Ekahii Village is great!
Our unit was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. Big TV and comfy couch in the living room. The grounds on the property are beautiful. And quiet. The large pool by the beach is scenic. Sunsets are amazing. We were walking distance to Wailea Beach and saw a lot of whales. We mostly had dinner and watched the sunset in Kehei, which is a short 10 minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo complex for families
This place worked out great for our family vacation. We love that the condo came with all the necessary beach items we needed. The pool and beach were perfect. The fridge, grill and communal kitchen were so convenient to have lunch after beach time. The grounds were beautiful and lush and the condo was modern and comfortable. The big lanai was wonderful to enjoy the weather and views. The condo was quiet and peaceful. Overall the property was perfect for our family. The management was friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again!

Family stay at Wailea
Visited with family, including two kids. 10 minute walk to beach. Unit has beach toys, so we did not need to buy or rent any. Full kitchen, so easy to cook most meals at home. Matt, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

Loved the quiet location and very close to the quiet pool which we used all the time as so many kids at the pool by the ocean. Lots of room for all of us to spread out and had everything we needed in the condo. This management compnay was very easy to deal with and responded to any concern we had quickly, although we didn't have anything wrong.
Would absolutely stay in this unit again as exactly how it was described and we have stayed in this property several times.T the last time we were in Maui the unit we stayed in was terrible and the owners wouldn't help with any of our issues. We had a major plumbing issue and they wanted us to find a plumber.
This property is beautiful and we love it. We have been to Maui numerous times and have stayed in different properties.

Wailea Ekahi 46B Visitor Review
Property is well-maintained, included all the extras for pool & beach use, easy parking, well located near where we wanted to go. The only criticism is of the Wailea Ekahi property management's rules re: use of the main pool. There are several "adults only" pools on the property's vast acreage, so the only pool to accommodate children is the main pool near the community pavilion, which has posted & enforced rules prohibiting standard pool accessories like tubes, balls, rafts, kickboards, even 'floaties' for youngsters?!?!? Does that make sense for a family-friendly venue??

We were very happy with our stay. Location is great, short walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants in the area. Pool are is nice. Unit is clean, well maintained and very well stocked. For our party of 3 everything worked great. It's true that the bunk beds are located in kind of a laundry room but if you are with kids that shouldn't be a problem. Murphy bed works great for adults. Communication with property management was easy and effective. We definitely recommend this property and will be back.

Wonderful Unit
I have stayed at several Ekahi units, and I would definitely rent this one again. It was updated with nice comfortable furniture and clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kiddos! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the location. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai, yet the unit is privately tucked away from any foot traffic. I also loved the quiet pool nearby that was rarely used.The rental process was seamless with no problems.

Great for families with older kids
We had a wonderful time at Ekahi Village. The complex is truly perfect for a pool and beach getaway. We have young kids and the main pool deck with attached kitchen are was perfectly maintained and its recent upgrade/renovation is first class! One disappointment is that the other pools throughout the complex are designated at "quiet areas" and thus are not suitable for extended periods with kids. Given that one such pool is directly beside the unit itself, it was frustrating that we could not use it.
The condo itself is exactly as shown in the photos. We had no issues at all. It is in good condition and the beds are quite comfortable.
One BIG warning. The walk to and from the beach and main pool is quite robust. The hill is steep. There is no chance our 2 and 4 year olds could walk from bottom to top. Thus, we had to pull them up in our wagon - you will need your own as the one provided at the condo is not in good enough condition to transport kids.
While we loved our stay - we have decided to book a unit much closer to the main pool area for next year. 46B would be PERFECT for families with older kids. But the hill does truly make it subpar for young children.

Vacation stay
We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place in Wailea and we found it. There was some reno noise next door but was only for a few hours on weekdays. Didn’t bother us too much.
Oceanside pool was fantastic and the grounds and lanai were awesome. We spent so much time on the lanai.
I would suggest ensuring there are enough garbage bags for the number of days/nights for the rental.

Awesome stay!
Our family of four had a great stay in this unit. Everything was clean, functional and quite a few things available when we arrived (paper towels, soaps, etc.), where occasionally units are pretty stingy! We were well aware of the “hike” up the hill from the hook/beach which is totally fine as an adult; however, carrying a two year old for naps was a good workout!

Great Trip!
Beautiful property, clean and well equipped unit. Spacious lanai. Great location to everything and loved Wailea. The 2nd "bedroom" is really a converted bathroom which is great for smaller kids but not for two adults in their 20's. It also limits drawer and closet space. Happy to have had the murphy bed in the main room so it worked out well. The walk to the beach is a distance especially up hill on the return trip. Great management co and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a family
The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The air conditioners worked great. A 10 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach. Lots of beach gear - boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels and a cart to walk it all down to the beach with. Huge Lanai with a dining table and lounge chairs. The couches are aging and the condo had a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen, but so did every place I've ever stayed in Maui.

Excellent condo with lots of extras. We really appreciated using the beach chairs and umbrellas during our stay. The large Weber grill came in very handy for grilling out on the expansive lanai with beautiful views. Maintenance team was very responsive too in replacing smoke detector batteries within 30 minutes of calling.

The condo is equip with all utensils, cooking and barbequing you need, the location are close to the beach, and the management Matt is quick to respond when we needed to fix the washer and when we run out of gas for the grill. They have a great website for the how to check in and out, have great suggestion for restaurant and places. Overall we had a great and perfect stay in this condo.

