To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Beautiful Rental
This rental was beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked with quality essentials and everything worked well. We loved the location, and the privacy, spaciousness and views of the large lanai. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. (We did not use the pull down bed so cannot comment on the comfort of that.) We enjoyed the thick, luxury towels, blankets and bedding. There was also a great supply of beach necessities . . . beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel mask, cooler, etc. The pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. Due to everything being in perfect condition, we did not have any communication with management other than a couple of email reminders from them. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others who are visiting Maui.

Peaceful, quiet property
The property was just as pictured. Clean, extremely quiet, A/C in main living area and bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen. The property is walking distance to the beach but there is also a parking lot at the bottom of association that is directly across from the beach access trail. I would recommend the owners placing a map of the property/association showing the location of the pool and nearby surrounding beach access points and roads. Short distance from several upscale hotels and shopping. The front desk is only available for help with checkin of other units and they will not book anything for you or help you with ideas for activities. They will refer you to a booking company. My only recommendation is that the owner place a tall chest of drawers next to murphy bed in the event that there are more than 2 people staying in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning condo in a great location
We have never booked a condo before, and were a little nervous. We needed extra room to travel with our toddler, who still requires naps and downtime. We knew would spend a lot of time in the room, but didn't want to have to worry about being quiet the whole time while she was asleep. This rental has changed our opinion completely and may only book condos in the future!

Beautiful and well appointed, new furnishings and appliances. Great AC system! The condo is well equipped with kitchen appliances, beach equipment and everything you could possibly need. We even appreciated the thought that went into ensuring the showers were tall enough so we weren't ducking to wash our hair.

Rooms are spacious, with a sizable primary room and bathroom. There is a Murphy bed in the living room, but we didn't use it. Beautiful lanai with a outdoor table, rocking chairs and reclining chairs, which we enjoyed daily. You can see the ocean when sitting in the two rocking chairs, and you can hear it at night if you open your windows. Because the unit was a ground floor and we have our toddler who can climb out of the pack and play, we didn't leave the main sliding doors open, but would have loved to hear it at night.

Additional bonus, parking and garbage are located close to the unit, and the unit is a corner unit on a very quiet side of the property. Couldn't hear the pool at all, which was very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of privacy, but still only minutes away from fine dining, Kihei and beautiful beaches.

If we're being nit picky (only so people don't think "what's the catch?"), the shower pressure could have been a little stronger and the coffee machine is a little weak. I just brewed (2) 6oz pods, instead of a 12oz cup. But this is really just personal preference and doesn't take away from the unit at all.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit. Matt and PMI was great to work with, and responsive. Couldn't have asked

Beautiful Oasis
This condo was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with ample supply to cook from home, and there were plenty of towels! We used the Murphy bed for a few nights and with that in use we still had plenty of room. The patio was our favorite part of the condo. Spacious, quiet, nestled into the garden— a wonderful oasis! You could hear the ocean in the distance too. The pool was a little hike away, but the beach access was just down the hill and across the street. The beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and cooler were very nice to have. The campus itself is quiet and atop a hill for watching great sunsets too. All in all it was a great place to stay!

Quality Remodel Quiet Stay
Very easy instructions to access. The condo had all the beach gear and kitchen supplies needed. Location was quiet and the patio was private. We have Stayed at the Palms many times this was by far the best unit so far.
