What Can You Do for New Year’s Eve on Maui?

Go on a Sunset Dinner Cruise

Do you want to experience the beauty of Maui from the water on New Year’s Eve? Go on a romantic sunset dinner cruise! You can relax and enjoy the last hours of the year sipping Champagne on a boat, gazing at the stunning Hawaiian horizon, and enjoying a high-end dinner. It’s also a great spot to watch fireworks.

Maui’s Chef Table

If you’re a foodie, then Maui’s Chef Table is the best way to spend New Year’s Eve. Enjoy a wonderful dining experience at the Mill House, a scenic tropical plantation. There, you’ll be able to taste several high-end entrees, craft cocktails, and premium wines throughout the evening. Everything is farmtotable, so get ready for some fresh and exotic flavors! Tickets cost $225 per person.

Glam It up at the Ritz Carlton New Years Eve Party

If you want to treat yourself and start the new year in style, then join the fun at the glamorous Ritz Carlton in Kapalua. Every year, they host a lavish New Year’s Eve party that dreams are made of. The party features live music, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, as well as a premium open bar. In the past, they even had a Great Gatsby theme! Note that this activity costs around $280 per person.

Watch the Fireworks in Wailea

What would New Year’s Eve be without dazzling fireworks? Head over to Wailea for the biggest fireworks show of the year. We recommend bringing some lawn chairs and blankets so you can sit comfortably on the beach to watch the show. Polo Beach is one of our favorites and offers a great view. The fireworks start at midnight and parking can be tricky, so we recommend getting there early!
