order. It was well stocked with toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc and even had things like cooking oil, spices, tin foil etc. which was nice. The grounds are kept very clean and it never felt busy (even at the pool) even though we were there over Christmas. It was also very nice that they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers and ice packs. Having 2 lanais was also nice. We used the one off the bedroom which was sheltered with a wall to store sandy beach equipment or to change out of sandy beach clothes.
It was a 6 minute walk to Kama’ole Beach 3, 11 min to Kama’ole 2 and a 16min wall to Kama’ole 1. We usually drove though as we had a lot of stuff to carry and usually it wasn’t an issue getting free parking in the beach parking lots or on the street. Staying in Kihei was great because we were in between the north and south beaches so we would often drive up to Ka’anapali or south to Wailea just to try different beaches.
Our family of 4 easily had enough space here if you used the closets and drawers to store things. The pull out bed is not very comfortable but they usually aren’t and it was ok for our kids. It would have also have been nice if there were a few hooks to hang towels etc inside but that was a minor issue.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kehei.
PMI was very attentive to our need. I couldn't work the TV. Within minutes of my phone call a very nice woman was there to reset the TV and it worked great.

Great location-fabulous condo!
This condo is just as described. The beautifully lush patio is wonderful to sit and relax, enjoy morning coffee or eat meals, and you can see the ocean through the coconut palms in two views. The BBQ’s (immaculately cleaned daily!) are located a few steps away from the patio. Convenient location to get to all points on Maui easily. The amenities were great- clean and well appointed. This is a very recommended property!

The location is very close to Kamaole III Beach where my family enjoyed the sandy beach where we swam with turtles everyday. The unit is very well equipped for everything we need for cooking as we ate in almost everyday. This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

This is an good unit - best suited for a couple and the fold out sofa bed in the living room is fine. The unit is very clean and extremely well equipped. It's entirely 'neutral' like a hotel room.

A Beautiful Property

This was our 3rd stay here at Maui Kamaloe. We Loved our stay in this condo, it had everything we needed. Very clean and uptodate. The furniture was comfortable indoor and outdoor. We really appreciated the use of beach toys and chairs. We will definitely be back.

PMI was easy to communicate with. The condo was lovely, clean, and in a great location close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We very much enjoyed the patios and used the BBQs daily. The site had 2 beautiful pools that were idyllic and never too busy. Would highly recommend.

Excellent condo - would rent again
Our stay in this Kihei condo was fantastic. The location is perfect-easy to walk to the beach and pools. The condo is very well-stocked. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed and then some. It was very clean. We enjoyed having the walk out patio and often ate outside. It was nice having close parking that was reserved so you didn't have to worry about finding parking when you ventured out. We would not hesitate to rent it in the future.

Great Unit, Great Property, Great Experience
The rental process was smooth, the check in process equally smooth and the unit was great. We have stayed on property multiple times, this was the easiest of trips. We generally rent a two-bedroom, but would recommend this unit to anyone needing a one bedroom. We will be back for sure.