Fantastic Stay
We greatly enjoyed 5 nights in the condo which was well appointed with modern upgrades, plenty of space for a family of 6 and a very large lanai. WiFi was also good and our family had no issues with virtual school/work while there. Beds were great, kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and Murphy bed. The grounds of Waiea Ekahi are very well maintained and the ocean front pool is top quality and a great location. As a bonus, the condo had all the beach supplies one could need as well as an outdoor grill. The location in Waimea is very convenient to shops, stores and all the beaches along the southern coast. The property seems to be managing Covid well with lots of scheduled cleaning and mask requirements. Of note, the unit is at the top of the development and is ~7-10 min walk to the ocean.

Clean, Stylish, in PERFECT LOCATION
I had a wonderful experience in the Wailea Ekahi 46B townhome with my family. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and there is a swimming pool just steps from our patio. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes. I absolutely love this location and cannot wait to visit again. The only thing I wish I knew in advance is that there is only AC in the master bedroom. That was an unpleasant surprise.

We were lucky to find this rental. We showed up on Maui with no reservations anywhere. This was the second place we stayed at and so much better than the first. It really helped create the vacation experience. Beautiful grounds with a peak at the ocean. Don't plan on sleeping in. Those birds will wake you early. Part of the tropical vibe.

Enjoyed the time in 46B....Matt was helpful when needed, unit was comfortable, location is just fine. Yes, it is a small hike up from the beach, but there is a wagon for gear...if you are a little fit, no problem. Perk is you are pretty secluded with not much walk by traffic and one of the 4 pools is only 20 yards away, so for people who don't need the beach as often or need a quick dip, this unit is great. Lanai and Weber grill is delightful and we really enjoyed our partial ocean view very picturesque...... the ground floor lanai is much larger and more convenient. In/out with your car, unloading and or for running/walking from front of unit was easy. Minor requests: new burr style coffee grinder, new cooler for the beach, instructions for TV's in living room and Master bedroom, better quality knife block, new set of cool plastic pool cups for boat drinks, and cushions for the chaise lounge chairs outside. Yes, we might sound like we are nit picking but that was about all we found that was all in all easy-luxury living for our 2 weeks.

Great stay at Wailea Ekahi 46B
The photos and description were pleasantly accurate. We were very comfortable in this updated, clean, efficient apartment. The kids had access to a large lanai and grassy area for play and gekko hunting. The beach and pool were only a 10-15 minute walk (moderate) through the well-manicured grounds. Available snorkeling gear and boogie boards enhanced our visit. The only problems we had were with the smart tvs (it wasn't clear how to use the technology), and it took us a day or two to figure out the most direct route to the beach. Once that was all sorted, the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Great rental. Had everything we needed. Big patio for the whole family to hang out on. It's about a 5 min walk down a hill through beautifully manicured gardens to get to the beach. Beach is wonderful. Great sand, waves and even snorkelling on one side. Only complaint is that the management of the whole village is really sticky about the rules at the pool. There is only one pool that is not a "quiet pool", and your not allowed any toys at it. Kids still had a great time though. We'd stay again.

My wife, 10 year old son, and I enjoyed our stay in this remodeled and clean rental. It was well equipped with beach equipment and had a nice patio with BBQ. The TV's in the bunks are not hooked to cable and apparently are only for streaming. Disappointed there were no family/kid DVD's nor remotes to work the DVD's. Those things are minor and can be corrected. Plan to stay here again.

Our stay at Ekahi 46B
This was our 6th visit at Maui. Our third time at Ekahi Village. Condo 46 B was like the pictures on PMI Maui. Matt was really kind and everything went well. Condo 46 B is on the top part of Ekahi. Distance to the beach ,5 km a 5 to 6 minutes walk. Condo has everything you will need. Note that there is no phone in the condo you need a cell phone.

Paradise in Maui
Beautiful condo. A pleasure to stay in. A very relaxing setting with a large lanai with a pleasant view. A spacious master bedroom with a nice ensuite. The half bedroom with the bunk beds is nicely done but not a lot of room for suitcases. The murphy bed is very handy and there is plenty of space to leave it down during the day. The one and only air conditioner unit is in the master bedroom and does not cool the entire unit. It is very loud and best not to use it during the night. In Dec you do not need the air conditioning on but it does get a little stuffy in the bunk beds bedroom. They have a few fans, both ceiling and floor that help with air low. Leaving the window open is not a problem as they are screened and with slats so safe. The kitchen is nicely set up and the fridge is a good size. There are a lot of chairs and boggie boards to use on the lanai. The LG washer and dryer are very useful. There is a quiet pool very close to the unit and the main pool by the ocean is large and well set up for eating and lounging. The location is nice as far as setting and view but it is a hike to the beach from the unit and it would be handy to have a pull cart if your kids cannot carry their beach things. Getting back is uphill. It depends on your fitness. We did not mind and would stay again. The beach is fantastic and you can snorkel right out front or very close by. Loved our stay there!

A perfect family vacation
The place is exactly as we imagined and more. The property is very nice and cleaned. We loved the large lanai. Right off the lanai is a beautiful lush green lawn that my children love to run around every morning.
The property is a bit of a hike to the beach, however it is located at one of the nicest beaches in Maui.
There were couple negatives in order to access the bathrooms you will need to go through the bedrooms, and the bathroom door in the smaller bunk bed do the latch.

Maui vacation
We had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely condo. I only wished it had central air.
