Amazing Stay!
My husband and I have an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here. We were impressed with how well stocked the beach items were (chairs, UMBRELLA (very needed), boogie boards, coolers, and even snorkel gear. The place was spotless and we loved sipping our morning coffee on the Lanai. We will definitely consider for a future stay.

Excellent Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! This is our second time at Kamaole Sands, but first in this unit. Unit was beautiful and very well stocked. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, several boogie boards and lots of sand toys, for anyone wondering. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable for our family of 5. There was some construction being done on property, but we really didn't notice anything that significantly detracted from our stay. Generally it felt quiet to us. Would stay here again.

Great proximity to the beach. Well-maintained and updated. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Nice property within walking distance to restaurants. Appreciated the beach chairs and other amenities. Pillows and housewares could use refreshing.

Great holiday stay
This suite was extremely clean and looked very inviting when we arrived. There were A/C units in both bedrooms and living room which was unexpected but perfect as they kept the suite quite comfortably cool. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies which had excellent views and we were a 30 second walk to the pool. The beach across the way has turtles, a gorgeous park and is great for snorkelling. We had an issue with the wifi (our fault) and it was promptly fixed by management. This is a great unit for a larger family. This spot is close to Wailea, Kahului, Lahaina. Great spot to spend your holiday.

We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and as advertised. 3 minutes out the door to the beach across the street. The grounds were beautiful. Close to many great snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!!!
This condo is in an ideal location with a beautiful view, and it worked very well for a family of four (our kids are 21 & 23). The Staff at Kamaole Sands is lovely, and the concierge at the pool is extremely helpful, especially if you have not been to Kihei before.

Kihea 2-bedroom suite
Great location in the complex...quiet corner with beautiful view. Two lanais and all the beach extras-cooler, beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, tennis balls, etc. Spacious suite with A/C, fans and screens. Washer/dryer in suite is very convenient. Management team was very accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches.

Nice updates to condo, great view
We enjoyed the spacious layout. The remodeling in the bathrooms made the otherwise dated unit feel modern. It was a good stay for 4 nights.

Great trip to Maui
Great experience, best view from our deck of swimming pool, grounds, and ocean. Had coffee every morning on deck,best way to start the day. Most everything was great but second bedroom did not have air conditioning and the fan didn’t keep it cool enough for our grandson to sleep so he went to his parents room and took the couch, felt bad for him. The front room glass door was really hard to open, had it fixed but after only a day it was back to pulling hard—needs some help! Our units kitchen was a galley and our daughters kitchens were open with an island so I got out of cooking!! All in all we had a great time and would come back again! Thank you

A return trip to this fantastic unit. It is in the best building out of the 10 at Kam Sands.Vies from both lanai are unbeatable. QUIET serene back building. No road noise.Awaken by the sounds of the birds singing out the screened doors and there, but never used it because of the great flow of air aided by the quiet fans.Well stocked kitchen along with super clean dishes and utilities.Has everything a cook could want in the kitchen.Nice tv and stereo for easy listening tunes. Also, all the beach equipment and beach chairs you need. Beach Towels supplied, too. Brand New washer and Dryer to go with the refurbished unit with hardwood floors. Have stayed in this unit probably 6 times in the last 22 years.Our family favorite. Condo unit Manager Matt was on the spot and handled us with 5 star service.Returned calls and stopped over to make sure all was well.The unit owner has total trust in Matt and lets him provide the Aloha Spirit to the guests...Super spot..A+++

Nice place by a great beach
This is a nice place in a well maintained complex. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. The complex has nice grounds and a pool, and the beach across the street is great as well. The only issue, and this is not specific to the apartment but rather the design of the buildings; is the second bedroom. The is no AC and the bedroom doesn't get good breeze from the windows so it is stuffy and not comfortable for sleeping. The view from the balconies is beautiful.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We really enjoyed the Kamaole Sands rental. The kitchen was fully stocked, including condiments in the refrigerator and spices in the cabinet. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. The twin bedroom closet had beach towels and games. The views from the lanai were awesome! The master bedroom and living room had air conditioning which was well-needed in June. The only downfall was that the twin bedroom didn't have an air conditioner. It was too hot to sleep in there. On the plus side, the sofa bed in the living room had a comfy bed for the kids to sleep in during the trip. All in all, we were very pleased and would definitely stay there again. PMI was friendly and great to work with during the vacation. Thank you!

Spacious condo with a great view
This renovated unit had an ideal bed arrangement for our family, was close to the pool and the beach. It was clean and included beach towels and toys. We had a very nice vacation!

Great Unit
We had a great stay in our PMI unit at Kamaole Sands in Maui. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and everything we needed for the beach. The unit was well maintained and had an amazing view of the Kamaole property as well as the ocean. The check-in process was very easy despite a late night arrival and PMI was always willing to help. The A/C worked well for the the living rooms and there were fans in the bedrooms but we did find the bedrooms still quite warm for our liking. A/C in the bedrooms would be a nice addition.

Great place to stay for family vacation
This condo and location was excellent for our family. We have 2 kids under 3. It was clean and well-maintained. Matt was quick in response to our requests. The unit is fairly close to the pool and BBQ area. There's a great beach across the street.

Great condo for a family!
We had a great time staying at Kamaole Sands! This condo is perfect for a small family--my wife and 3-year old son. It has two bedrooms (two singles in one of the rooms), a comfortable living room, dining table and kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The condo has everything you need for an afternoon at the beach--beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys and life vest for toddlers, etc. Great location too. Right across from beautiful Kamaole beach park and walkable to nice local restaurants and shops.

Only down side is that there is only one AC unit in the leaving room and it is not enough to cool the apartment. Opening all the windows did not work for us, the rooms were hot, so the kids had to sleep on the floor in the living room.
The Master bdm was manageable with ceiling fan and one additional fan one the night stand.
if you are used to no ac or very little ac you will be fine.
Us coming from south Florida are used to cold ac year round so it was a bit more difficult to acomodate, however we made the best of it and had a great time.
